British Islamist ‘Freedom Fighter’ Investigated for Up to 12  Bigamous Marriages…

A self-proclaimed British Islamic “freedom fighter” is being investigated by Malaysian Special Branch officers who suspect him of a leaving trail of bigamous marriages across Europe and Asia.

According to the Daily Mail, police have named the man who may have married as many as 12 women as Robert Andrew Scott. They say he also uses the Muslim name Jamaluddin Mustafa and is usually seen in Islamic robes.

Scott claimed to have fought with militant groups in Bosnia, according to the Malaysian newspaper the Star: “Using the Muslim name Jamaluddin Mustafa, the 43-year-old married women of several nationalities, including those from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Indonesia, France, Morocco, Germany and Britain. He recently divorced two of his Malaysian wives.”

The paper reported that Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay, an official of the Operations/Counter Terrorism division of the Special Branch, said most of the women targeted by Scott were professionals such as bank officers and university lecturers, and Scott took their money after marrying them.

He said reports suggested that Scott was once involved in a tariqat (missionary) movement in London and joined a mujahiddin (freedom fighters) group in Bosnia.

The officer said he had learned of a report that Scott had been held for the murder of a doctor in Bosnia but family members – it is not known which family – had successfully filed an application for his release.

‘While he has been involved in militant work in Bosnia, he has not shown such tendencies while in Malaysia,’ said Mr Pitchay.  “We are monitoring his marriages and what his real motives are.”

High Court stops transfer of Sri Lankans

The High Court has granted an interim injunction to stop more than 150 asylum seekers being returned to Sri Lanka by the Australian Navy…

There is only way to fix this problem and stop these invading hordes and their ‘advocates’. Australia must withdraw from the wretched Refugee Convention and repeal corresponding laws that allow these people to stay.  The UNHCR is a criminal organisation and it should be disbanded. (Reader John)

The federal government of what used to be the United States of America now openly sides with illegal invaders against its own despised citizens.  However, on the other side of the Anglosphere, Australia under its brave leader Tony Abbott is actually taking a strong stand against mass immigration.

Unfortunately, the usual suspects — the courts, the media, the international organizations, and the “activist” parasites who benefit from Third World immigration — are all working hard to make sure Australia joins the procession towards the Death of the West.

The Australian government’s attempt to return 153 asylum seekers to Sri Lanka has been blocked by the high court.

The move comes after Australia confirmed on Monday it had returned 41 people to Sri Lanka after screening their asylum claims at sea on Sunday.

Politicians and rights campaigners say the asylum seekers, who include Tamils, could face persecution back home.

Australia’s Prime Minister Tony Abbott has promised to get tough with refugees.

The interim injunction will prevent the Australian government from returning the 153 asylum seekers until Tuesday afternoon, when the matter is set to be heard in the high court, ABC News reports.

Immigration Minister Scott Morrison acknowledged on Monday that a boat-load of 41 people had been handed back to Sri Lanka, while not commenting on the fate of a second boat reportedly carrying about 150 people.

He said they were transferred at sea just outside the Sri Lankan port of Batticaloa on Sunday. “All persons intercepted and returned were subjected to an enhanced screening process,” he said.

On Twitter (hashtag #auspol) and around the Internet are the usual cries of “human rights” and “international obligations,” which apparently mean that Australia belongs to everyone except the Europeans who created it. Not surprisingly, there seems to be no pressure on Sri Lanka itself, where these “refugees” (supposedly Tamils) will meet persecution.  Sri Lanka is probably just relieved to find suckers to whom they can export their problems.

Underlying all of the debate in Australia is the same moral premise that guides the mainstream media in this country — whenever anyone anywhere in the world suffers, we have to find some way to pin it on Europeans or their descendents.  To claim Third Worlders are moral agents in their own right would just be racist.

Scenes all too familiar from the Arab conflict with Israel have followed the murder last Wednesday of a 16-year-old Palestinian, Mohammed Abu Khdeir. Mourners at his funeral chanting the Muslim war-cry “Allahu Akbar” as they carry the boy’s open coffin, the crowd shouting slogans like “Intifada rise up” and “America and Israel are the terrorists,” banners representing terrorist organizations like Hamas and Islamic Jihad waving above the crowd, gangs of “youths” attacking Israeli police throughout East Jerusalem, barrages of rockets fired from Gaza into Israel, and the usual condemnations of Israel and calls for “restraint” from the “international community” – all sadly are business as usual. The government’s attempt to clamp down on religious expression has backfired among Uighurs, while China arrested more than 400 people in Xinjiang since authorities began a crackdown in May.

Speaking to the NDTV channel, Muslim Personal Law Board member Qasim Rasool Niyazi said the Islamic courts were not a parallel judiciary. “It is just like an arbitration,” he said, adding that Islamic judges were required to follow the law of the land. (That’s a lie. They will do everything in their power to replace the law of the land with the sharia.)
