Professor David Flint AM is an Emeritus Professor of Law. He read law and economics at Universities of Sydney, London and Paris. After admission as a Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court in 1962, he practised as a solicitor (1962-72) before moving into university teaching, holding several academic posts before becoming Professor of Law at Sydney University of Technology in 1989.

Professor Flint is the author of numerous publications. His publications include books and articles on topics such as the media, international economic law, Australia’s constitution and on Australia’s 1999 constitutional referendum. He was recognised with the award of World Outstanding Legal Scholar, World Jurists Association, Barcelona, in October 1991.

He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 1995.

The existence of a speech by Biden’s Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, praising Derrick Bell, the godfather of critical race theory, and citing his book, “Faces At the Bottom of a Well”, as an influence has been widely reported. Conservatives have covered Bell’s racist views, his praise for Farrakhan, his antisemitism, and attacks on America. Much of this was already hashed out during the exposure of the relationship between Barack Obama and Derrick Bell.

But it’s important to specifically focus on Jackson’s interest in “Faces At the Bottom of the Well.”

In her speech, Jackson mentions that Bell, whom along with his wife she praises throughout her speech, “wrote a book in the early 1990s about the persistence of racism in American life”.

The subtitle of the book, which few people have mentioned, is, “The Permanence Of Racism”.

USA Today Tops Ketanji Brown Jackson: Even Biologists Can’t Define ‘Woman’

Pretty Sure My Mother was a woman. Just a guess mind you.

After President Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was unable to define the word “woman” during her confirmation hearing on Tuesday — claiming she is “not a biologist” — USA Today outdid Jackson by arguing that even a “competent biologist” would be unable to “offer a definitive answer either.”

Black? She certainly looks black. But from the liberal point of view, there is more to blackness than skin tone and ancestry. As Joe Biden croaked at the ostensibly black Charlamagne tha God, “I tell you if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Ketanji Brown Jackson says she was inspired by Derrick Bell. Bell is the intellectually depraved Harvard Law professor credited with creating critical race theory, according to which America is inherently evil and so are white people. As an appeals court judge, she has said that CRT ideology ought to influence sentencing, presumably meaning that whites should have harsher sentences and blacks more lenient ones on the basis of their race.

Ketanji says she was also inspired by the 1619 Project, which endeavors to replace American history with a fictional account promoted by the New York Times, in which the Revolutionary War was fought not to preserve liberty but to suppress it on behalf of slavery. By embracing this malign and pernicious ideology, Ketanji Brown Jackson confirms that she is black even from the exclusive liberal viewpoint.

But is she a woman? Let’s see:

She can’t know if she is a woman if she does not know what a woman is. Since she cannot confirm that she is a woman, Ketanji Brown Jackson is not qualified to serve on the Supreme Court as a Democrat appointee.

MEP warns: ‘European Union increasingly shunning accountability’

The institutions of the European Union have usurped the power of citizens. No one has ever given them the authority or right to do so and they are accountable to no one. That is the position of MEP Tom Vandendriessche (Vlaams Belang) stated recently in the European Parliament.

“The European Commission was originally set up as a college of officials to implement what the member states had agreed upon, but is increasingly acting like a kind of European government that wants to dictate policy to member states. Citizens mainly wonder who these people are who have not been elected by anyone. Technocracy is not democracy,” said Vandendriessche.

“The European Court of Justice was originally established to review the application of the European Treaties. By adopting a broad and activist interpretation of the Treaties, the Court places itself above the constitutions of the Member States in areas where it does not even have jurisdiction. It gives itself the power to assess the internal organization of member states, make policy choices and even rewrite laws against which there is no appeal. Also in connection with this issue, citizens are wondering who those other-worldly judges are who have not been elected by anyone. Juristocracy is not democracy,” he added.

“The Commission and the Court then collude to take away their voting rights and financially blackmail Member States that do not want to bow down to their liberal sharia by withholding billions from the Corona recovery fund. It is now clear that this was never about Corona, but about power and control. This power usurpation is then sold as a defense of the democratic constitutional state. It really can’t get more hypocritical than this,” emphasized Vandendriessche.

In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.
