Terror expert Brigitte Gabriel, president of ACT! for America, told Neil Cavuto on Friday that the two Tsarnaev brothers were part of a terrorist cell.

“There are chatter on Islamic websites. They are saying that they cannot act alone. They are members of a larger group of an Army of Islam, of Islamists. Acting together to bring justice to the Islamic Ummah or the Islamic nation… We believe that they did not act alone. As Mike referred earlier they have gotten some professional help, somehow, in putting that bomb together. And, that’s what leads us to believe that the older brother had been trained in Russia when he went back on his trip as a part of a bigger operation. And they are just part of an implant in the United States as many like them are Islamists, jihadists driven by the cause yet they are operating in different cities.”

Brigitte made these statements on Friday before the second terrorist was captured.

There were reports today that the FBI is looking for a twelve member sleeper cell linked to the Boston bombers.

Sheikh Feiz said in the MuslimVillage interview that he did not retract his previous comments.

They include 

– raped women only had themselves to blame

– calling for the murder of “infidels” and describing Jews as “pigs”.

Islam: so why can’t we talk about it?

The Federal Government claims the “firebrand Sheikh” Feiz Mohammed is working hand in hand with authorities.

He’s now preaching moderation, not Jihad.

“Certainly as a community leader he’s someone who is getting behind the countering violent extremism program that we have in many communities across Australia,” Federal Attorney General Mark Dreyfus said.

In a weekend interview, Dreyfus was at pains to play down any link between Feiz’s former extremist speeches and the Boston bombings.

 Dreifus shouldn’t be at pains, he should be retired.

The article spends seven paragraphs discussing the parents claim that the two brothers were framed.  In the article, the word “Islam” is not mentioned, except to say that they once lived in one predominantly Muslim country and another place they lived, Dagestan, is “a southern Russian province that lies at the heart of a violent Islamist insurgency.” Here, we have another technique, minimize Islam as a factor and turn it into background noise.—More here.

Mr Gaynor, an Army Reserve Intelligence Officer, has posted a series of blogs arguing Islam immigration should be limited and in the wake of the Boston bombings re-aired his views.

He said he was charged on Monday by the ADF for bringing the organisation into disrepute and responded by saying it was proof political correctness was hampering the ADF’s ability to fight against Islamic violence.

“It is outrageous that the Australian Defence Force is charging me for discussing Islam,” he said in a statement.

“In the last week, ASIO has confirmed hundreds of Muslim Australians are joining violent Islamic groups in Syria and a radical Australian Islamic cleric has been linked to the Boston bombers.

“Yet the Australian Defence Force is sending a message that intelligence officers cannot discuss Islam in any way, shape or form, unless they pass judgment that it is a nice, peaceful religion.

“How the hell are you supposed to have an objective view of Islam if you are not allowed to examine links between Islamic beliefs and terrorist activity?”

The ADF have been approached for comment.
