Failure to deport this loser is the byproduct of bleeding heart liberals and the current presidents desire to follow the European pattern of swelling the country (with violent and parasitic) illegals or asylum seekers to distract the population from the subversive Anti-American actions carried out by this administration. We had the same situation here in Australia a few years ago with that Benbrika character. He was supposed to be deported but married some Australian muslim slut and was allowed to stay. To thank the Australian government for their kindness to him, he offered to blow up a football stadium.
