As the local and international press corps converged on Jerusalem’s Old City to cover the Arab riots at the Temple Mount two weeks ago, little mention was made of the fact that Jerusalem was not the only flashpoint. In Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israeli Arab rioters supported by far-left protesters stoned buses. Israeli Arabs firebombed motorists on Highway 443 and on the roads to Beersheba. In the North, cars were stoned.

These little-reported attacks are the consequence of one of the most dangerous emerging threats to Israel’s national survival: the rapidly escalating radicalization of Israel’s Arab citizens.

Over the past decade and at a frenzied pace since the 2005 withdrawal from Gaza, acting at least partially at the direction of the Israeli Islamic Movement and with the active support of the far left, Israeli Arabs and Beduin have launched a massive assault on the state. The relevant national authorities including the courts, the state prosecution, the police, the IDF, the Jewish National Fund, the Israel Lands Authority and the Ministry of Interior have failed to defend against it.

Firebombing Jewish-owned vehicles is small potatoes in comparison to developments at the center of mass of the Israeli Arab onslaught: state land. Over the past decade, Israeli Arabs have seized millions of dunams of state land.

The Muslim Brotherhood is expanding into Poland — home of the Jewish death camps. How fitting.

Protests were staged this Saturday against a mosque and centre of Muslim culture, mainly financed by Saudi Arabia.  This is how the devout Muslim ideology cradled and wet-nursed by the Sauds spreads its poison.

One of the protesters, a Muslim, wrote me this:

“I was the only muslim person against the construction of mosque. Indeed it was a big shock to them, as well as the supporters of mosque construction have described me as racist and fascist. Some described USA in terrorist country. There were two Arab women and an idiot Arab where they attacked me through bad words and despised me, and even that idiot Arab guy insulted me and has spat on me “Arab and muslim culture”; asked me who sent you?!

SAUDI ARABIA is pouring hundreds of millions of pounds into Islamist groups in the Balkans, some of which spread hatred of the West and recruit fighters for jihad in Afghanistan.

But not to worry: didn’t Rotten Totten personally assure us that the Balkan Muslims are our friends and they even fly the American flag?

According to officials in Macedonia, Islamic fundamentalism threatens to destabilise the Balkans. Strict Wahhabi and Salafi factions funded by Saudi organisations are clashing with traditionally moderate local Muslim communities.

Fundamentalists have financed the construction of scores of mosques and community centres as well as handing some followers up to £225 a month. They are expected not only to grow beards but also to persuade their wives to wear the niqab, or face veil, a custom virtually unknown in the liberal Islamic tradition of the Balkans.

More asylum seekers are expected to arrive in Queensland in coming days. Some of the detainees in Brisbane have been here for months and a group of Afghani and Kurdish asylum seekers yesterday were taken on a shopping trip to a suburban mall.

When The Sunday Mail asked if they were Afghanis, several said “Yes” and one said “Kurdish”. They smiled, nodded and said “Yes” when asked if they had come from Christmas Island, but did not say how long they had been in Brisbane.

An Immigration staff member said: “They are not supposed to talk to you.”

But you are supposed to pay for their groceries.

It is time to put an end to the charade of “moderate Islam.” There is no such thing as moderate Muslim. Muslims are either jihadists or dormant jihadists – moderate, they are not.

I have always maintained that “moderate Muslim” is an oxymoron. We have two kinds of Muslims: Terrorist Muslims and ignorant Muslims. The former are those who know Islam well and live by its dictums. The latter have no clue about their religion and have an idealized image of Islam that has no bases in facts.

Mr. Tarek Fatah’s editorial published in National Post on March 12, 2010 confirms my view. Fatah attended a debate between Dr. Wafa Sultan, the courageous ex-Muslim woman that shook the Arab world when in an Aljazeera televised debate she pointed out that the problem with the Muslim world is Islam, and Dr. Daniel Pipes, a scholar of Islamic history and the director of the Middle East Forum.

Erdogan the Turkish PM has recently repeated his call to Turks living in the EU not to assimilate and has added that EU Turkish officials and community leaders should work to promote the interests of the Turkish government. Now the area where this Austrian mosque has been built is showing the same signs of developing into the aggressive no-go areas that are popping up across Europe ~ where significant numbers of Muslims live.

Muslim immigration is clearly changing the face of Europe in places like London, Amsterdam, and Brussels. Austria is no exception.  It’s largest city, Vienna, has seen a large influx of Turkish Muslims in recent years. But this growing influence isn’t limited to big cities.

CBN News recently traveled to one small town in Austria where residents are up in arms over the newest local attraction: a multi-million dollar Islamic center.

On March 19, 2010, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak appointed Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad Al-Tayyeb as head of Al-Azhar, Sunni Islam’s most prestigious institution. Sheikh Al-Tayyeb succeeds Sheikh Muhammad Sayyed Tantawi, who passed away on March 10.

Sheikh Al-Tayyeb has been president of Al-Azhar University since 2003; prior to that, he was Egypt’s grand mufti.

It’s been almost a year since Obama committed to, and Muslims requested, making the Islamic pillar of zakat easier for Muslims in the U.S. And Obama’s Muslim constituency is losing patience.

Now that they got their man in the White House, Muslims demand that he delivers:


Zakat, as we’ve documented numerous times already, is intended to fund jihad, and Islamic charities have been proven to fund jihad. In fact, the duty of jihad is linked to zakat – or what Obama and Muslim groups in America call charitable giving.

Zakat, however, is not charitable giving in the Western sense. If it were, there are thousands of charities that accept donations and no special exemptions or change in law ordered by the president would be required. Yet, as Raymond Ibrahim pointed out in Why Muslim Charities Fund Jihad, “There is scholarly consensus (ijma`) that zakat cannot be given to non-Muslims.”

Anti-American groups in the U.S. like Viva Palestina openly raise money on U.S. college campuses for terrorist, Hamas-controlled Gaza. Code Pink has done the same in Massachusetts. Muslim groups in the U.S. advertise that they are collecting money via Paypal, and through online fundraisers. Non-U.S. websites, terrorists included, do the same.
