Dreck From Turkey

(Times Online) One of the worst massacres of 20th-century history came back to haunt international politics today when a powe[r]ful Washington panel voted to call the murder of about 1.5 million Armenians in Turkey“genocide”.

Muslim Ally(s)? Turkey tells Obama to Block Armenian Genocide bill or else

By a knife-edge vote, after more than three hours of debate, the House Committee on Foreign Affairs approved a resolution calling on President Obama to “characterise the systematic and deliberate annihilation of 1.5 million Armenians as genocide”.

The vote went ahead despite last-minute pleas from the White House and State Department and triggered a furious reaction from Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister.

“We condemn this resolution, which accuses the Turkish nation of a crime it has not committed,” Ankara said.

Obama doesn’t want to offend Turkey with the truth in order to try and hold on to Turkey as some sort of ally. Only Turkey has been sliding into the orbit with Iran and becoming more and more Islamist.

Turkey recently purged secular military officers because they are afraid of a secular coup that would stop the Islamist slide.

(ABC) The Obama administration asked the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee to cancel a vote scheduled for today on a bill recognizing the Armenian genocide. The chairman of the committee, Rep. Howard Berman, D-Calif., is going forward with the bill “mark up” and vote regardless.

The bill, H. Res. 252, recognizes as genocide the “systematic and deliberate annihilation of 1,500,000 Armenians” as ordered by the Turkish government from 1915 to 1923. It’s the kind of statement then-Sen. Obama supported; as a candidate for president, he said, “America deserves a leader who speaks truthfully about the Armenian Genocide and responds forcefully to all genocides. I intend to be that President.”

Obama is naive to think that not allowing the vote would really change the problems with Turkey. Not to mention how hypocritical he is versus his campaign statements on the Armenian genocide.

Too small? Click here This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening. We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but  you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way... But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it.  If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

OTTOMAN TURKS
A TWO ACCOUNTS OF THE
MASSACRES OF 1894-1896
Massacres of the Armeniarts at Sasuiz,
Istanbul, Trebizoizd, Erzurum, arzd Urfal

In the region of Sasun, south of Mush, the exactions of the Kurdish chieftains had evolved into an organized system of tribute by blackmail. paid for their protection by the Armenian population. On top of this the Turkish authorities now chose to demand payment of arrears of government tax-which in the circumstances had for some years been tacitly remitted. When the Armenians refused to submit to this double exaction.

Turkish troops were called into the area, in close concert with the Kurdish tribesmen. Soon they were indiscriminately slaughtering the helpless Armenians. The soldiers pursued them throughout the length and breadth of the region, hunting them “like wild beasts” up the valleys and into the mountains, respecting no surrender, bayoneting the men to death, raping the women, dashing their children against the rocks, burning to ashes the villages from which they had fled. For this operation the Turkish commander, Zeki Pasha, was awarded an appropriate gratuity by the Sultan.

Leakage of the news of these first Armenian massacres. which the Porte had 668 PART 8: MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM CHRONICLES hoped to brush aside as a trifling incident, aroused strong liberal protests throughout Europe, prompting demands by the three powers-Britain, France, and Russia-for a commission of enquiry. This was duly appointed by the Sultan, in 1895, “to enquire into the criminal conduct of Armenian brigands”-thus hoping to preempt further investigation and prove the Porte’s version of events.

Following this mockery of justice the powers, reinforced by mass meetings in London …”

Ever since islam came into existence, in 7 a.d. it slowly grew and evolved into the vicious hate filled religion it now is. Over the past few hundred years, this satanic cult has realy begun to manifest itself. Now, it is a threat to our very civilization. Stop it speading and stop it now, quickly.
