Obama envoy Samantha Power: “there’s a huge amount to be done to protect the Muslims in Bangui who feel very vulnerable”

Perhaps Samantha Power should enlighten us where in the constitution it says that the U.S. has to do a “huge amount” to protect Muslims who feel ‘vulnerable’.  In my version of the constitution it doesn’t say that at all. News first:

Al-Zawahiri  calls for “arbitration”– presumably meaning  a reasoned committee of inquiry — to determine who killed the officially-anointed representative of Al-Qaeda in Syria, Al-Suri. But everyone already knows that the killers were suicide-bombers belonging to ISIL, headed by a man who is known as Al-BaghadiAhrar Al-Sham, and the Nusra Front, and all the other groups we in the West identify as “extremist” are not “extremist” enough.

And thus does Mr. Baghdad attack Mr. Syria, and in more ways than one.
