Over the next weeks I will be preparing a challenge in the High Court to defend freedom in Australia. The Full Court of the Federal Court has ruled that it is legal for the Chief of Defence Force to sack Defence members for expressing conservative political opinions in their private capacity, even as he allows uniformed attendance at a self-described political event that protests against Commonwealth laws on marriage – the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

This ruling cannot remain unchallenged if we are to remain free in Australia.

I will also be defending five High Court challenges to the victory we obtained in the New South Wales Court of Appeal against serial litigant and homosexual activist, Garry Burns. The State of New South Wales and the New South Wales Attorney General are also appealing this decision in support of Garry Burns.

For the  unprincipled left, the only thing that matters is the cause. For that, they use blacks, gays, Muslims & transgenders as human shields to attack all of us. They are vile, virtue signalling moral supremacists. 

EVEN the most degrading jobs generally have some socially redeeming quality. Without journalism lecturers, for example, who would babysit stupid left-wing teens through their awkward learning-to-read years?

That challenging task might otherwise fall to sewerage workers, hospital waste cleaners, parasite infestation eradicators and anybody else with superior literacy skills to your standard humanities student. Frankly, they’ve got better — and more profitable — things to do with their time.

But what of workers in Australia’s mothballed desalination plants, who are paid to turn up each day simply to make sure the pointless facilities are still ticking over?

Sydney’s desal plant was put on standby in 2012, only two years after it was opened, because dam-filling rain had made the thing redundant.

Yet still it costs around $500,000 per day to keep this monument to climate panic in functioning order. Presumably the salaries of those involved are sufficient compensation for jobs that otherwise must be among the most soul-destroying ever devised.

The only purpose in working at Sydney’s desal plant is to keep the desal plant working.

It doesn’t do anything besides exist and cost money. It is the water production equivalent of a South Australian senator.

Well, perhaps that’s going too far. There is a vague possibility that in future decades our various dormant desal plants, our hydro Kardashians, may occasionally be needed to top up the nation’s water supply for a week or so during a dry spell. It’s a little like installing a $12 billion security system in a $400,000 beach shack, but there you go.

Incredibly, there are even lamer gigs than clocking on at a desal plant and monitoring gauges for a few hours. Imagine the utter emptiness of being on the Human Rights Commission. These poor drones are paid to do nothing more than weaponise pathetic Twitter temper tantrums, a fact made obvious last year when the HRC’s Race Discrimination ­Commissioner Tim Soutphommasane ­encouraged people via Twitter to lodge complaints with the commission about Bill Leak’s celebrated depiction of Aboriginal neglect.

“Our society shouldn’t endorse racial stereotyping of ­Aboriginal Australians — or, for that matter, any other group,” Soutphommasane wrote.

In the evasive manner of HRC president Gillian Triggs, Soupdujour later denied that his remark was in any way prejudicial. “There’s no prejudgement that I make,” he told a Senate inquiry, before offering one of the all-time classic examples of dumb-arse doublespeak.

“Cartoons will be subject to all matter of public debate,” he said. “It’s a healthy part of our democracy that we have that debate.”

Bill Leak’s wife Goong, who ran to her husband’s aid a week ago when he was stricken by the heart attack that killed him, might dispute exactly how healthy that debate was. She might also question how the quasi-official pursuit of a cartoonist was in fact any kind of a debate at all. Debates don’t often feature legal fees.

Still, Soupy sails on. Lord only knows who could be his next target. Perhaps AFL footballer Max Gawn might face cultural appropriation charges over that Mohammed-style beard of his, or someone with indigenous and relationship issues will be triggered by a Coon singles wrapper.

How Paris has become one of the most dangerous capitals in the world

ONCE known as the city of love, Paris has become one of the most dangerous capitals in the world.

The latest incident could not have come at a worse time for tourism chiefs still reeling from the impact of the attacks on the Bataclan theatre in Paris and in Nice.

They will be worried that even more visitors will be scared off from booking Easter breaks in Paris.

A recent report said that terror attacks, strikes and floods cost the Paris region tourism industry £644 million in the first six months or so of last year.

The rock and roll legend Chuck Berry has died at the age of 90, the St. Charles County Police Department has confirmed.

The musical icon passed away after being found at his home in Missouri.

A statement from St Charles County police confirmed the sad news and revealed that he was found lifeless at home.

“Inside the home, first responders observed an unresponsive man and immediately administered lifesaving techniques. Unfortunately, the 90-year-old man could not be revived and was pronounced deceased at 1:26 p.m.

“The family requests privacy during this time of bereavement.”

The Express Tribune reported on March 8 that blasphemous “pages were being removed with the help of the Facebook officials.” That may be one reason why referrals from Facebook to Jihad Watch are down upwards of 10,000 a day since February 10. But Facebook isn’t enough: Sharif wants “international organizations” to work to eliminate “all blasphemous content.” And doubtless many will be all too willing to implement this aspect of Sharia, and willingly surrender the freedom of speech.

Pakistan asks Facebook and Twitter to help identify blasphemers

Pakistan has asked Facebook and Twitter to help identify Pakistanis suspected of blasphemy so it can prosecute them or pursue their extradition.

Under the country’s strict blasphemy laws, anyone found to have insulted Islam or the prophet Muhammad can be sentenced to death.

The interior minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, said an official in Pakistan’s Washington embassy had approached the two social media companies in an effort to identify Pakistanis, either within the country or abroad, who recently shared material deemed offensive to Islam.

He said Pakistani authorities had identified 11 people for questioning over alleged blasphemy and would seek the extradition of anyone living abroad.

Paris Orly airport shooting: Gunman Muslim who shot at police was ‘radicalised Muslim on terror watchlist’

A man shot dead at a Paris airport after grabbing a soldier’s gunwas a “radicalised Muslim” on a terror watchlist, police say.

The man is believed to have shot at police officers during a road check in northern Paris on Saturday morning before heading to the airport.

One officer was hit in the face during the roadstop. The man then fled, threatening a motorist with a weapon to steal her car.

Police say that car was later found close to the Orly Airport.

Once at the airport, the same man is believed to have tried to snatch a weapon from a solider.

Muslim primary school students threaten to behead teacher, Education Dept dismisses her complaints

“She said the final straw was when she received death threats to her family from her year 5 and 6 students, with some saying they would behead her….She said she was abused by students when she stopped them from hanging a Syrian flag in the classroom. The woman also said she was pushed into a corner by several students who then began marching around her chanting the Koran.”

These are students in year 5 and 6, which means they are between ten and twelve, and they are learning this at home. The implications of that for the future of Australian society are not important enough for Education Department officials to bother contemplating. The future will be glorious and multicultural. What could possibly go wrong?

Teachers at a primary school in Sydney, Australia have been threatened with beheading and other violence from young Islamic students, prompting one of them to quit her job.

Students as young as those in Year 5, according to the Daily Telegraph, are making the violent threats and pressuring others to read the Koran at Punchbowl Public School in Sydney.

 Documents given to the newspaper allege that three staff members have taken a leave of absence owing to stress, received counselling and been awarded compensation after bullying from Islamic students.

One female teacher reportedly quit her job after it got too much for her. She claims she quit after receiving death threats to her family from her year 5 and 6 students, with some saying they would behead her.

The teacher also said she made numerous complaints back in 2014 about the extraordinary behavior in the class. For example, she said, she was abused by students after she stopped them from hanging a Syrian flag in the classroom.

In another example, she claimed she was pushed into a corner by students who began marching around her chanting the Koran.

The bullying wasn’t restricted to teachers. The woman also reported an incident where children bullied other students by saying that someone had “betrayed his religion” by “not going to Muslim scripture”. In another incident, she said a “group of boys had stood around a girl and called her horrible names like dog”.

The region’s education department didn’t deny any teachers received a compensation. However, they insisted they weren’t aware of any instances of religious-related violence at the school.

“All NSW schools must immediately report all concerns of anti-social and extremist behavior in NSW schools to a dedicated hotline,” a spokesman said.

“The Department of Education continues to work closely with law enforcement agencies on such matters. To maintain effective operations and protect the privacy of students, the department will not identify schools participating in these programs.”

A Muslim taxi-driver in England, one Abandi Kassim, was recently fined for refusing to take on a blind passenger’s seeing-eye dog because, as Kassim claimed: “For me, it’s about my religion.”

There have been many such cases in the U.S., the UK, and Canada of Muslims refusing to pick up fares with seeing-eye dogs. Many of the Somali taxi drivers who made up three-quarters of the 900 taxi drivers at the Minneapolis airport refused to pick up blind passengers because of their dogs. When forced to do so, some of them simply quit.

In Toronto, a guide dog’s owner was refused taxi service by a Muslim driver. In Saskatchewan, the same problem. In Montreal, in Ottawa, and all across Canada, Muslim drivers have refused service to seeing-eye dogs. In London, in Nottingham, in Reading, and in Tunbridge Wells, taxi drivers have refused service to fares with dogs.

Blind or poorly sighted people with guide dogs have been forced by Muslim bus drivers to get off — often to calm the hysterical reaction of other Muslim passengers. Much worse, killings of dogs, chiefly by poison, in areas populated mainly by Muslims has been reported in Spain, Sweden, France, and Great Britain.

This Muslim hatred for dogs, as even many non-Muslims now know, has its origin in a celebrated hadith from the most authoritative collection, that by Bukhari:

Once Gabriel promised the Prophet (that he would visit him, but Gabriel did not come) and later on he said, ” We, angels, do not enter a house which contains a picture or a dog.” (Sahih Bukhari 4.54.50)

Two hadith from Sahih Muslim vividly convey Muhammad’s murderous hatred of dogs:

Abdullah (b. Umar) (Allah be pleased with them) reported: Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) ordered the killing of dogs and we would send (men) in Medina and its corners and we did not spare any dog that we did not kill, so much so that we killed the dog that accompanied the wet she-camel belonging to the people of the desert. (Sahih Muslim 3811)Ibn Mughaffal reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) ordered killing of the dogs, and then said: “What about them, i. e. about other dogs?” and then granted concession (to keep) the dog for hunting and the dog for (the security) of the herd, and said: “When the dog licks the utensil, wash it seven times, and rub it with earth the eighth time.” (Sahih Muslim 551)
