Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters Defends Dictator Nicolás Maduro, Smears the U.S. as a ‘Savage Empire’

“We stand with you,” the former Pink Floyd bassist continued, before bizarrely claiming that he speaks for “probably 99 percent of all the people in the world” who he thinks “would say that we deplore” the United States’ “actions in the Caribbean.”

“We are all reeling, stunned by this savage act of aggression from the empire of the United States of America on our brothers and sisters and comrades in Venezuela,” Waters said in a Saturday X post.

This is not the first time Waters — known for his antisemitism and support for the jihadist terrorist organization Hamas — has supported the authoritarian and murderousVenezuelan dictator.

Leftists — who appear to have never met anyone from Venezuela — have bizarrely launched themselves into a public meltdown, with Democrat leaders incessantly complaining about the matter.

The Venezuelan socialist regime, still reeling from the United States’ capture of Nicolás Maduro, is actively arresting Venezuelans who celebrate the downfall of the now-deposed dictator, the regime confirmed on Tuesday.

Police made multiple arrests at an unauthorised Sydney protest against the United States’ actions in Venezuela.

Police arrested three people during an unauthorised protest outside Sydney Town Hall on Sunday evening, where activists rallied against US strikes on Venezuela and the detention of its president, Nicolas Maduro. 

NSW Police arrested a 53-year-old woman for wearing a shirt displaying the phrase “globalise the intifada”, according to the Daily Telegraph.

NSW Police said she was “arrested for wearing a shirt displaying offensive messaging” and taken to Day Street Police Station before being released without charge. 

The arrest came as the NSW government moves to outlaw the phrase as part of a broader crackdown on antisemitism following the Bondi terror attack.
