The majority of the French public is in favour of banning groups linked to the Muslim Brotherhood network, which seeks to advance Islamist principles in the West, such as the adoption of Sharia law.

A survey from the Ifop polling agency found that 53 per cent of people in France are in favour of a ban on Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated organisations, Le Figaro reported. This compares to 23 per cent who oppose a ban and 24 per cent who are undecided on the issue.

Surprisingly, the survey found support for a ban across the political spectrum. According to Ifop, those who supported the Républicains candidate in the last general election were most in favour at 83 per cent, followed by 69 per cent of those who voted for anti-Islamification stalwart Éric Zemmour. On Thursday, the former Secretary of State accused Comer of “moving the goalposts,” suggesting the committee chairman made a last-minute decision to have the couple’s depositions be video recorded.

“For six months, we engaged Republicans on the Oversight Committee in good faith. We told them what we know, under oath. They ignored all of it. They moved the goalposts and turned accountability into an exercise in distraction,” Hillary Clinton wrote in a Thursday X post.

In a follow-up post, the twice-failed presidential candidate challenged Comer to a “public” fight.

“So let’s stop the games. If you want this fight, @RepJamesComer, let’s have it — in public,” she wrote. “You love to talk about transparency. Spain Amnesty: Gov’t to Take Illegals’ Word That They Don’t Have Criminal Record

This is due to the immigrant regularization process recently approved.

The socialist Spanish government’s amnesty scheme will allow illegal migrants to simply declare that they have no criminal record, rather than providing documentation from their native countries, sparking concern over criminals gaming the system.

Last month, the left-wing coalition government of Socialist PM Pedro Sánchez agreed to allow upwards of half a million illegals seek amnesty and obtain residence permits to remain in Spain.

While the scheme stipulates that amnesty will not apply to migrants with criminal records — other than the crime of entering Spain illegally — the regularisation decree published by the government this week revealed that Madrid will essentially be willing to take the word of illegal migrants about their past.

According to the ABC newspaper, an illegal will be able to make such a declaration if they can show that they have merely requested their criminal history from their country of origin or the country where they have resided in the past five years.

“If this information is not received within one month, the Administration will inform the interested party of this circumstance, who may submit a sworn statement of the absence of a criminal record,” the decree states.

The House Judiciary Committee’s recent findings present a simple but unsettling conclusion. American speech is being curtailed in the United States, not because Congress has changed the First Amendment, but because foreign governments have learned how to route around it. Europe’s Digital Services Act, presented as a domestic regulatory framework, has in practice become a lever for global speech control. Its effects now reach deep into the American public square.

To see how this happens, begin with a basic fact about the modern internet. Major platforms operate with global content moderation rules. They do so not out of ideology but out of necessity. Country-by-country speech codes are technically burdensome, expensive, and often incompatible with user privacy. As a result, when a regulator with real enforcement power demands changes to platform rules, those changes are implemented worldwide. This is the pressure point that the European Union has exploited for more than a decade.

In Aug. 2011 Shrillary was in a conference with the OIC to discuss resolution no. 16/18 on “combating defamation of religions”, which means outlawing opposition to Islam.

Tech billionaire and X owner Elon Musk called Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez a “tyrant and traitor to the people of Spain” in response to Madrid’s plans to roll out new measures aimed at regulating digital platforms and protecting minors.

Spain is imploding from leftist incompetence.

Sánchez’s socialists, under the guise of “protection,” orchestrate a perverse totalitarian grip on social media: universal biometric verification masked as child safeguards, excessive censorship through criminal liability for executives, criminalised algorithmic manipulation, and “hate” monitoring designed to muzzle dissent. A calculated erosion of freedoms, stealthily advancing toward a full surveillance state.

Elon Musk doesn’t hold back  on Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez:

Second, we will turn algorithmic manipulation and amplification of illegal content into a new criminal offense.

Third, we will implement a hate and polarization footprint system to track, quantify, and expose how digital platforms fuel division and amplify hate.

Fourth, Spain will ban access to social media for minors under the age of 16. Platforms will be required to implement effective age verification systems — not just checkboxes, but real barriers that work.

Fifth and last, my government will work with our public prosecutor to investigate and pursue the infringement committed by Grok, TikTok, and Instagram.
