U.K: ‘Terror Cleric’ complains of ‘filthy’ taxpayer funded home, racist British
“Let no one be under the impression that we want to stay here after having suffered so much.”
The man who was designated by the British media as England’s own “terror cleric,” Abu Qatada is now complaining, via his son, that the £450,000 ($675,000) taxpayer subsidized London home is “small and filthy” as reported by the London Evening Standard on Jan. 2, 2013.
As previously covered by Examiner.com, the British taxpayers are already funding police security for the convicted terrorist initially at the cost of £10,000 ($15,000) per week.
That amount has since been revised to £100,000 ($150,000) per week to ensure proper surveillance of the man who was once described as Usama bin Laden’s right hand man in Europe.

Prison ‘justified’ in restricting influence of preacher
A high-security prison governor acted reasonably when he took steps to prevent Abu Qatada, the Muslim preacher, ”radicalising” young Muslim inmates, the High Court ruled today.
Hmm, could it have anything to do with this:
Zebiba boy Abu  Qatada
Abu Qatada was once described as Osama bin Laden’s right-hand man in Europe
Judges ruled that action taken to restrict the possible “malign influence” of Qatada, 49, at Long Lartin in Worcestershire was justified and proportionate.
Qatada, whose real name is Omar Othman and who was once dubbed Osama bin Laden’s right-hand man in Europe, was described as an ”iconic figure for jihadists”.
He is among six Muslim international terror suspects who are unconvicted of any offence but held in a special detainee unit at Long Lartin.

Britain was wrong to freeze assets of Abu Qatada, rules EU, clearing way for him to get compensation

Controversial: Abu Qatada has been linked to Al Qaeda
EU judges today rode roughshod over the British Government and United Nations by unfreezing the assets of Al-Qaeda ambassador Abu Qatada.
The verdict by the EU’s Court of First Instance paves the way for the fanatic to receive a hugely controversial compensation payout awarded against the British taxpayer earlier this year.
Qatada – named in court as Omar Mohammed Othman – was placed on a list of terrorist suspects whose money and other assets in Europe are blocked in the wake of 9/11.

      Al Qaeda  ‘Ambassador’: Abu Qatada
After 9/11, the Government woke up to the enemy within. Tony Blair announced that ‘the game has changed’. No longer would we play host to Islamist headbangers, dedicated to our destruction.
Britain’s reputation as a soft touch was over. The preachers of hate were to be rounded up and kicked out, we were promised.
Blair knew perfectly well that was never going to happen, thanks to Labour’s embrace of the European ‘yuman rites’ act, which he once called his proudest achievement in politics.

The picture on today’s Mail Online website says it all. Abu Qatada, wanted by Jordan for involvement in terrorist attacks, strolls down a London street, carrying groceries paid for by the British taxpayer.
Beside him, on a mobile phone, apparently acting as a go-between, is Yasser Al-Sirri, wanted by Egypt for aiding an assassination attempt in 1993 of the then Prime Minister with a car bomb, which instead killed a young girl.

Both these men despise the country that is sheltering them. To Qatada, it is the duty of Muslims to kill non-Muslims. Al-Sirri refers to the ‘impotence and criminal nature’ of the British government.
Well, he’s right about the impotence. The decent people of this country want hate-mongers like these thrown out, but the Government seems pretends to be powerless.
