Another brave artist risks all by mocking the leader of a faith he damns as deadly. If only he lived in a culture formed by the faith that stresses turning the other cheek. Then he might even hope to make a living, making mock of a faith which guards him while he sleeps:

In December of 2004 there was an art exhibit by Leon Ferrari, in Buenos Aires in which works of “art” were displayed which depicted scenes such as saints burning themselves in a toaster, the Blessed Mother in a frying pan, and a statue of the Last Supper in which Christ and the Apostles face a pack of rats.

And now Ferrari’s works are our display in Sydney. There, the Sydney Morning Herald, which refused to show theMohammed cartoons, proudly publishes pictures of Ferrari’s two fingers to Christ.

The taxpayer will also fund at least £12,000 per year in benefits for Qatada, his wife and five children, even though Qatada was once found to have £170,000 in cash in his possession when he was stopped by police.

Qatada, 47, has been accused of helping to inspire the September 11 attacks after videos of his sermons were found in the flat used by three of the hijackers, including their leader Mohammed Atta.

There are roughly 20 years missing from the CV of this candidate before he joined the black racist ‘church’ of the hate-monger Jeremiah Wright, and Obama is doing nothing to help answering the questions about his past, he  keeps denying it as if it never happend. The fact that he has the hide to continually declare  “I am not a Muslim, I never was a Muslim” makes him a liar, and this is something any responsible reporter should be obliged to report. But no such luck: the MSM swallows every word of the Obamessiah hook line and sinker. Just remember: “War is Deceit”, said Muhammdad, and it sure looks as if America is determined to be deceived.

The man, identified as A Okci-Erdem and a local cafe owner was angry at the Almelo council’s continued refusal to grant him a licence for his premises called Grand Cafe de Rechter (The Judge) situated in a building near the local council offices.

The publican, who has been running a bar in Turkey for the past 20 years, moved to the Netherlands with his wife and son two months ago and was told by the owners of the building he could run a pub there for five years on condition he got a licence from the local council.

Moderate or Radical?

For years those who have repeated the simple truth that while there are Muslims who are moderate, there is no moderate Islam, have been vilified as bigots and “Islamophobes,” and marginalized in the same way by Beltway analysts and the mainstream media (both liberal and faux-fearless conservative) in favor of those who were determined to “engage moderate Muslims.”

Radical or moderate?

And while all and sundry have thought that this analysis manifested admirable mansuetude and sober judgment in light of the huge numbers of Muslims in the world and the necessity of not making all of them our enemies — a worthy goal indeed — it immediately entangled American policy (and American coverage of the global jihad) in fantasies that hindered realistic analysis of what we actually face in this conflict. It sent American officials and media talking heads on a fruitless search for moderate voices that led to their giving the likes of the Hamas-linked group CAIR tours of airport security procedures at O’Hare Airport, and gave CAIR and other groups like it access and influence at high levels.

Radicals or Moderates?

Meanwhile, many of the same pseudo-moderates demonstrated once and for all that they were anything but moderate when they talked American officials into dissembling and obfuscating about the nature of the threat we face, not using the terms “jihad” or “jihadist” for fear of offending this great aggregate of moderate Muslims who supposedly abhor Al-Qaeda but will nonetheless be driven into its arms if we say the wrong word.

Among conservative speakers, writers, and bloggers, there is this same split. They want to defend America, unlike large segments of the Left, but many have bought the Dinesh D’Souza line that to do so we must not speak about the ideology that is at war against us, for to do so will offend our Muslim allies and drive them into the enemy camp. The only problem is that none of these people have ever been able to produce these Muslim allies they’re talking about. There are millions of Muslims who are not fighting the jihad and never will be, but can they be counted on to fight on our side? There is no reason whatsoever to think so — especially since no attempt whatsoever is being made to counter the jihadist appeal to them, which bases itself on Islamic loyalties.

Radical or Moderate?

In the media, Muslims in America who are in fact marginal and heterodox, who have been unable to keep even their own mosques from being taken over by “extremists,” and who command virtually no following among Muslims here or elsewhere, are the anointed media spokesmen on topics relating to Islamic jihad, both because they present the soothing image of a patriotic, pluralistic American Muslim who has no desire to impose Sharia here now or in the future, and because by featuring a Muslim rather than a non-Muslim analyst the shows (even the ones that preen themselves the most about being “politically incorrect”) hedge against charges of “racism” that are sure to come from the mau-mauing Islamic advocacy groups if the programming comes even close to telling it like it is.

And hate speech laws, already in effect in Canada and elsewhere, are closing in on the possibility of talking about the jihad threat at all — not because to do so is in any real sense “hate speech,” but because these same false moderates have skillfully and relentlessly portrayed any and all realistic analysis of the jihad ideology and theology as “hate speech.” Ignorant and indifferent Americans are being carried along on the ride: “Hate speech? Why, of course that should be outlawed! Now: what’s happening with that McCain dirty word rumor, and what Miley Cyrus’s dad say about her photoshoot?”

Qatada, who is accused of giving advice and support to terrorists including the leader of the September 11 hijackers, has been described in official documents as a “truly dangerous individual” who was “heavily involved, indeed at the centre of terrorist activities associated with al-Qa’eda.”

He has been convicted twice in Jordan in his absence for conspiracy to carry out bomb attacks on two hotels in Amman in 1998, and providing finance and advice for a series of bomb attacks in Jordan planned to coincide with the Millennium.

It was those convictions which allowed him to argue in the Appeal Court he would not get a fair treatment in his home country.

With the prospect of extradition removed, the Ministry of Justice has been forced to release him by the Special Immigration Appeals Commission.

The bail order was signed this afternoon and he is expected to be released from Long Lartin jail in Worcestershire tomorrow.

Islamic Saudi Academy Director Arrested for Obstruction of Justice

Fairfax, VA

On June 9th, Fairfax County Police arrested the Director General of the Islamic Saudi Academy (ISA), Mr. Abdalla I. Al-Shabnan, on the charges of Obstruction of Justice without Force (VA Code 18.2-460). Charged and released on the same day, Mr. Al-Shabnan is out on his own recognizance as he awaits his first hearing at Fairfax County General District Court on August 1, 2008, at 9:30 a.m.

* What shits me is that  images from a lot of these creeps  are really hard to come by. They don’t seem to like to have their picture taken…

Mr. Al-Shaban’s arrest stems from an investigation into the ISA’s alleged failure to comply with State requirements for reporting child abuse. According to authorities, instead of reporting the child abuse, Mr. Al-Shabnan deleted the report, contacted the student’s parents, and recommended psychological counseling for the young victim. Mr. Al-Shaban’s June 9 arrest comes after a May 23rd police search of the ISA where they gathered evidence that has contributed to the charges against Mr. Al-Shabnan.

An evil  Democrat tool, Gerry Connolly, offered strong defense of the Islamic school that teaches jihad, Jew hate and aids and abets child sexual molestation. Gerry Connolly, who is the Democratic nominee for Congress in Virginia’s 11th District — offered a strong defense of the school and accused the school’s critics of slander during the meeting in which the lease was approved. Connelly is runningfor Congress. Who would vote for this jihad lover, whatever your party affiliation? Accusing great Americans of slander, it is he who is slanderous. I would love to read his list of donors, I betcha it is chuck full of Saudi blood money.

The mainstream media is finally catching up on this story and it’s a jaw dropper. Connelly should be arrested for aiding and abetting the enemy on native soil.

The State department refuses to release the ugly, spew hating textbooks that were corrected with, get this … white-out.

Al-Shabnan Charged With Failure To Report Child Abuse

The director of a Saudi government-funded Islamic school has been arrested and charged with failing to report a child abuse allegation, adding to scrutiny of the northern Virginia academy as protesters came out Tuesday to call for a federal investigation of its teachings.

Abdalla I. Al-Shabnan, director of the Islamic Saudi Academy, was also charged with obstruction of justice, according to a police report about the June 9 arrest.

The misdemeanor counts come at a time when the private school is under heavy criticism from a federal commission and others over textbooks that allegedly teach violence and hate. More than a dozen protesters lined up outside the school Tuesday, waving signs that read “Saudi hate is not an American family value” and “Islamic Shariah teaches violence and hate.”

Go Great Americans go!

The protesters, including the conservative Traditional Values Coalition, want the Justice and State departments to investigate the school. The State Department last year obtained copies of the school’s textbooks but has so far refused to make them public.

Mosque in Adelaide: The Adelaide mosque was built in 1888, and is the oldest mosque in Australia. Its original four minarets were added in 1903. Muslims from as far away as Broken Hill and Kalgoorlie gathered at least once a year at the Adelaide mosque, usually for the Fast of Ramadan. In 1890 it was reported that 80 Afghans were present to observe this important festival. (Adelaide observer, 2 August 1890, p. 29)

Stop the jiziyah!

This is bitterly ironic in light of the fact that the repair of old houses of worship is specifically forbidden to the dhimmis who live under Islamic law. If Australia ever becomes Islamic, in other words, you will not see this same generosity being extended to churches and synagogues. “Council grant for mosque work,” from Australia’s ABC News, June 16 (thanks to DW):

Australia’s oldest mosque is getting a $65,000 grant from Adelaide City Council to fund the repairs to one of its minarets.

The mosque in Gilbert Street in the city was built in the late 1880s, with minarets added in 1903.

Lord Mayor Michael Harbison says it is the first time the Council has funded refurbishment work on a mosque.

“This money allocated will restore the fourth minaret of the mosque to its former glory and give us what really is a beautiful building, very important to the Islamic community in Adelaide, but [also] a great tourist attraction,” he said.

“[Not only] Adelaide’s mosque but the oldest mosque in Australia.”

CHRISTIANS from all over the country were gathering in Birmingham today following claims that two ministers were ejected by police for preaching the word of Jesus.

Followers from Christian Voice have accused West Midlands Police for turning the predominately Muslim area of Alum Rock into a no-go zone for non-Muslims.

The Carmarthen-based group was heading into Alum Rock today to distribute Christian leaflets and share the Gospel with passers-by.

Stephen Green, national director of Christian Voice, said: “We are coming to preach the Gospel and to show West Midlands Police that they cannot create a Muslim ghetto for the Gospel.

“If a West Midlands Police Community Support Officer and a police constable told the preachers to leave the area that sounds like a no-go area and they need to be told that this is just wrong.

“I’m sure that most Muslims would agree with having freedom of speech.”

* Sure. Freedom of speech to do da’awa, to accuse others of wrongdoing and to spread Islam. That’s where our freedom ends and Islam begins…

He also said the group, which claims to heal a nation in pain through prophetic prayer, was no more radical than the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Earlier this month, evangelists Arthur Cunningham, 48, and Joseph Abraham, 65, claim they were told they were committing a hate crime by Naeem Naguthney, community police support officer (PCSO) for preaching, and risked being beaten up if they returned.

Father Abraham claimed: “The officer said we were ‘off-limits’. He said we were committing a hate crime, but who we were hating, exactly, I have no idea.”

Father Cunningham, a fellow American Baptist missionary, added: “This is a free country and to suggest we were guilty of a hate crime for spreading God’s word is outrageous.”

West Midlands Police are currently holding an internal review following a complaint from the two preachers.

A spokeswoman said: “West Midlands Police would like to reiterate its reassurance to all communities that there are not any ‘no go’ areas in the West Midlands Police area and we will defend the rights of all individuals’ lawful rights to freedom of expression and religion.”

Faith leaders also stood side by side to deny that Alum Rock had become a no-go area for non- Muslims.

Members of the Church of England, Catholic and Islamic faiths issued a message of solidarity to say a lot of work had been done to bring the communities together.

Diane Dawson, a volunteer at Our Lady of the Rosary and St Therese Church, said: “We live in a community of different beliefs.”
