A viral video from rural Gunma Prefecture in December 2025 captured it perfectly: roughly 50 Pakistani migrant workers lined up in synchronized rows, kneeling in prayer on a narrow farm road for nearly two hours. An ambulance and a school bus were forced to turn around and take detours.
This wasn’t an isolated mishap.
Similar scenes have played out in Osaka during Eid prayers, where crowds spilled from mosques into streets and parking structures, and in Fukuoka, where public parks became open-air prayer halls despite nearby mosques. These are not harmless acts of devotion. They are deliberate assertions of presence, a non-violent claim on public space in one of the world’s most orderly, homogeneous societies.

IRGC says it has seized two vessels in the Strait of Hormuz
The IRGC Navy has seized two vessels and transferred them to Iran’s coast, stating that “disrupting order and safety in the Strait of Hormuz is considered a red line for Iran”.
We earlier reported that one vessel was shot at off the coast of Iran while another sustained damage after coming under attack off Oman’s coast.

In Japan, schoolkids are now being taken on compulsory trips to mosques to study Islam & the Quran under ‘multicultural’ education, just like in Europe. Japan has ~0.3% Muslims.
Why push this when Shinto shrines & Buddhist temples are the native culture?

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has claimed that Angus Taylor is copying her policies but won’t deliver on them, after the Liberal leader used his first major policy speech to toughen his migration stance by dismissing the UN’s Refugee Convention and insisting all permanent visa holders must speak English.
Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke said Taylor was appealing to Hanson’s voters by calling for Australia’s immigration system to start discriminating based on values, while Labor’s Pat Conroy accused him of “desperate dog whistling” in an attempt to compete with One Nation.
