Obama-Holder conspiracy:
Why is Obama shielding this Major Hasan?
Nidal Hasan makes a mockery of American justice. He should have been executed by a military tribunal shortly after his jihad. Part of the miscarriage of justice is a result of the Obama administration’s refusal to turn over key evidence in the case.
Worse still, a soldier who recorded the terror of  Hasan Malik’s deadly allahu akbar shooting rampage in Fort Hood using his cell phone was ordered by an officer to delete both videos, a military court heard back in October of last year.  (Pamela Geller)
Fort Hood Jihadi trial delayed over objections to forcible shave
…“He does not wish to die without a beard as he believes not having a beard is a sin,” one of Mr. Hasan’s attorneys wrote in his appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces…
“America cannot withstand this Islamic nation. It is too weak.”–Â Anwar Al-Awlaki
“Experts” Claim Major Hasan’s Beard Might Bias a Jury Against Him
As opposed to, say, his PowerPoint presentation on the necessity of waging jihad, or his having shouted the age-old jihadi war cry (“Allahu Akbar”) before unloading his load into a load of army infidels?
Adding insult to the injured and the death:
Gen. George C. Casey, Army Chief of Staff, exemplified the incompetence that currently characterizes U.S. military and national security leadership with regard to the Islamic enemy when he dismissed Hasan’s jihadist massacre as less important than “diversity” in the military, saying “Our diversity, not only in our Army, but in our country, is a strength. And as horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse.” The August 2010 DoD report on the Ft. Hood shootings likewise plumbed new depths of cowardice when it refused to even mention Hasan’s jihadist motivations and instead classified the attacks as, essentially, a kind of workplace violence.
