Aussies warned be cautious in Istanbul

Australian travellers in Istanbul have been urged to exercise more caution following a deadly nightclub shooting on New Year’s Eve.

Girl aged TEN is used as a suicide bomber to target food stall in Nigerian city in attack that left one person seriously injured

•  The New Year’s Eve attack was in the northeastern city of Maiduguri
•  The girl approached a crowd buying noodles from a food vendor
•  At around 9.30pm she detonated her explosives and died instantly

No group has claimed responsibility but the attack bore the hallmark of Boko Haram Islamists who are notorious for using suicide bombers, mostly women and young girls, in attacking civilian targets.

Listening to post-modern leaders, determined to destroy the nation state and individual rights like Trudeau and Obama, people have heard the lie so often that “diversity is our strength’, a clear and obvious oxymoron, so often most people parrot it as if it was axiomatic.

Then you see an event like this one in Poland where on New Years Eve, a single man threw a fire cracker in the general direction of a kebab shop, and four foreign men, identified as Moroccan, Algerian and Tunisian came out and stabbed him to death.

To death.

The owner of the shop was a Turk we think.

He did not throw the firecracker against the wall of the shop, just in the general direction.

The locals did not take to it well, and came out in force to show that would not be tolerated

This is worth watching to the end. The interview with the man who moved back to Poland from Sweden because of islamic migrants, and the crowd, who looked up the second location of kabab shop by the same killers, and ransacked that also.

• By Western standards, military rule is shunned as an oppressive form of government, but in the Islamic world it is the only buffer of protection from the tyranny of total sharia law that must be enforced by Islamic theocracies, such as those of Iran and Saudi Arabia.
• The days of sacrificing the safety and security of citizens of the West for the sake of multiculturalism, are over. In order for multiculturalism to work, it must be a two-way street between people that share common values of respect of each other’s culture. Unfortunately, the West did not get that from Islam.
• It really does not matter what is “true Islam”. That is something the Muslim world needs to deal with internally; it does not serve us in the West to try to evaluate what is “true Islam” and what is not.
• Your religious leaders, whose salaries are paid by Islamic governments, stand before your media cameras and call on Muslims to stab, slam trucks, kill, rape and humiliate the kafir [non-Muslim] Jews, Christians and Pagans.
• Islamic governments and terror groups are two peas in a pod, working together for the same goal: enforcing Allah’s law, sharia, on the world. It is no secret that a Muslim head of state must rule by sharia and must conduct jihad against non-Muslims. Sharia law commands Muslim citizens to remove, by rebellion or assassination, any Muslim leader who does not abide by sharia and support jihadists.
• As of today, the West must hold Islamic governments responsible for jihadist actions of their own terrorist citizens. Nothing happens in Muslim countries without the knowledge of their governments. If a Muslim government has no control of its citizens, it should be considered a rogue nation.
• Bringing in unvetted refugees from Syria and Iraq is not an act of compassion, but gross negligence. Western governments have failed their citizens for too long in that respect and that will end today.
• After all, why should cultures that loathe the West seek to live in the West? As President-elect Trump said, why should America — or any country — not allow in only immigrants who love us and who respect our laws and way of life?
• Our doors will be reopened to citizens from Islamic nations only when Islamic governments prove to the world that they have fundamentally changed, that they have ended once and for all their obsessive jihadist propaganda and hate education prevalent in the Muslim world.
• Until then, all kinds of visas from such troubled areas will be suspended, except for the few who would be properly vetted. Such actions will surely expedite the reformation of Islam and Islamic education in Muslim nations who are desperate to give us their excess unhappy population.

Obama’s first major speech after his election in 2008 was to the Muslim world in Cairo. His speech did not deal with the harsh realities of Islam and its impact on world peace. No Muslim authority shook Obama’s hand promising change, a new relationship with the West based on mutual respect, or a reflection on what went wrong on 9/11, even if they were not directly responsible for it. No Arab leader publicly announced an end to the Islamic jihadist and anti-Western hate education and Arab media propaganda. Instead, the Muslim world got an apology from Obama.

After Obama left Cairo, the Muslim Brotherhood was empowered, and military rulers weakened and brought down one after another. By Western standards, military rule is shunned as an oppressive form of government, but in the Islamic world it is the only buffer of protection from the tyranny of total sharia that must be enforced by Islamic theocracies, such as those of Iran and Saudi Arabia. The Muslim Brotherhood and then ISIS quickly filled the vacuum and the Muslim world is now on fire.

A huge storm of Islamic darkness, spilling over and sweeping across our planet, headed towards the West. Let us never allow our freedoms, built by generations of Americans, be lost to fear and terror. It is time for the West to unite and send a firm message to the Muslim World — a message that should have been sent by Obama back in 2009.

Some of our friends suggested they should be burned in public.  We beg to differ: we are against public book-burning. The contents, the texts of this dirty book should be made available to all. The books, once no longer needed to educate, should then be burned along with other garbage in a proper incinerator.

The coming capitulation is to the hyped climate “science” of the ANU Climate Institute and Tim Flannery’s crusading Climate Council.

What happens when the military gets climate-minded played out in Syria a year ago. Russian President Vladimir Putin was annoyed at  Turkey shooting down a Russian SU-24 bomber. Showing Russian reconnaissance footage, Putin spoke of “vehicles, carrying oil, lined up in a chain going beyond the horizon…a living oil pipe day and night.” US reporters wondered why the Obama administration hadn’t ordered US planes to  blow up the “living oil pipe”. The public explanation from former Deputy CIA Director Michael Morell was that Obama did not want “to create environmental damage” or wreck infrastructure that Syrians would need in peace-time.

“Gunmen” have attacked a famous nightclub in Istanbul during New Year’s Eve celebrations, reportedly injuring scores of people, local media reported.

There has been no claim of responsibility so far for the attack, but experts say the needle of suspicion points at the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group, which has repeatedly targeted civilians in Turkey in recent months.

Turkish officials say armed man opened fire at the Reina nightclub in the latest bloody assault to target the city.

At least 35 people have been killed and dozens more wounded in an attack at a popular nightclub in Turkey’s most populous city, Istanbul.

Turkish media reports say an armed man opened fire on people taking part in new year celebrations at the Reina nightclub in Istanbul’s Besiktas district.

Another 40 people are reported to have been wounded in the attack at the night spot in Ortakoy neighbourhood.

Local reports said eight of those injured were in a critical condition.

The Reina lies on the shore of the Bosphorus Strait and is one of Istanbul’s best-known nightclubs, popular with locals and tourists alike.

Ortakoy is a cosmopolitan neighbourhood located under one of three bridges crossing the Bosphorus, and home to clubs, restaurants and art galleries.

“Those Christians who pay the jizya – the poll tax – and refrain from practicing these blasphemous celebrations should be given the security they deserve. But if somewhere there are Christians who insist on celebrating Christmas with the support of the heretic authorities, one must unleash upon them all one’s might and deploy all the available means.”

Asked what he means by that, Almeqdesi said that “all methods are admissible when it comes to preventing blasphemy against Allah and his commandments. Yes, including killing and blowing up. But, like I said, we believe that at first you should act politely and explain that living in Islamic countries is conditioned on accepting the Sharia and refrain from openly practicing  rituals other than Islam.”

Asked whether Christians should be allowed to enjoy alcoholic drinks in the privacy of their homes during the holiday, Almeqdesi replied in the negative, “as the alcohol was bought somewhere, whereas selling it and consuming it is forbidden, so you can’t drink it. Whoever’s caught breaking this law will be whipped and jailed.”

Almeqdesi said the recent terror attacks in Jordan, Turkey and Germany “are part of the price these states must pay for positioning themselves as part of the Crusader Coalition of the infidel countries fighting against Islam.”

Almeqdesi added that the Islamic State’s claiming responsibility for the recent terrorist attacks in Jordan and Berlin “was only to be expected seeing as the organization’s leadership pledged to punish all the states that form the coalition against it. While the attacks on Islamic states are ongoing, so will be the (terror) activity of our mujahideen brothers.”

This Christmas Was the Ghost of Christmases To Come

Robert Spencer on The Geller Report  discussed the escalating jihad on Christmas in a Christmas Day column that he slightly revised here:

Christmas took place this year amid heightened security all over Europe and North America. And this year’s tense and nervous Christmas is just the beginning: get used to it, because Christmas is going to be like this for many years to come.

The Mailonline reported that “the West has been put on increased terror alert over the festive period following the Berlin lorry tragedy. Security has been ramped up in major cities including, London, New York, Paris, Vienna and Dusseldorf, as fears grow of another ‘ISIS’ attack on the West. Tanks were seen in the streets of Budapest, Hungary, and soldiers were pictured at the Christmas markets in Antwerp, Belgium. The Metropolitan Police has said it is to review its plans for protecting public events over Christmas and New Year following the ‘awful incidents’ in Berlin and Ankara.”

The extra security was justified: not only did jihadis target the Christmas market in Berlin, but there were six other terror plots and attacks in the run-up to this Christmas day.

“Islamist terror” most severe threat facing Germany, says Angela Merkel in New Year’s message

‘It is particularly bitter and sickening when terror attacks are committed by people who claim to seek protection in our country,’ says Chancellor Merkel.

She invited them to Germany. The responsibility is hers alone.

“Islamist terrorism” is the most severe challenge facing Germany, Angela Merkel has said in her New Year message.

“Islamist terrorism?” That’s a new one coming from this deranged creature. So what is she going to do about it?

In her annual address, to be broadcast on Saturday, the German chancellor said 2016 has been “a year of severe tests” – the toughest being the “bitter and sickening” acts of terror committed by people claiming to seek refuge in the country.

It follows a year in which a number of attacks by refugees in Germany. Twelve people were killed and 20 injured when Tunisian national Anis Amri drove a truck into crowds at one of the Berlin’s Christmas markets two weeks ago, and several other fatal attacks by refugees occurred earlier in the year.

“It is particularly bitter and sickening when terror attacks are committed by people who claim to seek protection in our country,” Ms Merkel said.

But the Chancellor added that she was “confident for Germany”.
