‘Refujihad’ here as traitors return with plans to kill us

By permitting the return of battle-hardened Islamists from Syria and Iraq, Western governments are inadvertently empowering jihad. As allied forces contain ­Islamic State in the Middle East, the terrorist group is deepening the war against the West by a planned strategy of dispersion.

No, the SOB is not dead.

Jihadists like Neil Prakash are being sent back to their countries of origin to prepare jihad against the West from within. They will be sheltered by Western laws that prevent robust interrogation and enjoy legal support, food, housing and the freedom to spread their lethal ideology. The free world citizens that Islamists vow to exterminate will be forced to pay for the soldiers of genocide to live in well-funded prisons equipped with prayer mats, halal food, house imams and plenty of free time to develop jihadist ideology. We are being lured into the second phase of Islamic State jihad. Make no mistake, we will pay for it dearly.

ASIO estimates that about 200 Australians have fought as ­jihadists in Syria and Iraq. About 70 have been killed and 100 are still fighting. In the ideal, allied forces would kill the genocidal soldiers where they stand. Unfortunately, some have escaped the battlefield death they so richly ­deserve, including Islamic State recruiter Prakash.

Malcolm Turnbull has ­enthu­sed about the extradition of Prakash to Australia on the grounds he will face justice here. He is more likely to face a hero’s welcome in the prisons that house the nation’s most notorious jihadists. The singular benefit that Prakash and other highly ranked Islamic State officials offer the West is strategic intelligence on the ­terrorist group and its affiliates. However, common Western methods of interrogation could be ineffective in extracting intelligence for successful prosecution or strategically valuable data.

Germany Confiscating Homes to Use for  Muslim Migrants

• In an unprecedented move, Hamburg authorities confiscated six residential units in the Hamm district near the city center. A trustee appointed by the city is now renovating the properties and will rent them — against the will of the owner — to tenants chosen by the city. District spokeswoman Sorina Weiland said that all renovation costs will be billed to the owner of the properties.
• Similar expropriation measures have been proposed in Berlin, the German capital, but abandoned because they were deemed unconstitutional.
• Some Germans are asking what is next: Will authorities now limit the maximum amount of living space per person, and force those with large apartments to share them with strangers?

Authorities in Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany, have begun confiscating private dwellings to ease a housing shortage — one that has been acutely exacerbated by Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision to allow more than two million migrants into the country in recent years.

City officials have been seizing commercial properties and converting them into migrant shelters since late 2015, when Merkel opened German borders to hundreds of thousands of migrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Now, however, the city is expropriating residential property units owned by private citizens.

In an unprecedented move, Hamburg authorities recently confiscated six residential units in the Hamm district near the city center. The units, which are owned by a private landlord, are in need of repair and have been vacant since 2012. A trustee appointed by the city is now renovating the properties and will rent them — against the will of the owner — to tenants chosen by the city. District spokeswoman Sorina Weiland said that all renovation costs will be billed to the owner of the properties.

The expropriation is authorized by the Hamburg Housing Protection Act (Hamburger Wohnraumschutzgesetz), a 1982 law that was updated by the city’s Socialist government in May 2013 to enable the city to seize any residential property unit that has been vacant for more than four months.

The forced lease, the first of its kind in Germany, is said to be aimed at pressuring the owners of other vacant residences in the city to make them available for rent. Of the 700,000 rental units in Hamburg, somewhere between 1,000 and 5,000 (less than one percent) are believed to be vacant, according an estimate by the Hamburg Senate.

Socialists and Greens in Hamburg recently established a “hotline” where local residents can report vacant properties. Activists have also created a website — Leerstandsmelder (Vacancy Detector) — to identify unoccupied real estate in Hamburg and other German cities.

It remains unclear why the landlord in Hamm left his apartments vacant for more than five years. Some have posited that, given the location of the properties, the renovation costs may have been too high and probably would not have been offset by the rental income.

‘Divisive’ indigenous art installation near Flinders St station criticised

A POLITICAL artwork by indigenous artists that rails against those whose “blood is of a settler” has been labelled “divisive”.

The installation in the City of Melbourne’s Signal arts studio near Flinders St station features a publicly displayed poster saying, “This is a safe blak (sic) space. A space for blakfullas (sic). Refugees welcome”.

Another poster declares, “If your blood is of the settler, please respect our request to not enter. This is for us; this is for you.”

A voice heard through a loudspeaker says, “Pay the rent. You have stolen our land and we want it back.”

In a speech delivered via video to Islamic Co-operative Finance Australia Ltd last December, Sheik Tawfique Chowdhury said investment in the schools offered a high rate of return.

He said investment in the schools would generate huge wealth, which would put an end to so-called bullying of Muslims.

Sheik Chowdhury, a medical doctor who also established worldwide Muslim charity Mercy Mission, suggested applying the same principles to investing in retirement villages because mainstream facilities were where a lot of people “lose a lot of their Islam”.

“There is huge demand for schools. We have more children than we actually have Islamic schools,” he says in the video, which was filmed in Malaysia and has since been posted on the ICFAL website.

“This could easily be a strategic decision that is made and profit could be even better than a simple percentage of 4 per cent or 5 per cent that you might get,” he says. “The point of the matter being this is also government-backed, because the government funds the schools, so the risk of loss is actually far less.”
