17 Indians to face firing squad for killing one Pakistani

Hamas Judge: International Law Permits Murdering Jews

The Hamas judge said “there’s no self defense against the Arab’s self defense”. By Arab’s self defense the judge means Arab terror attacks which led to the Israel’s Operation Cast Lead which, according to this judge, was illegal because Hamas considers all of the land of Israel as occupied territory which must be liberated by jihad.

“Once a region has been conquered for Islam, it is always Islamic and must be re-conquered from the infidel, regardless of the passage of time.”

This is the core of the entire conflict and this is what drives the Muslims.  It is safe to say that if Jerusalem came under the control of the Muslims/Arabs, it would once again be downgraded in importance because it can’t be allowed to challenge the importance of Mecca.

(IsraelNN.com) Judge Dia Ad-Din Al-Madhon of the Hamas government in Gaza has justified terror and fighting against Israel. In an interview posted Sunday on a Hamas website, the judge, who headed the legal staff that corresponded with the Goldstone commission on Operation Cast Lead, said the entrance of Israeli troops into Gaza did not meet the definition of self defense.

Judge Al-Madhon called the action “military actions in the framework of armed agression against the Palestinian people,” which justified action against, according to international law, including the United Nations Charter. He said all Israeli attacks were war crimes under international law, saying there’s no self defense against the Arab’s self defense. It must be noted that Hamas sees all of the land of Israel as occupied territory which must be liberated by jihad, Islamic holy war.

“If my mother had not been able to work with her headscarf, I had never become who I am,” Albayrak said, who was born in Turkey. “We owe the emancipation process in our family to a mother who had contact in the meat processing industry with the outside world and earned her own money.” This week Albayrak decided she wants to become a parliamentarian again for the PvdA.
