Geert Wilders, under constant police protection for more than 20 years, is a true hero. Undermined by the Dutch establishment, on a kill list by Mohammedans, he battles on, trying to save his country from socialist flakes, globalist destruction, green shiite & flakes who pretend to run on similar policies without any intention to implement them.
The Dutch Netherlands went to the polls on Wednesday in a snap national election brought by anti-mass-migration populist Geert Wilders as he seeks a fresh mandate to push through border control reforms.
Geert Wilders’ Party For Freedom (PVV) is projected to come first once votes are counted from Wednesday’s snap national election, but the burning question is whether it will be with enough seats and enough potential coalition partners to keep the left out of power.
The PVV came first in the previous national elections two years ago, but like many European nations, Dutch politics is fragmented, with no single party out of dozens competing for seats capable of dominating parliament. This leaves the formation of governments to delicate coalition-building that follows the vote, which can take many months. It can also create unusual results that, at first glance, appear to be against the will of the voters.
Despite that first-place position last time, Mr Wilders’ party had to go into government with three others, each with their own priorities. An early sign of coming instability, one demand of the supporting parties in return for supporting the coalition was that Mr Wilders himself — the leader of the largest party in the Dutch Parliament — could not be Prime Minister.

As it was, a little more than a year after the coalition was agreed, it collapsed, brought down by Mr Wilders withdrawing his party and accusing the others of backsliding on migration controls agreed by all at the start. Speaking at that time in June, Wilders said: “We have not signed for a cabinet where only asylum seeker centres will be added. The PVV has been very reasonable and patient over the past year, but as of today, the gloves are going off.”
Whether those centre-right parties that had supported Wilders before will do so again after this election is yet to be seen, whether his PVV comes in first place or not. Immigration is a hot-button topic in the Netherlands, and nobody speaks on it with more authenticity than Wilders, which he hopes will benefit him at the ballot box today.
Anything less than a convincing win for Wilders could leave the door open to a rainbow coalition of the many small left-wing parties to form an ‘Anybody but Geert’ government. Indeed, former European Commissioner Frans Timmermans who leads the main leftist party in the Netherlands has said Dutch people should elect him to “finally put an end to the Wilders era”.
Geert Wilders has lived under constant police protection for over 20 years, thanks to his outspoken criticism of Islam, never sleeping in the same building, unable to return home and generally wearing a bullet-proof vest in public. Earlier in this election cycle, he was forced to suspend campaigning because of another Jihadi plot against his life.

The resigned Dutch cabinet… resigned again!

Folks, you’re not going to believe this. Neither did I, when I first heard about it. Can someone who has already resigned resign again? Apparently they can in The Hague, because that’s what happened last week. The Dutch cabinet, which had already resigned, once again resigned.
First, Geert Wilders withdrew his support for the cabinet on 3 June. All PVV members walked out, prompting Dick Schoof (the PM) to offer the resignation of his cabinet to the king. The reason was that the PVV ministers were opposed by VVD and NSC. Only BBB supported the PVV. The VVD opposed indirectly and discreetly, NSC as much as they dared.
The media ran with it. “De breker betaald!” (“He who breaks has to pay!”) The end of Wilders! Never again! Fascism surrendered! That sort of thing. Nothing of the sort happened, not even remotely. The PVV barely lost seats in the polls. The electorate clearly understood Wilders was being sabotaged, and they don’t blame him for pulling the plug. If they blame him for anything, it’s why it took him so long.
Everybody snickered about the following backstabbing and infighting over the now-vacant ministries. The PVV managed seven ministries, and important ones at that. The remaining cabinet members had to share the loot. Who got what? It turned into a free-for-all get-all-you-can food fight. That was a bit of a bummer for the media. They wanted to write headlines that Wilders’ party was barely missed. It never happened. So, eventually, the loot was shared. Order restored. Wilders grinning at the sidelines.
The cabinet changed from an active cabinet into a caretaker cabinet. New elections will be held on 29 October. Dick Schoof stumbled towards the finish line. He was the prime minister nobody wanted and nobody elected. He was picked by Pieter ‘Crybaby’ Omtzigt, just to spite Geert Wilders. Yes, crybaby really is his nickname. I’m not making it up. In Dutch: huilebalk.
In Dutch politics it is custom that the largest party delivers the prime minister. That would be the PVV, by far the biggest party. And almost always the leader of that party. In this case, Geert Wilders. Omtzigt made it crystal clear there wouldn’t be a cabinet if that happened. He wouldn’t allow Wilders or anyone from his party to become prime minister. All alternatives presented by Wilders were rejected by him. He didn’t say it in so many words, but made it abundantly clear that no Wilders candidate would do. Even if Wilders were to dig up William the Silent, he would reject him. Wilders gave in, and allowed Dick Schoof, a non-politician presented by Omtzigt, to become prime minister.
I’ll dig a bit deeper into Omtzigt and his NSC, because that will be relevant next. Omtzigt is a brilliant accountant. He excels in thorough investigations of complicated financial matters. But… that’s as far as it goes. He should be head of the Government Accounting Office, with a high-paid secretary (for all the abuse she has to endure) and a private entrance. Under no circumstances should he meet people. He simply can’t handle it. Let ’im handle numbers.
His nickname Crybaby is appropriate: whenever he doesn’t get his way (which is often) he stamps his feet, starts shouting and crying before walking out in a huff. I’m not exaggerating. Cabinet members reported that this is how he acted during cabinet meetings. It was also the reason the CDA kicked him out. He’s too difficult to handle. That doesn’t mean to say he is stupid. Far from it. As a politician specialized in accounting he’s brilliant. As a politician in general he is abysmal.
Before the elections, during the campaigning, he pretended to be not against a coalition with the PVV. That’s why his party came in second. His program was restrained and not that much different from the PVV. However… immediately after the elections he dropped his mask. He did everything possible to keep the PVV from governing and to spite Wilders. Why? Well, simply because he could demand that — and get away with it.
That’s not what his constituents wanted. They were led to believe they were voting for a reasonably conservative party. Not for someone with a pathological hatred for Geert Wilders and the PVV. They were led to believe Omtzigt would be a reasonable, more restrained, alternative to Wilders.
From that moment his party went down in the polls; currently they are polling zeroseats. Politically, they are dead already. Omtzigt had already left the party and politics completely. He is recovering from his fourth nervous breakdown. In layman’s terms: he’s cuckoo.
