Update:
Vice President JD Vance revealed this week that about $7 billion worth of Small Business Administration (SBA) fraud has been discovered in California, an indicator the theft of federal funds across all departments in the Golden State could well exceed any other state’s.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey says illegal aliens are his constituents and investigating for fraud is a threat to the “endurance of our republic.” pic.twitter.com/64yfZNVIru

Mayor Frey’s claim that illegal aliens are “constituents” is a direct assault on the rule of law.
The America First Act (S.62) explicitly bars non-citizens—including parolees, TPS holders, and illegal entrants—from accessing federal benefits like Medicaid, housing, and tax credits (Sections 4, 5, 6). Minneapolis’ sanctuary policies violate this by shielding those who drain $150B annually from taxpayers through fraud and welfare abuse. ICE isn’t “investigating fraud”—it’s enforcing statutes Frey’s administration ignores, like the Separation Ordinance that blocks federal coordination.
When mayors prioritize illegal aliens over citizens, they sabotage sovereignty. The republic endures when laws are enforced, not when politicians gaslight voters
Sounds like Frey is admitting that he was elected with fraudulent votes and stolen campaign funds.
