Troops Punished For Koran Burning, Urinating On Corpses

The Defense Department has given administrative punishments to six Army soldiers for burning Korans at a U.S. base in Afghanistan, and to three Marines for urinating on the corpses of Taliban insurgents. There were no criminal charges.

If any U.S. troops lose rank or pay because of the burning of the Qur’an, it would be one of the worst capitulations to Sharia of the entire Obama Administration, which has been full of them. Burning a Qur’an is not a crime in American law. And these Qur’ans weren’t even burned maliciously (not that that should make a difference — again, Qur’an-burning is not a crime): they were burned because jihadists were using them to pass messages to each other.

These troops should not be punished in any way. If they have been, that is the only criminal act in this entire sorry episode.

Afghan soldier “ally” murders two more U.S. troops

That’s twelve this month. They must not have avoided “arrogance” or respected Islam enough. And so the fool’s errand in Afghanistan continues.  How long are the American people going to accept our troops serving as a shooting gallery for Afghan jihadis who are our putative allies?

Terrorism an American concept, says Fazl

‘A Real Muslim cannot be a Terrorist’– Fethullah Gulen

“I have been made victorious with terror.” Muhammad, profit of Islam –Bukhari (4.52.220)

If it wasn’t for Koran, sira & hadith we would never know. Thanks to the OIC-controlled UN there is no agreed understanding of terrorism, a monumental failure by western powers.

MARDAN: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman on Sunday said there was no definition of terrorism and extremism in the UN and Geneva Conventions, Human Rights Charter and that America had defined it as bloodshed and implemented it on madrassas and its students. (PakTribune)

He expressed these views while addressing a “Fuzalaa Conference” arranged in connection with dastar bandi at the Jamia Rabbani on Sunday.

Fazl said that there was a network of more than 15,000 madrassas under the Wafaqul Madaris from which more than 100,000 religious scholars completed their religious education and came out to serve the people. He said these madrassas were working under the laws of the government.

He said the policies of the establishment, government and bureaucracy were destroying the country, while the policies of JUI-F and the religious scholars were safe. “By force don’t push us towards terrorism and extremism,” he added.

He said that Pakistan had lost $90 dollars in the so-called war of terror while the US had given aid worth six to seven billion dollars only to Pakistan in the last 10 years.

He questioned how Pakistan could eliminate terrorism within its borders, especially in Waziristan, through army operations, if in the last 10 years America and NATO forces could not eliminate it in Afghanistan and had instead destroyed the country along with Iraq, Lebanon and other Arab countries in its name.

“Tribesmen are loyal to this country and Pakistan government through its army operations wants to compel them to change their loyalty,” he added.

Fazl said that through operations seeds of hatred were being cultivated that would destroy future generations. He added that his party would support any decision made by the people of FATA.

He said that Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) was a good experiment and its reorganisation was the need of the hour but unfortunately the Defa-e-Pakistan Council was proving to be a hurdle in its restoration.

“For the last 62 years the country has been ruled by the agents of Christians and now the agents of Jews want to rule the country,” he said.

He said that JUI-F would continue its struggle for change in the country under the constitution and law of Pakistan.

District Ameer Maulana Shujaul Mulk and others also addressed the meeting.
