Last month, between April 18-21, the Union of Islamic Organizations of France [UOIF], the French branch of the European Council for Fatwa and Research (presided over by Yusuf al Qaradawi) held its thirty-first annual conference in Le Bourget, north of Paris. As usual, jihadist and anti-Semitic books, which are banned in French bookstores but tolerated there, were offered in several booths.

Within a quarter-century, and in the part of Kashmir that was under Indian government control, Hindus were killed and the rest fled. There were 350,000 Hindus 25 years ago, and less than 1% of those — 3,000 Hindus – remain today. 99% of them fled, for their lives, from Kashmir.

kashmir protesters srinagarAnd the Bengalis who flood into Assam, attacking the native Bodo tribes and seizing their land, and into West Bengal, pushing out Hindus, and into northern Burma, massacring (as they did repeatedly in the 1950s) the native Burmese Buddhists — who now, when they fight, fearful and furious, back, get a lot of attention by those who know nothing of what makes them so fearful — these are all one, part of world-wide pattern, of Muslim pushing against, reducing in numbers, eliminating altogether, the non-Muslim peoples and civilizations whom they attempt to efface and erase.

Boko Haram says its agenda is Islam. Will the Left finally say so, too?

A new video issued by Boko Haram claims to show some of the nearly 300 schoolgirls missing in Nigeria, who the Islamist group’s leader says have converted to Islam.

Abubakar Shekau reportedly said the girls would not be released until his fighters being held in prison are freed…

In the video, the militant chief speaks for 17 minutes before showing what he says are about 130 of the girls, wearing full-length hijabs, reciting the first chapter of the Koran and praying in an undisclosed rural location…

Holding a pad of paper in his hand, Shekau tells the camera: “These girls, these girls you occupy yourselves with their affair we have indeed ‘liberated’ them. We have indeed ‘liberated’ them.

“Do you know ‘we have liberated them’? These girls have become Muslims. They are Muslims.”

The Archbishop of Canterbury has called for negotiations with the “utterly merciless” Islamic extremists who kidnapped 276 girls from their school in Nigeria, amid reports that some have already been sold as “brides” for £8.

The archbishop, a former oil executive who joined the church in his 30s, said that devising an effective plan to try to stop further attacks by the group was “infinitely more complicated than, say, Northern Ireland where it took us a very long time to develop an effective strategy”.

Supporters turn to Boko Haram because of immense poverty, high youth unemployment and the group’s promises of social change delivered through the barrel of a gun, he said.

The leader of the world’s Anglicans said that it was “always a worry” that Christians in Nigeria might take up arms to defend themselves against the Islamic group.

“They have a right to defend their lives and the lives of their children and their families,” he said. “But at the heart of Christian teaching is the example of Jesus, who said, ‘Forgive your enemies’ and forgave his own enemies on the Cross.”

Koranimals refuse to excommunicate Boko Haram

Because when it comes to the crunch, they all know that Boko Haram do what Muhammad did: wage jihad, kill unbelievers and rape and enslave their women:

“There is a great reluctance to excommunicate someone by extension. … It would be like convicting someone in absentia,” said Imam Johari Abdul-Malik, the spokesman for the “Home of the Migrants” mosque, or Dar Al Hijrah mosque, in Falls Church Va. If crimes have been committed, the Nigerian government should punish the individuals, he added.

Some media outlets that have given sympathetic coverage to the girls — plus White House and State Department officials —- have repeatedly tried to downplay the Islamist ideology that powers Boko Haram, and have instead suggested that the group’s members are merely rebels against corrupt government and poverty.

But those suggestions don’t explain why the group has killed thousands of Christian civilians, launched numerous bomb and suicide-bomb attacks against schools and churches, and has kidnapped more than 200 teenage girls for possible sale in slave markets.

The Guardian dimbulbs blamed ‘globull worming’.  Mooch, otherwise known as Michelle Obama, wife of the US president, also refused to mention “Muslim” or “jihad”, raging only against some undefined “terrorist group” that was “determined to keep these girls from getting an education”.

Former prime minister Juliar G-Lard took the same evasive line, turning a bloody Islamist jihad into deplorable “violence against girls who are seeking an education”.

The Muslim Brotherhood is doing well in Libya, and Egyptian members of the Ikhwan find Libya a useful refuge. Can a future war by Egypt on Libya, to wipe out the Muslim Brotherhood, and to bring some  semblance of stability, to Libya, be excluded? And what  if the Egptian army, once in Libya, decided that the Libyans  were hopeless and the Egyptians would have to stay, and why should they not, while they are there, help the 90 million Egyptians to a share of the fabulous Libyan oil wealth, when there are only six million Libyans to share that largesse? Who could  stop the Egyptians?

And if the Egyptian military promised, and fulfilled that promise, to halt the boats full of Arab and African would-be immigrants travelling from Libyan ports to Lampedusa, would European objections to an Egyptian takeover of Libya, mechanically made because that is what is expected, and the duty will be dutifully discharged, continue for long?
