The idea of the Islamic Paradise (al-Jannah) was invented by the Prophet of Islam,  Muhammad  (SAW), to bribe the Pagan Arabs into committing hideous crimes by promising them materialistic things in the afterlife—things which they couldn’t ever obtain in the harsh Arabian Desert! This heavenly abode contains six important items:
1)Â beautiful virgins,
2)Â young pearly boys,
3)Â pure water,
4)Â rivers of wine,
5)Â delicious fruits, and
6)Â unending wealth, royal livings.
Some of the X-rated benefits are:
- 72 Virgins (eternally young and who never menstruate and “all will have appetizing vaginas”)
- Permanent Erection (Muslim men’s Penises never goes soft in the Islamic Paradise)
- Endless homosexual pleasure (with handsome boys of perpetual freshness)
(sorry no such benefits for Muslim women)
Interesting that the promise of 72 virgins is not specified in the Koran. But the pearly boyz of “perpetual freshness” are:
The relevant verses from the Koran are:
…Round about them will serve, to them, boys (handsome) as pearls well-guarded.
…Round about them will serve boys of perpetual freshness.
…And round about them will serve boys of perpetual freshness: if thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered pearls.

Women may not get  particular perks like those promised to men, but religious commentaries argue that paradise will make them beautiful, happy, and without jealousy.
The Quran itself describes little about the specifics of the afterlife, but it does note that believers will find huris, or maidens “of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them.”
For those of you who have not seen the BBC documentary on the horrors of the Afghan police and military where they, among other things, shoot little boys kept as sexual slaves if they try and escape, it is well worth seeing for context here. (Vlad Tepes)

The inhabitants of paradise will eat and drink but they will not spit, urinate, defecate nor suffer catarrh; their sweat will be musk-The inhabitants of paradise will digest food in the form of belching-In paradise none will be a destitute nor any clothes will wear out; every one will be youthful-Some people in paradise will have hearts like those of birds-The earth of paradise is like white shining musk.
