The Church of England has told its schools to ensure they are serving non-halal food after concerns that a number are only providing meat slaughtered according to Islamic law.
The official guidance was issued after Church members complained that the use of halal meat was effectively ‘spreading sharia law’ across Britain.
The Church’s financial arm has also come under pressure to withdraw its investments – worth millions of pounds – in supermarkets that do not clearly label halal food.
To see them all, please click over to the site of the people that took them. Lots of great pics of an amazing event. Perhaps arguably, the event that assisted the current Prime Minister of England and perhaps even France, to come to the realization that forcing the extinction of the local culture and submission to highly alien ones may not go as peacefully as planned.
Yep. Islam means peace, Obama is not a Muslim and the moon is made of cheese:
Suhail Khan is a (Grover Norquist plant) and an member infiltraitor of the American Conservative Union’s board of directors. ACU hosts and operates the Conservative Political Action Committee’s annual conference, and during this week’s CPAC conference in Washington, Khan has come under fire for alleged links to the Muslim Brotherhood. During a panel on conservative inclusion at CPAC on Saturday, Khan flatly declared that there is no Muslim Brotherhood in the United States. The Tatler has obtained video of Khan’s remarks, below.
The Muslim Brotherhood identifies many front groups in their own internal documents, documents which were entered into evidence by federal prosecutors in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism trial. A simple Google search of “Muslim Brotherhood United States” also easily proves Khan’s assertion to be false. Numerous groups working in the United States, in various capacities, have been provably linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. To note but one prominent example, the Council on American Islamic Relations, CAIR, has been identified by the FBI as a group connected with the Muslim Brotherhood, and Hamas. Hamas itself is the Palestinian affiliate for the Muslim Brotherhood.
The video was shot and brought to PJTV by the Florida Security Council, floridasecuritycouncil.org, led by Tom Trento, J. Mark Campbell and Randy McDaniels.
CPAC is now a colorful mix of homosexuals, islamists, atheists, and advocates of drug use, prostitution, paedophilia and the like (ie, libertarians). Their distance from the extreme left is quite tiny; the libertarians want total anarchy whereas the leftists want total government control just like the nazis and the commies of old.

Frank Gaffney Challenges Suhail Khan on His Muslim Brotherhood Links
A jihadist, that is. Now gone, but not forgotten, are the many statements Muslims and Islamic groups issued at the outset of this case blaming criticism of Islam for Stockham’s attempted attack.
When Stockham was assumed to be a non-Muslim, the conclusion followed without question that he was some kind of Islamophobe driven by alleged “hate speech,” where all negative attention directed toward Islam is taken as such. Now that he is on record as a convert to Islam, ideology will be out of the picture in favor of casting Stockham as a garden-variety nutjob.
“Judge order [sic] trial for man in Mich. mosque plot,” by Jeff Karoub for the Associated Press, February 11 (thanks to JW):
DEARBORN, Mich. – A California man accused of plotting to attack a popular Detroit-area mosque was ordered to stand trial Friday after police testified that he had 96 fireworks in his car, including M-80 firecrackers and smoke bombs.
Roger Stockham was arrested Jan. 24 during a traffic stop near the Islamic Center of America in Dearborn. Witnesses said the 63-year-old Vietnam War veteran spoke hours earlier at a bar about setting off an explosion at the mosque.
Dearborn Officer John Kostiuk said the fireworks were found in a paper bag on the front passenger seat of Stockham’s Chrysler PT Cruiser. Officer Stanley Chiles, a bomb technician, testified that Stockham’s cache included fireworks that are illegal in Michigan and potentially dangerous.
Chiles said the fireworks could have hurt someone, especially if combined with the alcohol and spray paint that officers found in the car and gasoline in the tank.
Judge Mark Somers found probable cause to order a trial on charges of making a false report or threat of terrorism and possessing explosives with an unlawful intent.
His next court date is Feb. 18 in Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit.
Stockham of Imperial Beach, Calif., has a history of mental illness. He has been caught during the past three decades for a string of felonies — from kidnapping his son and attempting to hijack a plane to planting a bomb outside an airport — and spent time in various prisons and mental health hospitals.
They found him a new defense attorney, after he rejected the first one, saying, “He is a Shi’ite and I am not.”
Outside court, defense attorney Matthew Evans said it was “kind of a stretch” to label the fireworks as powerful — particularly in connection with the gas in the tank and spray paint. He said authorities have exaggerated the threat posed by Stockham and argued that police “don’t even have matches” in evidence.
“It just didn’t make any sense,” he said. “Once you got the guy in custody, all he’s got is a bunch of firecrackers he can buy 40 miles south of here.”
The judge said it would not be necessary to have the fireworks in the courtroom and denied Evans’ request to have police bring them in.
Evans said Stockham was interested in social protest, not attacking the mosque, and intended to spray paint the words “Crazy Horse 18” on or around the building. The phrase refers to a U.S. Apache helicopter involved in a 2007 attack in Iraq that killed a Reuters news photographer and his driver. Classified video of the attack was posted online last year.
Evans said Stockham’s anger was directed at the helicopter’s pilot and the U.S.government for not doing more to investigate the attack. […]
Joe Nahhas, a manager at a Detroit restaurant, testified Friday that he called 911 and the FBI after spending time talking to Stockham in his eatery. He said Stockham told him he was typing letters intended for the media on a laptop computer and wanted Nahhas to distribute them after a “big explosion.”
“I asked him where — where’s the explosion?” Nahhas said. “He said ‘Here, there, the mosque.'”
Nahhas said Stockham spoke of his conversion to Islam after serving in the Vietnam War and learned about the religion from Indonesian mujahedeen, or holy warriors. He called himself a mujahedeen, [sic] which Nahhas said “raised a flag immediately” for him….
Nobody can accuse Zakir Naik of being a misunderstander of Islam. Dr. Zakir Naik is renowned as a dynamic International orator on Islam and Comparative Religion. He clarifies Islamic viewpoints and clears misconceptions…..
But where did that bit of hate speech come from? What kind of seething bigot even comes up with stuff like that?

A radical preacher banned from entering the country may now lose the platform to broadcast messages of hate to British television screens.
Zakir Naik – who has claimed that “every Muslim should be a terrorist” – was banned from coming to Britain last June by Theresa May in one of her first major acts as Home Secretary.
Secret filming at Muslim schools in Birmingham and Yorkshire shows pupils being beaten and ‘taught Hindus drink cow urine’

It is an assembly hall of the sort found in any ordinary school. Boys aged 11 and upwards sit cross-legged on the floor in straight rows. They face the front of the room and listen carefully. But this is no ordinary assembly. Holding the children’s attention is a man in Islamic dress wearing a skullcap and stroking his long dark beard as he talks.
‘You’re not like the non-Muslims out there,’ the teacher says, gesturing towards the window. ‘All that evil you see in the streets, people not wearing the hijab properly, people smoking . . . you should hate it, you should hate walking down that street.’
He refers to the ‘non-Muslims’ as the ‘Kuffar’, an often derogatory term that means disbeliever or infidel.
Welcome to one of Britain’s most influential Islamic faith schools, one of at least 2,000 such schools in Britain, some full-time, others part-time. They represent a growing, parallel education system.

The school is the Darul Uloom Islamic High School in Birmingham, an oversubscribed independent secondary school. Darul Ulooms are world-renowned Islamic institutions and their aim is to produce the next generation of Muslim leaders. In fact, these schools have been described as the ‘Etons of Islam’.
This school is required by its inspectors to teach tolerance and respect for other faiths. But the Channel 4 current affairs programme Dispatches filmed secretly inside it – and instead discovered that Muslim children are being taught religious apartheid and social segregation.

More tingles up his leg:
I thought the whole world was going to love us with the messiah as our president. Seems like that is not the case. The community organizer has opened a huge can of worms with this one. For a guy who bashed Bush over “imposing” America’s will on Iraq, he had no problem doing the same in Egypt.
You’d think that US Islamophobes would all be enthusiastically supporting CPAC, but you’d be wrong. Frank Gaffney has already made the bizarre claim that CPAC has been infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood and now he has been joined by David Horowitz and Robert Spencer.
For calling attention to demographic conquest, this candidate from Canada’s Christian Heritage Party acknowledges he will be branded a “racist.” But there is nothing “racist” about wanting to put the brakes on when we have no idea who we are bringing into our countries with regard to jihadist sympathies and Islamic supremacism — as with the recent embarrassment in the United States about supposed Iraqi refugees’ coming under scrutiny for al-Qaeda links.
No matter how many awful surprises result, “moderation” is an article of politically correct faith, as Western countries allow in more Muslim immigrants or “students” than they can properly screen, in numbers where they cannot and have never really attempted to enforce substantive standards of integration. On both fronts, they are hampered by fears of “profiling” and “Islamophobia.” The result, as Australia’s former immigration minister warned, is a “nation of enclaves” which can mount a collective resistance to integration light years beyond the individual level. And they become protected habitats for jihadist preaching and violence, with attempts to investigate answered with cries of racism and xenophobia.
“New Muslim immigration policy would fix past failures, says Surrey CHP candidate,” by Tom Zytaruk for Surrey Now, February 10 (thanks to JW):
SURREYÂ – The federal Christian Heritage Party is calling for a national moratorium on immigration from Muslim countries to curb increasing radical Islamist power in Canada.
“The Minister said he was very concerned about what was going on in Egypt and took the opportunity to say that he had strong ties to the Coptic Christian community there which represents 10% of the population and that he was concerned they would face increased persecution if a group like the Muslim Brotherhood were to gain power.
“And this is where the hilarity began. A woman in the audience took this as her cue to shout out: “That is because you hate Arabs.” Kenney tried to continue speaking but she interrupted him to repeat her claim, at which point Kenney appeared to be trying not to laugh and said: Um…Coptic Christians ARE Arab. Clearly having no intelligent reply to that unfortunate (for her) fact the woman than shouted: “that is why you banned George Galloway.” Blazing Cat Fur has more>>>
Once again non-Muslims change their customs and practices to accommodate Muslims. When in Muslim countries, non-Muslims must adapt to Islamic mores. When in non-Muslim countries, non-Muslims must adapt to Islamic mores.
“Dedicated prayer rooms may be part of new approach by province’s schools,” by Liz Monteiro for The Record, January 29 (thanks to JW)
What is at issue here is not some superstitious aversion to Arabic as a language. The major and demonstrably valid concern here is that the classes will be used as a vehicle for dawah, or Islamic proselytizing, and the one-sided promotion of talking points against the scrutiny of Islam with regard to supremacism, human rights, and jihadist terrorism.
Right. Â So what’s he gonna do about it? Its a bit late in the day and anyhow; doesn’t he want to be reelected?
“We have been too concerned about the identity of the person who was arriving and not enough about the identity of the country that was receiving him.”

SANAA, Yemen — Yemeni police with clubs on Saturday beat anti-government protesters who were celebrating the resignation of Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak and demanding the ouster of their own president.
The United States is in a delicate position because it advocates democratic reform, but wants stability in Yemen because it is seen as a key ally in its fight against Islamic militants.
