France Bans ‘European Institute of Human Sciences’ for Promoting ‘Armed Jihad’

In its ongoing battle to root out the Muslim Brotherhood, the French Ministry of the Interior on Wednesday banned the European Institute of Human Sciences, a training centre for Imams, for promoting “radical Islam” and “armed jihad”.

Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau announced the state-mandated dissolution of the European Institute of Human Sciences (IESH), a school for Imams located in the rural hamlet of Saint-Léger-de-Fougeret in the Nièvre department of the Bourgogne region in central France.

Founded in 1992 by the Union of Islamic Organizations of France — since renamed as the Muslims of France — the training centre has frequently been accused of associating with radical Islamists, and its parent organisation allegedly has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, French paper of record Le Figaro reports.

The school was raided last year by the government’s Central Office for the Suppression of Large Financial Crime, following suspicions that the IESH had received undisclosed funding from foreign sources, specifically Qatar, which could have potentially contravened a 2021 law aimed at combating separatism within France.

Announcing the ban on X, Retailleau accused the European Institute of Human Sciences of promoting “radical Islam” and of “legitimising armed jihad”.

“The fight against the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood movement continues,” he said. “I thank the state services that, on a daily basis, wage this vital battle to prevent the Muslim Brotherhood from advancing their Islamist agenda.”

Top German Judge Says Overzealous ECHR ‘Endangers The Existence Of Western Democracies’

Hans-Jürgen Papier, Germany’s former chief justice and one of the country’s most senior legal scholars, has warned that the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is undermining national sovereignty by creating what he called a “de facto right to immigration through the back door.”

The 82-year-old Ludwig Maximilian University professor, who led Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court at the start of Angela Merkel’s chancellorship, told The Times newspaper that a growing body of asylum case law from national courts and the ECHR in Strasbourg had created an “ever deeper reaching and ever more closely meshed agglomeration” of rulings. These, he said, were now “settling like mildew over the states’ political power to take action.”

In his view, the result has been a dramatic broadening of the right to asylum, far beyond what was originally intended under the Geneva Convention.

“The citizens expect those with political responsibility to revise the asylum policies to suit the changed circumstances. But that is in danger of failing because of the ossification of a body of law that is getting increasingly rarefied and ultimately looks irreversible to many politicians,” he said. I think we all already knew the answer that the British government arrived at many decades ago, but the British Home Office was kind enough to clear up any lingering doubt and just come right out with it.

In fact, so-called “asylum seekers” (read: economic migrants) do enjoy superior rights to British people in Britain because… something, something “non-derogable fundamental human rights” as defined by the European Convention on Human Rights.

Vice President JD Vance tore into Senate Democrats after they acted like a group of school children playing courtroom during RFK Jr’s testimony today.

The Senators lined up to take pot shots at Kennedy, who remarkably held his own, in what was clearly an attempt to sour the American people on the HHS Secretary.

The Democrats’ efforts appear to have spectacularly backfired.

“When I see all these senators trying to lecture and ‘gotcha’ Bobby Kennedy today,” Vance wrote in an X Post, “all I can think is: You all support off-label, untested, and irreversible hormonal ‘therapies’ for children.”

Vance added that the Dems stand up for “mutilating our kids and enriching big pharma.”
