Ray Charles for Schabbos:
And what an investment it is! So much wiser than the ‘fear-mongering’ from the opposition.
Labor intelligentsia  and their supporting  wackademics  will tell you that arriving jihadists will somehow keep us safe from jihad, because when we are seen being nice to them their coreligionists will not bomb us or hack us to pieces on our streets.
”This is against the advice of other government departments and is being done because the department doesn’t want to be seen opening more centres . . . they would rather put the Australian public at risk than take the hit of opening new centres.”

Asylum seekers involved in violent attacks while in immigration detention are being released into the community, including one man who assaulted staff and was involved in more than 250 incidents.
Not to worry: Juliar Gillard told us that’s an investment in our fjoodja!.
The violent detainees are released before security checks into their background are completed, according to an insider with intimate knowledge of the detention system.
“I have 200 to 250 guys behind me and we have more guns than the army. You should have been gone 2 1/2 weeks ago but I stepped in and if you don’t do as I’m telling you I’m gonna take matters into my own hands..”
Amanie Australia Islamic Finance Forum 2013
‘Guest of Honor’ is dhimmi in chief  Bill Shorten, Financial Services Minister (this guy is a menace!)
With the success and rapid growth of Islamic finance, and the recent granting of the first Islamic finance AFSL licence in Australia, the time is optimal for us to proudly host our next major international event in Melbourne, Australia. We are proud to announce the 1st Amanie Australian Islamic Finance Forum, to be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Â (Continue Reading)
Meanwhile, Â PM JuLiar Gillard is vote whoring on the culturally enriched side of town. She calls it the “heartland” and is prepared to even sleep there. Her houseboy will be pleased. Â Â Gillard’s expedition to Rooty Hill will cost her
If   Baillieu has a problem with hate speech he should ban the Koran and close the mosques. But that would bring an end to the Muslim cash-flow that helps him stay in power.
CONTROVERSIAL anti-Islamic Dutch MP Geert Wilders will face protests from Muslims and others in Melbourne next month. Â (H/T BCF)
The Baillieu Government has also warned that Mr Wilders could fall foul of the state’s hate speech laws if he incites tensions.
The  Baillieu Government should be held responsible for aiding and abetting a foreign, destructive ideology which follows the law of allah  to destroy Australia.
Mr Wilders had been due to visit Australia last year but had to postpone the trip following delays in processing his visa.
He opposes the “Islamisation” of the Netherlands and has called for the banning of the Koran, which he  (rightly) equates with Adolf Hitler’s autobiography Mein Kampf.
Mr Wilders was invited to Australia by a nationalist group called the Q Society.
A meeting is planned for Melbourne on February 19, and there are appearance dates in Sydney and Perth.
Islamic Friendship Association president Keysar Trad said he had been approached by Leftist groups about protests against the Right-wing politician.
Again, we see the left in cahoots with those who seek to destroy us.
We are dealing with the most dangerous government ever in Australia’s history. This is becoming the most important issue in the history of this nation. Countless Australians died in past wars protecting our freedoms. We must not let them down. It’s really amazing to think people would still vote for such a anti-freedom party as the ALP headed lead by Gillard.
It is astonishing that Australia has a government so authoritarian – and it is depressing that Australians aren’t united in howling down such an arrogant attack on their freedom to say what they think:
LEGAL experts have questioned whether Labor’s draft anti-discrimination laws are constitutional, arguing the expansion of federal powers is a step too far into community life that will ensnare students, parents, employees and even sports spectators.
As the Senate inquiry into the bill prepares to hold its first hearings this week, constitutional law professors Nicholas Aroney of the University of Queensland and Patrick Parkinson of the University of Sydney say it could also fall foul of our international obligations and may lead to successful court challenges.
The Greens yesterday joined the chorus of concerns over the proposed legislation, which will make it unlawful to offend or insult others.
Even the Greens think Labor is too authoritarian?
Not just that, even some impeccably Leftist comedians – well, Ben Elton, at least – are astonished to find themselves suddenly so badgered. Elton is yet to defend his free speech, but does draw the line at Government nagging over smoking and drinking:
Complain while it’s still legal, Ben.
Complain about attacks on our right to speak? Forget it. Far easier to give in.
Paul Sheehan on the visit next month of Geert Wilders, leader of a political party with 16 seats in the Dutch Parliament.
You don’t have to agree with Wilders, or endorse his style. But on our right to hear him – and his right to speak here – there can be no compromise. One way to defend both is by booking a seat at one of his speeches here:
Some very valid observations:
The great lie of the 60s: freedom and socialism go together. A big lie, told often and believed.
When it comes to Roxon and her ilk, the believers see their faith confirmed by this verse from the Koran:
“The unbelievers are like beasts. Deaf, dumb, and blind, they understand nothing” (2:172).
RADICAL Islamist group Soldiers of Allah from Hizb ut-Tahrir were upset with reports this week that their leader, the euphoniously named Sheik Ismail Al-Wahwah, had called for Australia to be ruled by Muslim law.
This was the Hizbies’ cue to call a Wahwambulance. “Ismail al-Wahwah did not mention Australia at all in his lecture, a fact evident to anyone who watches the excerpts of the lecture on the basis of which the claim was made,” the group wailed.
“The lecture, the complete recording of which will be up on our website soon, was about the establishment of the Caliphate in the Muslim World. At no point was any vision for Australia presented.” Well, let’s check exactly what Wahwah said in his lecture, which formed the basis of those reports.
Ismail and Australia’s mufti appear to have a shared interest in trees and rocks.
Al-Wahwah gives a very blunt and dark picture of the intentions of their like-minded people regarding their intentions for the world, on how they intend to take over the world, establish an Islamic Caliphate, implement strict Shariah law, and make Arabic as an official language. Here’s the kicker: these are the same type of people that the West is currently hailing as “freedom fighters” in Syria. Hizb ut-Tahrir is one of the major religious/political parties to which many Jihadis in Syria subscribe.
The grand mufti of the Australian continent visits his Hamas mates:
Sheikh Ibrahim Salem expressed his happiness for being in Gaza, describing it as the land of pride and martyrdom.
“I am pleased to stand on the land of jihad to learn from its sons and I have the honor to be among the people of Gaza where the weakness always becomes strength, the few becomes many and the humiliation turns into pride,” Sheikh Salem said.
“We came here in order to learn from Gaza. As I said in my speech, we will make the stones, trees, and people of Gaza talk, in order to learn steadfastness, sacrifice, and the defense of one’s rights from them. We feel like we are on cloud nine. We feel like we are on top of the world.”
So he’ll be staying there, then. Enjoy the local fireworks, mufti man.
No doubt it was all “out of context”, as usual. But the Hamas charter is not.
(The Comments are funny!)
A common line of apologists is that FGM is ‘cultural’ rather than religious and that ‘it has nothing to do with Islam’. Fact is that FGM spread around the world because of Islam, and if it wasn’t for Islam people wouldn’t practice it.
From the ABC’s ‘7.30’ program, Caro Meldrum-Hanna reporting.
‘Across the nation, young girls (that is, ‘young Muslim girls’Â – CM) are being mutilated in a brutal and barbaric religious practice that most Australians struggle to comprehend.
Why should we seek to ‘comprehend’ something like that? Practices like FGM, ‘honor’ murder of perceived-to-be-uppity women, the killing of apostates and ‘blasphemers’, and the forced ‘marriage’ of underage girls are not quaint, complex customs requiring to be earnestly ‘comprehended’; they require to be banned, and those who advocate or practise them should not be permitted to remain on Australian soil. However: kudos to Ms Meldrum-Hanna and the 7.30 Report for actually using the words ‘brutal’ and ‘barbaric’.  And for being prepared to mention ‘religious’, and to face up to which ‘religion’ is involved.  – CM
‘More than 120,000 migrant women in Australia have suffered genital mutilation - a brutal religious practice common in Islamic populations in Africa, South America, parts of Asia and the Middle East.
The Australian Press Council warns journalists not to use the phrase “illegal immigrants” – another absurd attempt to restrict a frank discussion on what is really occurring:
The store, known as the Alamdar Super Store, is one of about six businesses operating in and around a single street in Dandenong which authorities believe has become the Australian hub for transferring funds offshore to pay for places on asylum boats.
