With leftwing judges continuing to stymie President Trump’s attempts to do what he was elected to do, The Federalist Society noted something interesting about the makeup of the DC district courts: a third of the judges there are foreign born, including the latest, a Caribbean immigrant named Sparkle Sooknanan.

Of course, as Josiah Lippincott points out, this didn’t happen by accident. It was the result of a deliberate Biden Administration policy to appoint nearly all women and nonwhite judges.

The Democrats being anti-white is one reason for this policy, as Lippincott writes. Another reason is that the Democrats know how someone named Sparkle Sooknanan is going to rule on every issue ahead of time. In contrast, Republicans can appoint an ostensibly conservative white man named John Roberts and never be sure if he will rule in their favor on an issue.

Tren de Aragua migrants must be allowed to appeal their deportations ordered under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, Judge James Boasberg ruled Monday.

The ruling is likely to be appealed — in part, because President Donald Trump’s deputies say the judiciary has no role when the President invokes the 1798 act to deport aliens amid an invasion or a “predatory incursion” of the United States.

“This is unconstitutional,” responded Stephen Miller, the President’s deputy chief of staff.

Roughly 100 Palestinians from Gaza will travel to Indonesia for construction work under a new Israeli pilot program, according to Channel 12 News, which reported the initiative as the first stage of a larger plan to facilitate voluntary migration from the Hamas-run enclave.

On Wednesday, Hebrew media revealed that the pilot initiative — coordinated by the IDF’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and overseen by Major General Ghassan Alian — is designed to test the feasibility of voluntary Gaza emigration through overseas employment opportunities.

In a rare public uprising against Hamas rule in Gaza, demonstrators took to the streets outside the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza. Footage shared on social media on Tuesday captured a crowd of protesters demanding an end to what they called “tyrant rule,” with chants of “Out, out, out! Hamas out!” and “We want to live!” echoing through the streets.
