San Bernardino law enforcement authorities report a mass shooting involving at least 20 victims just before 11 a.m. Pacific time. Local news reports suggest that there are between one and three suspects, wearing masks and possibly body armor as well. (Breitbart)

1:10 p.m.: Fox News reports that the gunmen attacked a Christmas party being held in a rented conference room at the center, and were wearing “military-style” clothing. None of the suspected gunmen are in custody and all are presumed armed and dangerous. Speaking with local ABC News reporters, police have confirmed “fatalities” and “some type of function” at the center.

THE inability of our courts and politicians to force a Muslim man Muselmaniac to stand for the judge during his trial for attempted murder degenerated into farce yesterday as the Premier, the Attorney-General and the trial judge all failed to make any move towards slapping him with a contempt charge.
Instead, District Court judge Gregory Farmer SC entered the court before Muslim extremist Milad bin Ahmad-Shah al-Ahmadzai, apparently to avoid a confrontation.
Al-Ahmadzai is facing a judge-alone trial for the alleged attempted murder of a man outside a gay sex club in 2013.
And in another win for the convicted criminal, the Prisons Minister’s office yesterday admitted prison authorities had given up trying to make al-Ahmadzai kneel while he is handcuffed — common jail practice — because he refused to do so.
Al-Ahmadzai, 25, has refused to stand for four District Court judges in the past 18 months because he says he is “not at the behest of any authority other than Islam”.
His stubborn refusal to show respect compelled NSW Attorney-General Gabrielle Upton this week to order Solicitor-General Michael Sexton SC to consider contempt charges.
But she could put no time frame on when Mr Sexton might act, other than saying it would be “as soon as possible”.

Yesterday al-Ahmadzai, who has already been sentenced to nine months jail for threatening to slit the throat of an ASIO officer, was able to avoid showing his disrespect to Judge Farmer SC by entering the courtroom after the judge on four occasions.
Before proceedings resumed his defence barrister instructed the court officer to bring al-Ahmadzai in last so there would be “no issues”.
But his rudeness was on display when he refused to stand each time Judge Farmer left the court.
When asked if al-Ahmadzai was brought up from the cells after the judge was seated on purpose, a District Court spokeswoman said: “It is not appropriate for the trial judge in this matter to respond to these questions.”

Former judge Anthony Whealy QC said he had dealt with two defendants who would not stand: “They say (it’s because of) religion. I think they’re just thumbing their nose at authority.”

WITNESS FEARS FOR HIS LIFE
A WITNESS at the trial of Milad bin Ahmad-Shah al-Ahmadzai for attempted murder yesterday refused to answer questions, saying he feared his relatives would kill him.
The prosecution witness, who can’t be identified for legal reasons, refused to reveal the identity of a man he had previously told police was involved in a shooting outside a gay sex club at Rydalmere in May 2013.
“I’m not going to name that man,” he told the court. “I’m not going to jeopardise my life or my family’s life.”
The witness was giving evidence at the judge-alone trial of al-Ahmadzai, 25, who has pleaded not guilty to six charges, including shooting with attempt to murder.
The man, who is not related to al-Ahmadzai, was cross-examined over a police interview in which he identified al-Ahmadzai as one of two men in CCTV footage that showed a man being shot.

Muslim boys are ‘just being teenagers’ when they plot terror acts, Islam conference told
MUSLIM youth who have been charged with terrorism offences or targeted in recent counter-terrorism raids are merely teenagers being teenagers, a university lecturer has told an Islam conference.
Psychcentral NSW’s Hanan Dover said the young men, arrested in the counter-terrorism raids following the shooting death of NSW Police employee Curtis Cheng and previous raids across Sydney and Melbourne, were targeted because of their natural teenage way of “acting out” and that their normal “teenage speak” was being criminalised.
Ms Dover, who is an adjunct lecturer of religion at Western Sydney University and a community psychologist, yesterday defended the young men charged with terrorism on a discussion panel at the 2nd Australasian Conference on Islam Radicalisation and Islamophobia, claiming they had been treated unfairly.
“I do have a lot of clients who have been charged with terrorism charges and who may have not been charged but were raided by the AFP and arrested,” she said.
“Young teenagers act out, yet their acting out has been criminalised. The way they talk … is being criminalised as opposed to it being teenage speak.
“It is quite unfair, and there is no previous indicators or violence or tendency, yet they are placed in maximum-security prison with other convicted criminals, until the AFP decide they don’t have enough evidence and are released.
“When the Muslim community sees this, they see the double standards, they see the injustice.’’
Griffith University associate professor Mohamad Abdalla preached a similar theme at the conference — that counter-terrorism measures were increasing hostility towards policing and laws.
He claimed there were links between Islamophobia and radicalisation, and said it was more imperative for governments to address the root cause of terrorism — namely Western foreign policy.
“Unless we treat the root causes, such as the injustices in the Middle East, the double standards of Western foreign policies, the Palestinian plight, then terrorism and violent extremism will raise its ugly head again, even if groups such as ISIS are destroyed,’’ he said.
He called for a dramatic shift in media and political rhetoric: “Young people tell us … they are traumatised by media reporting and political statements.’’
The liberals’ Josh Frydenberg, in an emotional fit of honesty, declared that Grand Mufti, Ibrahim abu Mohammed, had let his Muslim followers down by suggesting, among some other nasty things, that the Paris massacre was at least partly due to Islamophobia.
Minister Frydenberg had just returned from visiting the Bataclan Theatre where 130 people were slaughtered and, on his return, he was visibly upset at the Grand Mufti’s comments. PM Turnbull had also just visited the site after which he launched into another bullshit, “let’s all pull together” pep talk.
But Josh’s pep talk had far more meaning as he lambasted the latest in a line of Australian Muslim “elders” who feel Australians are to blame for Islamic atrocities.
At least the Grand Mufti stopped short of Bill Shorten’s contribution of sending his condolences to the family of dead 15-year-old Farhad Khalil Mohammad who had gunned down Mr Cheng after visiting the Parramatta Mosque. But that’s Bill for you.

At least one person in the current liberal Party understands the futility of expecting the Islamic “elite” to correct the rank and file. This Ibrahim “grand mufti”, who learned the Koran off by heart as a kid, was elected unopposed to high office by Australia’s Sheiks and Imams in 2011 in much the same way as Eddie McGuire was elected President of Collingwood; a prerequisite for either position was devoted, unwavering fanaticism since childhood.
So, unless you expect Eddie to teach his kids the value of playing for Essendon, don’t expect the grand mufti to be any less single-minded about Islam. In Islam all other teams, whether they be Christian, Buddhist or Atheist, are deserving of a violent death.
So far, Josh remains a lone voice against the stupidity of ASIO who still advises co-operative appeasement.

A RIFT has emerged between senior Labor frontbenchers over calls for Muslim leaders to do more to denounce Islamic extremism, following cabinet minister Josh Frydenberg’s comments that “a problem within Islam” was at the heart of the recent terrorist attacks.
Mr Frydenberg also accused Australia’s Grand Mufti Ibrahim Abu Mohamed of a “graphic failure” with his claims of “causative factors” such as racism in the wake of the Paris attacks.
Sydney Labor MP Tony Burke on Monday accused Mr Frydenberg of stoking division. But he refused to level the same claim against fellow Labor frontbencher Anthony Albanese, who also accused the Grand Mufti of making inexcusable remarks.
Mr Burke, whose seat of Watson has a large Muslim constituency — 20.2 per cent according to the 2011 census — apologised to Muslims on behalf of those who had attacked the Mufti.
“To the half million Australians who hold Islam as their faith, I say: just as the extremists do not represent you, in the same way the politicians stoking division do not represent the majority of members on either side in this place,” Mr Burke said.
“To those who have made comments which have reverberated around the country and stoked division in the last few days, please stop.
“(Mr Frydenberg’s) comments were an attempt, more than a week on, to relaunch an attack against the Grand Mufti of Australia. The language of a minority of other members of parliament looks like a co-ordinated attempt to ignite a sectarian debate.”
Mr Frydenberg’s comments, however, echoed those of Mr Albanese a week earlier.
“It is completely unacceptable, because what it does is provide some sort of excuse for this behaviour,” Mr Albanese had said of the Grand Mufti’s comments.
“There is no excuse for the fundamentalist form of Islam leading to terrorism being found to be somehow in the name of religion.”
