For many years David Littman has been a tireless fighter for human rights at the United Nations. He consistently demands that the UN live up to what it claims to stand for, and insists that human rights organs apply the same standards to Muslim countries and the Third World as they do to the Western democracies.

I first met Mr. Littman in October 2007, at the Counterjihad Brussels conference. During his presentations at the sessions, the amount of material he had at is fingertips was astonishing. There was never enough time for him to cover all the relevant information — we had to be content with a general overview of the human rights farce at the UN. His talks revealed the extent to which the United Nations has been Islamized through the overwhelming influence of the OIC.

We decided to speak out again on a “traditional practice”, whose religious links are vociferously denied, despite irrefutable UNICEF facts and figures. FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) is spreading in Europe with some migrant populations that practise it traditionally. There are now over 1,500 cases in Geneva and nearly 10,000 in Switzerland, with hundreds of thousands in European Union countries. This won’t cease until it is strongly penalized, backed by an unambiguous fatwa from the Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar (Cairo) stating, unambiguously, that this ‘cultural relativism’ is forbidden by all legal traditions in Islam – unfortunately, this is unlikely. The subject is still considered taboo at the UN and an explicit mention of Sharia justification usually leads to an angry denial and rude denigrations, as we have learned from personal experience since 1993.

But by night, Garlasco was “Flak88”, an obsessive contributor to internet forums on Third Reich memorabilia and an avid collector of badges and medals emblazoned with swastikas and eagles.

A lavishly illustrated $100 book he compiled and self-published is dedicated to his grandfather, who served in the Luftwaffe. On members-only sites such as Wehrmachtawards.com he was writing comments like “VERY nice Hitler signature selection”; “That is so cool! The leather SS jacket makes my blood go cold it is so COOL!”
