Hungary and Poland have lost their court challenge to an EU rule that allows billions of euros of funding to be conditional on democratic standards.

The European Court of Justice ruled that complying with rule of law was a condition of enjoying membership of the EU.

Governments in Hungary and Poland have been widely accused of backsliding on standards in recent years.

Hungary’s governing party condemned the ruling as a political decision.

The ECJ ruled that “sound financial management of the EU’s budget” could be seriously compromised by breaches of rule of law.

The United Nations (UN) is calling on the governments of “sovereign” nations around the world to introduce sweeping new regulations that will allow globalists to apply strict controls and limits on the water supply. The unelected bureaucratic agency argues that rationing water is part of its agenda for supposedly “securing climate justice.” The regulations would assert major restrictions on the water use of the general public by giving individuals a dystopian daily allowance. Under such regulations, citizens would be limited to only one shower per day, grass lawns on private homes would be banned, and gardens would be restricted. To ration the water, the supply to homes would be restricted by a state-controlled meter. The United States is among the first nations to get on board with the plans, with Democrat President Joe Biden’s obedient administration by signing on the UN treaties. Last year, the Biden admin published a “fact sheet” to detail what “actions” the president is taking to comply with the UN’s water-control agenda.

France is not the only country where the “far right” has increased its share of the European parliament vote. Far-right and hard-right parties are on course to hold almost a quarter of the seats, up from a fifth in 2019. The biggest gains are in Europe’s three largest countries – France, Germany and Italy.

According to the WHO, the urgent purchase of the bird flu vaccine doses are necessary because the world is “headed for another pandemic.” The European Union has also been ordered to “secure” an initial forty million bird flu vaccine doses following the WHO’s announcement. The vaccine doses are understood to be a “preventative” avian flu vaccine for 15 countries with the first shipments heading to EU member state Finland, officials announced on Monday. The vaccine is manufactured by Bill Gates-linked biotech company CSL Seqirus who boasted the vaccine is essential for “pandemic preparement” while announcing a US government award in response to avian influenza.

The United States is warning Israel against “escalation” in Lebanon following fresh Wednesday remarks of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu which threatened a major offensive due to ratcheting Hezbollah attacks. “We are prepared for a very intense operation in the north. One way or another, we will restore security to the north,” Netanyahu said on a visit to the region.

“We don’t want to see that escalation of the conflict which would just lead to further loss of life from both Israelis and the Lebanese people and would greatly harm Israel’s overall security and stability in the region,” State Department spokesman Matthew Miller responded in a daily briefing.

US Admits Role In Israeli Rescue Operation That Killed Over 200 Palestinians

Sullivan: “innocent people were killed” in Saturday’s operation to free 4 hostages.

The United States has denied ongoing allegations that it was militarily involved in Israel’s Saturday raid on a central Gaza Hamas stronghold which returned alive four hostages who had been kidnapped on Oct.7. 

“Well, the one thing I can say is that there were no U.S. forces, no U.S. boots on the ground involved in this operation. We did not participate militarily in this operation,” US National Security advisor Jake Sullivan said in a CNN interview on Sunday. There have been widespread claims that US special forces advisers were on the ground in some capacity, but this hasn’t been met with confirmation.

However, it has been reported that “A U.S. official told Axios the U.S. hostage cell in Israel supported the effort to rescue the four hostages.” The precise level of ‘support’ and details of this involvement hasn’t been revealed, but The New York Times has so far described that US officials in Israel had been “providing intelligence and other logistical support.”

“Extreme” is Establishmentese for “not left-wing,” making “extreme right” a pleonasm.

Those who don’t vote for the establishment are not only threats to democracy but also racists who commit hate:

Demonstrators also carried placards that read, “Make racists afraid again” and “No to the Hate era,” while marchers in Toulouse asserted, “No fascists in the neighborhoods, no fascists in the Assembly!”

Violent mobs want to make those who vote against the current regime afraid — while calling them fascists. The hypocrisy of moonbats is a marvel to behold.
