Honor killing in Pakistan: Girl clubbed to death by uncle
A manual of Islamic law certified by Al-Azhar as a reliable guide to Sunni orthodoxy says that “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (‘Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2).
In other words, someone who kills his child incurs no legal penalty under Islamic law.

Bahawalpur, Pakistan: One young girl was clubbed to death by her uncle for her alleged illicit relations with a man in TM Pannah Police jurisdiction here on Thursday. Accused Fida Hussain, uncle of Shehnaz Bibi, found her niece sitting with her alleged paramour Amir Khan. He took her to her house and later clubbed her to death.Police have registered a murder case against Fida Hussain on the complain of the girl’s father Nazir Ahmad.

This fact is recorded several times in the hadith collection Muslims consider most reliable, Bukhari:Â 5.48.234;Â 5.58.236;Â 7.62.64;Â 7.62.65; and7.62.88. Because Muhammad is the excellent example of conduct for Muslims (cf. Qur’an 33:21), it is very hard to work against child marriage in Muslim-majority countries.
Yet when people raise this point in America and Europe today, they’re called “Islamophobes” and worse. The truth then comes out only in places such as the 18th paragraph of a Reuters story about a different topic, as is the case here.

I am so sick of muslims saying this is not a part of islam while they know that so many of us are ignorant of sharia laws.
Well, no non-muslim is allowed to vote – and no muslim votes to change sharia laws – so sharia laws which are based on the koran and sunnah (hadiths, etc) are indeed allowing honor killings and other atrocities to happen.
and we go la-de-da skipping down the lane allowing the UN to pass moronic rules that say we are not to associate islam with human rights abuses. Who are the morons?!?!?! I think it is ‘us’.
The ironic part is that if they gave this girl to that man, or some other pervert, that would have been a-ok for that man/pervert to do whatever he wanted to her. This is the sickness that is islam.
