The Specter of Muslim Disloyalty in America

Infiltration, Subversion, Obfuscation, Treason, Terror & Deceit:

The Ikhwan must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all religions. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny ……..

Excellent observations by Raymond Ibrahim/Pajamas Media

Islamist enmity for infidels, regularly manifested in the jihad, is by now moderately well known. Lesser known, however, but of equal concern, is the mandate for Muslims to be loyal to fellow Muslims and Islam — a loyalty that all too often translates into disloyalty to all things non-Muslim, including the American people and their government.

This dichotomy of loyalty to Muslims and enmity for infidels — which, incidentally, corresponds well with Islamic law’s division of the world into the abode of war (deserving of enmity) and the abode of Islam (deserving of loyalty) — is founded on a Muslim doctrine called wala’ wa bara’ (best translated as “loyalty and enmity”). I first encountered this doctrine while translating various Arabic documents for The Al Qaeda Reader. In fact, the longest and arguably most revealing document I included in that volume is titled “Loyalty and Enmity” (pgs.63-115), compiled by Aymen Zawahiri, al-Qaeda’s number two.

Denying Jihad — Again

We know now that the car bomb in Times Square was an attempted Islamic jihad attack. But the mainstream media, following its usual pattern, is once again denying, minimizing, or obfuscating this fact.

Of course there is always response and retaliation in war. That’s what war is. But what Makhdoom Qureshi is trying to do is put the blame on America for Shahzad’s jihad attack. The implication of his statement is that if we stop resisting the jihadis, they will stop fighting us. But of course they wouldn’t stop, for the Qur’an and Islamic theology and law mandate warfare against unbelievers simply because they are unbelievers, not solely because they are fighting back. “Taliban lackey’s twisted mission,” by Bruce Golding, John Doyle and Dan Mangan for the New York Post,  More here:   Times Square jihad

Why Does Faisal Shahzad Hate Us?

By Greg Gutfeld/Fox News

Check out my favorite headline of the day — no, make that year. The AP headline reads: “NY car bomb suspect cooperates, but motive mystery.”

It’s only a mystery if you’re in the media and really stupid. Everyone else pretty much understands why the terrorist left a fuel bomb in an area filled with families: He hates us, he wants us dead.

But the media — full of fragile egos and bubble-encased boobs — can’t see that. In fact, it’s kind of awesome how huge their blind spot toward radical Islam is. If only there could be other motives, so they’d never have to place blame on anything (other than America, of course).

So I thought I’d help them with motives they could be comfortable with: Why did Faisal Shahzad try to blow us up?

• Obviously, global warming: The rising temperature forced him to jog at night. Plus, it made his beard itch

• Wall Street greed: Faisal was so enraged by this that he got lost and ended up in the Theater District. Better luck next time

• The “The Lion King” musical didn’t reflect the horror of Bushitler the way “American Idiot” does

• Walmart: Their cheap prices deeply offended his “mom and pop” sensibilities

• Lack of workplace diversity: Well, except for MSNBC. Their whiteness gets a pass because their hearts are in the right place

• Same sex marriage won’t lead to marrying a goat — sadly

• Bill Ayers never returned his ball gag

• Evil Tea Partiers who mock Islam with their delightful bacon and egg salad sandwiches

Actually, it must be the Tea Partiers’ fault for they created the hateful climate that encouraged Shazhad. In fact, let’s also blame the Arizona immigration bill, Rush Limbaugh, offshore drilling, and, of course, Fox News. Because all that stuff is evil — unlike, you know, real evil.

And if you disagree with me, you’re a homophobic back-lashing racist.

Why Would Anyone Want to Blow Up Times Square?

Desperately wishing Islamic terrorism has nothing to do with Islam:

Daniel Pipes

Daniel Pipes:  You can’t win a war if you don’t have the courage to name the enemy.

When news comes of Muslims engaging in violence, the triad of politicians, law enforcement, and media invariably presumes that the perpetrator suffers from some mental or emotional incapacity. (For a quick listing of examples, see my collection at “Sudden Jihad or ‘Inordinate Stress’ at Ft. Hood?“).

Instead, I argue, they should begin with a presumption of jihadi intent. That is, the default expectation should be ideological passion, not insanity. Spreading Islam and applying Islamic law are the goals. Of course, some crazy Muslims exist and they do engage in violence, but they constitute a microscopic percentage of the 15,247 Muslim terrorist incidents since 9/11, as counted

The failed effort to blow up an SUV in New York’s Times Square prompted speculation about the would-be bomber’s motives even before the identity of Faisal Shahzad, an immigrant from Pakistan, had been made public. The Nation‘s Robert Dreyfuss discounted the possibility of a jihadi from the Pakistan-based Taliban, “it seems far more likely to me [he] was either a lone nut job or a member of some squirrely branch of the Tea Party, anti-government far right.”

Then, just hours after Shahzad had been arrested, authorities rushed to assure the public his action had nothing to do with Islam. Examples from May 4:
