Islamist Censorship in NSW

Just a few days ago I was informed by one of our readers that  our on line magazine – Australian Islamist Monitor was blocked by the NSW Department of Education and Training.    

All those who would wish to view our web site from the DET’s network would see the following message:

 The site http://www.islammonitor.org/ is blocked. It has been classified in the category/ies Hate/Discrimination

If you believe that this site is required for educational purposes you can request that the site be unblocked by completing a Filtering Information Request. 
 
Details about filter categories can be obtained from the Account Administration online help.

  1. Just let you know not jonly DET’s network have blocked A.I.M., but also some other huge companies also blocked that website from this week as well. Category is Hate speech. I was disappointed because I don’t believe it is Hate Speech but free speech and the people like us have the right to know the truth.

  3. Free speech seems to be under heavy attack by islam right now, most people dont realise.

    Try to load the site through a translator site like babelfish or similar.Tell it to translate Chimese to English or similar. This works with a lot of web blockers.

    If the policy is not reversable, make sure the admin is advised of any islamic site/ forums to ensure they are added to the block list,

    Often the block lists are generated by the block software providers, you might have to complain there.

  4. This was also blocked at my office recently. It appears whoever manages the blocked list for the FireBox/SonicWall series of corporate firewalls has added it.

  5. Can everyone please complain to their MPs if they live in NSW or write to the Education Dept protesting this attempt to stifle free speech.

    AIM IS NOT A HATE SITE.

    We have writers from all ethnicities and belief systems, many of them ex-Muslims, who have an expert knowledge of Islam. All of our articles are factual and we back up all our statements with evidence.

    We are firmly anti-racist, unlike Muslim sites, which ARE hate sites by definition, as Islam is an ideology of racism, discrimination, supremacism and hate -there is abundant evidence in their holy books to back up all these claims.

    We must be allowed to tell the truth. Otherwise our democracy will be destroyed.

  6. Complain to your politicand – NOW!! I will write to both the federal and state governments. I have had enough of these brain dead PC fuckwits who couldnt even go to the toilet without soiling their pants!
