And the 26-year-old is asking the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal to reduce his sentence, saying his victim – who was held at gunpoint and raped by up to 14 men – suffered no significant harm.

Skaf brought his case before the criminal appeals court for the third time today, asking for his latest conviction to again be quashed or his sentence cut.

He shot to notoriety after receiving a record 55-year sentence following three back-to-back gang rape trials.

Skaf again made headlines when the Court of Criminal Appeal quashed his conviction for an August 2000 pack rape at Gosling Park, in Sydney’s west.

The court ordered a retrial after it was discovered two jurors in the case travelled to the park in suburban Greenacre to conduct their own investigations.

Sydney girl, Tegan Wagner, raped by a Muslim gang at 14 and now 18, is an Australian hero. Although her identity was protected by law, she went public in April of this year.

In the Cronulla revenge raids last December, Muslim Lebanese youths threatened three Aussie girls – they said “We are going to rape you, you Aussie sluts”

How did we get to this? What is the problem with Islam?

The Islamic threat is the new Communist threat. For 70 years the West endured the totalitarian Communist ideology of the USSR as it sought to take over the world. Now the West is threatened by a totalitarian Islamic ideology.

The leader of that threat in Australia is Sheikh Taj Din al-Hilali, now known to the media as Catsmeat. He is the Mufti of Australia and the leader of the Lakemba Mosque.

But in my opinion, he is a brave and honest man.

He does not hide behind platitudes of “moderate Islam”, of multiculturalism and the like.
He is not frightened to tell the truth about Islam. Last week he dealt with the place of women in Australian society from an Islamic point of view.
He has let the cat out of the bag, so to speak.

Hate preacher Abu Hamza loses extradition fight

Jailed Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri has lost his High Court bid against extradition to the US where he faces terror-related charges.

* Well, he isn’t there yet, don’t hold your breath!

The Egyptian-born preacher is currently serving a seven-year jail term in the UK for inciting murder and race hate.

Abu Hamza, 50, from west London, is wanted by US authorities on 11 charges, including sending cash to al-Qaeda.

He has 14 days to decide whether he will launch a final appeal in the House of Lords against the judges’ decision.

The extradition order was first approved by City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court and ratified by the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith in February 2008.

Torture claims

Sir Igor Judge and Mr Justice Sullivan, sitting at the High Court, ruled the decision to extradite was “unassailable”.

Lawyers for Abu Hamza had argued that there was evidence that torture had been used on some individuals in gathering the information which led to the US extradition request.

They said his US trial would be unlawful as he would be tried “on the basis of the fruits of torture”.

They also contended that the decision to extradite would be incompatible with Hamza’s human rights, and any further trial should take place in London.

The judges said the argument that the US evidence was “tainted by torture”, and therefore inadmissible, was flawed.

They ruled that none of the material relied on by the US authorities “carries anything of the smell of the torture chamber sufficient to require its exclusion in a trial in this country”.

The allegation of torture had also been made in the “most general terms, unsupported by evidence”.

The charges against Abu Hamza include allegations that he attempted to set up an al-Qaeda training camp in Oregon between 1998 and 2000, and that he sent funds and recruits to the Taleban.

He also stands accused of involvement in a conspiracy to take 12 westerners hostage in Yemen in 1998.

A group calling itself The Messenger of Allah Unites Us (which was behind a call for a boycott of Dutch products in Jordan earlier this year) has called for an international arrest warrant against Wilders accusing him of racism, inciting hatred and insulting Islam and Muslims, reports the paper….

IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei says he will step down if major powers launch a military strike against Iran over its nuclear program.      

According to Al Ahram, in an interview with Al Arabiya television, the International Atomic Energy Agency Director General, said, Mehrnews agency reported. “A military invasion against Iran would pose great danger to the Middle East and the world.” 

Earlier this month, in his latest IAEA report over Iran’s nuclear program, ElBaradei certified the non-diversion of declared nuclear material in the country’s nuclear activities.

But Hillel Neuer, executive director of U.N. Watch, a non-governmental organization that monitors the U.N., wants Falk removed from his job. “He should resign,” said Neuer, who raised concerns about Falk’s ability to be an objective observer. Neuer has also criticized Falk for being biased against Israel.

“If he were a principled person he would recognize the fact that he has very extreme views,” Neuer said.

In 2004, Falk wrote the forward to “The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11,” a book written by David Ray Griffin, a Sept. 11 conspiracy theorist.

Griffin’s book argues that the Twin Towers may have been brought down by a “controlled demolition” — not by two airliners hijacked by Al Qaeda operatives — and that the Pentagon may not have been hit by a plane at all.

Now, I’ve come to learn that one of the hijab-encrusted, rejected whiners, Hebba Aref, was an official of the Muslim Students Association (MSA), in charge of proselytizing. The Chicago Tribune identified the MSA as part of the American manifestation of the Sunni terrorist group, Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen–The Muslim Brotherhood. Aref served on the executive board of the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s MSA, which demanded and obtained tax-funded Muslim foot baths at that university, a story I broke on this site last year. Two Muslim then-students at U-M Dearborn, Lola Elzein and Mohammed Fouad Abdallah, sent me violent rape and death threats.

*  In a long history of the presence of Muslims in Germany, Ursula Spuler-Stegemann, a professor of Islamic studies at the University of Marburg, rather offhandedly admits that Muslims are transforming German society along Sharia lines and have become “loud and demanding.” She says this is just a “phase,” although she should know, but does not mention, that this is entirely to be expected given the supremacist elements of Islam vis-a-vis the “People of the Book,” the all-encompassing nature of Sharia (including its political elements), and the deeply traditional imperative to impose it, and not compromise upon it.

But don’t be concerned: Al-Qaeda is the only group with this ideology, and as Al-Qaeda implodes, the ideology is being discredited! Germany? Islamic supremacism in Germany? Preposterous — it is all about Iraq! Go back to sleep!

The history of Islam in Germany goes back as far as the 8th century. From the reign of Charlemagne, to Goethe’s literature, to the Turkish guest workers who arrived in the 1950s and 60s and made a home here, the Muslim religion has been a part of German culture for hundreds of years.

The history of Islam in Germany is believed to date back to the Caliph Harun al-Rashid. In the fabled tales of “1001 Nights,” al-Rashid is said to have wandered the streets of Baghdad at night dressed as a merchant in order to learn about the needs of his subjects. Various sources relate that Charlemagne established diplomatic relations with this Abbasid ruler in the year 797 or 801. Both sides reportedly guaranteed freedom of belief for members of the other religion in their respective empires. It is in any case an established historic fact that the elephant Abul Abbas died in 810. This magnificent animal had been sent by the caliph to Charlemagne in Aachen as a token of his friendship.

Between the 8th and 10th centuries, Arab Muslims carried out raids on Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily and even Rome.
