Elon Musk warns that free speech may not exist if Kamala Harris, who was a strong supporter of removing Trump from Twitter, gets into office.

Here are some attacks on free speech that have taken place this past month:

1. Brazil announces anyone using a VPN to access X will be fined up to $8,874 a day.

2. German podcast hosts of ‘Hoss and Hopf’ face a €250,000 fine and jail time in Germany after they “misgendered” a bald transgender person.

3. Telegram founder Pavel Durov is arrested in France for not censoring users.

4. UK arrests a 55-year-old woman for sharing “misinformation” online.

5. UK looks to move forward with new legislation that would label misogyny as a form of extremism.

6. EU Commissioner Thierry Breton sent Elon Musk a letter, demanding that he comply with their censorship laws.

7. Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski fled Europe, citing threats from the French government.

8. META CEO Mark Zuckerberg released a letter, detailing how the Biden-Harris administration and the FBI worked to censor content on META platforms.

The EU will not issue a condemnation….that is the telling part.

Why….because they would love to do the same.

In Brazil, access to X is blocked.

In the UK, citizens who express critical views are detained for months. The EU threatens to take action if X fails to moderate “fake news.” Harris says she will crack down hard on “hate speech” in the US.

EUSSR  tyrants hate free speech. They feel threatened because it allows their opponents to expose their crimes.

As we previewed overnight, Elon Musk’s X has been ordered ‘immediately suspended’ by Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes, citing the company’s refusal to comply with a legal order to censor the judge’s political opponents, Bloomberg reports.

Officially, the ruling was due to Musk’s refusal to name a legal representative for the social network (after the judge froze his last attorney’s bank accounts).

On Thursday, X’s global government affairs account said that it would “not comply in secret with illegal orders,” and said that it would publish Moraes’ demands and related court documents for transparency.

A Brazilian Supreme Court justice has ordered billionaire Elon Musk to name a legal representative for his messaging platform X in Brazil or face the site’s suspension in the country.⁣

Earlier this month, X announced it would close its operations and fire its staff in Brazil due to what it called “censorship orders” from the judge, Alexandre de Moraes. Its service would remain available for users in Brazil, it said.⁣

X, at the time, claimed Moraes secretly threatened one of the company’s legal representatives in Brazil with arrest if it did not comply with legal orders to take down some content from its platform.⁣
