GENEVA —The Canadian Press: A United Nations panel is calling on Canada to improve the treatment of its Aboriginal people and other disadvantaged groups such as new immigrants and minorities.

The UN Human Rights Council mentions in particular the need to protect Aboriginal women who face discrimination in various areas including “employment, housing, education and health care.”

Dershowitz: Hamas figured out how to win a media victory by sacrificing its own civilians. It was committing a double war crime by targeting Israeli civilians from behind Palestinian human shields. This despicable and unlawful tactic could never have succeeded without the complicity of the United Nations, many in the European community, the hard left and much of the media.

Erica Connor claims her bosses did nothing as a group of Muslim governors tried to force her to change the school curriculum.

She also says she was “harassed” by the four-strong team as they demanded the pupils be taught more about Allah and Islam.
