Dusseldorf (dpa) – A court in Germany’s most populous state of North Rhine-Westphalia upheld a ban Tuesday on Muslim female teachers wearing headscarves in schools.
Wearing a headscarf violated a state regulation against religious symbols in public schools, the administrative court in the western city of Dusseldorf ruled.
The case was brought by a 52-year-old secondary school teacher, who said she would appeal Tuesday’s ruling.
* This particular female is a ‘revert’ and a well known activist for Muhammedan causes for the Zentralrat der Muslime in Deutschland.
Authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia imposed a ban on headscarves in June 2006.

Germany moves against Scientology
Tom Cruise: ‘Scientology not welcome in Deutschland ‘
Last month the German Defence Ministry declined to allow Tom Cruise, a prominent Scientologist, permission to film scenes on military installations of his movie “Valkyrie” – an account of the 1944 plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler with the American actor portraying plot leader Count Claus von Stauffenberg.

The interior minister of the city-state of Hamburg, Udo Nagel, has called for a ban on Scientology, while Bavaria has enacted legislation to “protect its citizens” from the sect.
The German government rejects Scientology’s claim that it is a religion. A statement released by the German Embassy stated: “The German government considers the Scientology organisation a commercial enterprise with a history of taking advantage of vulnerable individuals and an extreme dislike of any criticism. The government is also concerned that the organisation’s totalitarian structure and methods may pose a risk to Germany’s democratic society.”

At the deepest level, Islam is incompatible with our self-understanding and with our very existence.
John Locke wrote that since man’s nature is created by God, and since God wants man, his creature, to live, man has a God-given right to life, as well as to what is required for a human life, namely liberty and property. The Declaration of Independence adds that “in order to secure these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Man thus has natural rights to life, liberty, and property, and government exists for the primary purpose of protecting those rights.
In a speech at a 2003 conference of the European Council of Fatwa and Research, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, described by Memri as “one of the most influential clerics in Sunni Islam,” initially justified the use of “martydom operations” (suicide bombings) against Israelis. Then, going beyond the immediate “oppressor” Israel to all non-Muslim societies, he spoke these chilling words:
“It has been determined by Islamic law that the blood and property of people of Dar al-Harb [the non-Muslim part of the world] is not protected”.
The issue could not be more clearly drawn. Our government of laws exists to protect our God-given right to life and property. Islamic law, ordained by the Islamic god Allah, explicitly denies our right to life and property, and enjoins Muslims to strip us of both.

It clearly and succinctly lays out that Islam and its practice is inimical to Western traditions and even life itself. The laws and practice of Islam allows the taking of Infidel lives and property. As a consequence it cannot be regarded as a religion. And even if it is so regarded, it is a barbaric and totally unacceptable religion, and should and must be banned. This argument should be used at every available opportunity.
The continuing immigration of Muslims into the unprotected heart of Europe, is the single greatest blunder that our politicians have made in all history. They have done so without any mandate whtsoever from the poeple, and made naught the sacrifice of those who defended Europe from Islamic invasions through the last centuries. There would have been no Western or Universal civilisation (as V S Naipual terms it),if those invasions had succeeded.
It is not too late to avoid a civil war that will destroy millions of lives. Moslems have to go back voluntarily or forcibly for the good of humanity. Good fences make good neighbours – that has always been the case.
