On Sunday, President Obama and First Lady Michelle released astatement thanking Muslim Americans for their many “achievements and contributions… to building the very fabric of our nation and strengthening the core of our democracy.”
The comments were made to mark the celebration of Eid-al-Fitr, a time of spiritual renewal for Muslims which comes at the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan. The Obamas said in their statement that Eid “celebrates the common values that unite us in our humanity” and “welcomed their commitment to giving back to their communities.” The International Business Times reports that during Eid, Muslims join in Islamic prayer, while saying “Allahu Akbar,” or “God is Great,” and feasting.
The statement further reads that the administration “wishes Muslims in the United States and around the world a blessed and joyous celebration.” The letter ended with salutation of “Eid Mubarak,” which roughly means “blessed celebration.”
Obama’s claims don’t pass the smell test. These claims are not only ‘inaccurate’, they are offensive. Because he tells lies. To put it bluntly, only a complete dunce or a Muslim could make such an insulting claim; Muslims made no contributions the the U.S. whatsoever. In fact, Muslims (the Barbary Pirates) waged war on America’s shipping in the Mediterranean right from the get go; they brought up America’s ships and enslaved her crews. Thanks to these bloodsucking parasites America built a navy and fought the bastards. And now, 200 years later, we have the same problem, we are still paying tribute (the jiziyah) and they are still murdering us in large numbers.

Beijing:Â Â Chinese police shot dead dozens of knife-wielding attackers after they staged assaults on two towns in the western region of Xinjiang, the official Xinhua news agency said.
A gang armed with knives had first attacked a police station and government offices in the town of Elixku, in Shache county, it said on Tuesday, quoting local police. Some moved on to the nearby town of Huangdi, attacking civilians and smashing and setting fire to six vehicles.

Jihadists from the Islamic State group have killed at least 50 Syrian soldiers in an ambush, summarily executing most of them after their capture, a monitoring group says.
The assault in Raqa province, the jihadists’ Euphrates valley stronghold, came amid their fiercest assault yet on Damascus-held territory.
The deaths added to 74 already killed in the offensive across the north and northeast, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Friday (local time).
“At least 50 soldiers were ambushed, some of them were killed in fighting but most of them were beheaded,” Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman said.
In a blunt warning to a visiting group of European diplomats over a looming jihadi threat, a former deputy Shin Bet chief on Monday said “if you do not stand by our side, the day when Islamic terror will reach your homes, your beds and your kindergartens will come soon.”
Speaking with Danish, Swedish and Dutch ambassadors to Israel, as well as officials from the embassies of Britain, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Austria and Germany, Knesset Member Israel Hasson (Kadima), pointed out that “NATO bombed 5,000 civilians in Kosovo just because it was insulted; 27,000 Iraqi civilians were bombed during the American invasion because they posed a danger to the US; there is not a country in the world that can talk to us about morality.”

Five Israeli soldiers were killed early Tuesday morning after heavily armed Hamas gunman got into the country through an underground tunnel, the Israeli military said.
The Times of Israel reported that four to seven gunmen emerged from the tunnel, which spanned about 150 yards inside Israel:
