Keysar Trad, “out of context” clown for the so-called Islamic Friendship Association of Australia, seems to be still on short-dial with every lazy journo in Australia. Keysar handed out his calling card when acting as gobbledegook manager for the former chief mufti of Australia, the notorious Taj El-Din ‘Catmeat’ Hilaly.

Now Keysar has reportedly put the AFP on notice, after former NT Labor party president Matthew Gardiner was briefly arrested at Darwin airport upon his return from Kurdistan.

Says Keysar: “We have to make sure our laws are implemented without fear or favour.” And then “We’ve become accustomed in the community to a double-standard in the application of the law. There are a number of cases that I can cite over the years where all alarms are raised… and a Muslim is treated with the fullest extent of the law whereas a non-Muslim is just given a slap on the wrist.”

These comments would be even more comical if not Abbott & Co would seek advice from Keysar & Co on matters Islam and Muslims in Australia.

Isn’t there something hypocritical about “anti-racism” protesters burning an Australian flag?

YOU’D think that over Easter we might at least show respect for people speaking their minds.

After all, today would not be a public holiday if the Romans had believed in free speech for a preacher called Jesus and not nailed him to a cross for talking trouble.

Yet thousands of people chose Saturday to ramp up the Left’s sinister war on free speech.

Socialists, unionists and other self-proclaimed “anti-racists” could not bear to let several hundred protesters of Reclaim Australia peacefully demonstrate around Australia against Islam and its excesses.

Instead, they formed counter-protests to shut down the Reclaim rallies with threats, shoves and even punches.

In Melbourne, Socialist Party organisers boasted: “We were successful in driving them out of Federation Square, outnumbering them 3000 to about 300.”

What is this? Countering argument not with better arguments but with force?

Yet this outrageous intolerance of debate is becoming common.

Reclaim Australia rallies expose the real bigots in our midst

IT was truly shocking to see the bigots in action at Reclaim Australia rallies around the country on Saturday.

They showed an ugly side to public protests which was confronting and disturbing.

But I’m not talking about the rally supporters, I’m describing those who turned up with the sole intention of ridiculing the rally participants, blocking the march and even burning the Australian flag.

The term “bigot” is one of the most misused.

It is most often mistakenly used to describe those with conservative or perceived outdated or “old-fashioned” views.

But it actually means anyone who is intolerable of others’ opinions and, judging by the scenes at the Reclaim Australia rallies, the Leftists are the true bigots.

The RATP (Régie autonome des transports parisiens) — that is, the French subway-bus-rail system in the area of Greater Paris — has denied approval for the placing of posters announcing a gathering to protest the treatment, including mass murder, of Christians by Muslims in the Middle East, and to raise money to aid those Christians now displaced from their homes, and countries. The four priests on the poster were deemed to violate the principle of “laicity.” At the same time, the RATP has permitted posters showing a hijabbed lady with her phone card, announcing cheap rates for telephone calls overseas, to her true home in North Africa, or the Middle East.
