Fugitive Paris jihad mass murderer captured alive

One small victory in what will be a long, long war.

Salah Abdeslam, the most-wanted suspect for the Paris attacks who eluded capture for four months, has been arrested after a shootout with heavily-armed police in the Belgian capital.

Salah Abdeslam, the main fugitive from Islamic extremist attacks in Paris in November, was arrested in Belgium’s capital Friday after four months at large, two French police officials told The Associated Press.

They said he was arrested in a major police operation in the Brussels neighborhood of Molenbeek. Both officials are in contact with people involved in the operation and spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about an ongoing operation.

Theo Francken, Belgium’s secretary of state for asylum and migration, tweeted, “We hebben hem,” which translates to English, “We got him.”

The arrest would be a dramatic turn in the investigation that has vexed European officials for months.

Abdeslam fled Paris after the Nov. 13 gun and bomb attacks that killed 130 people at a theatre, the national stadium and cafes. Most of the Paris attackers died that night, including Abdeslam’s brother Brahim, who blew himself up. The Islamic State terror group claimed responsibility for the attacks, in which Belgian nationals played key roles.

There are few details about the raids. Francois Schepmans, the mayor of Molenbeek, said two people were injured in the operation….

It has become very clear that in the West, we have a fundamental misunderstanding of Islam. Its history, guiding principles, and more importantly, what it means to a Muslim when he uses certain terms.

In order to understand what Muslims mean when they use a certain word, we must remember that in their minds and cultures, certain words do not mean anything like the accepted meaning we have for them in the West.

For Muslims, the meaning of any word is very closely related to the traditional meaning of that word in the Koran and their other holy texts. Unlike most of us with the Bible, for a Muslim the Koran is not just a prayer book, it is the complete guide to his life, and the absolute guiding principle for the world, and all who reside in it, religious and political.

Because of this, we in the West are often dumbfounded by their words vs. their actions, because for us the words mean one thing, and for them they mean something entirely different. They are thus able to manipulate the uneducated listener into believing they agree, when in fact for the most part, they do not agree.

Here then, is a short guide to real meaning of certain key words, when used by a Muslim.

An Isil flag, a Kalashnikov and a book on Salafism were found in the flat where a suspect was killed during shootout in Brussels on Tuesday, according to deputy Brussels prosecutor, Thierry Werts.

The dead man has been identified as Mohammed Belkaid, an Algerian unknown to security services and an illegal immigrant. He is only known to have committed a petty theft in 2014. He was killed by a special forces sniper after shooting at police from a window. Four police officers, three Belgian and one French, were injured in the shoot out.

Two suspects have been arrested – one after checking into hospital with a broken leg. Two other suspects are at large.

The flat was being raided as part of an investigation into the Paris terror attacks of November 13, in which 130 died. An automatic weapon was found by his side. Two suspects inside also had a pump action shotgun. They managed to escape during the shootout. Police found 11 Kalashnikov cartridges and “countless munitions”.

They continued their search and moved to a nearby area after finding two gun cartridges and dark clothing in the area. They found another Kalashnikov.

However, two other suspects reportedly managed to flee on the roof. Belgian special forces continued the manhunt throughout the night, with the search moving from rue de Dries to nearby avenue du Bempt, where a raid was conducted at dawn, according to RTBF. According to Dernière Heure, the suspects are thought to be Khalid and Ibrahim El Bakraoui, known for gangster-related crimes.

Charles Michel, the Belgian prime minister, said that the police operation was still underway.

French authorities, like authorities all over the West, were sure that Islam was a Religion of Peace, and so there would be absolutely no problem with Muslims in the police force and the military, and only greasy Islamophobes thought otherwise. Now they are, sacre bleu, dealing with jihadis and Islamic supremacists among the police and military. Who could possibly have foreseen such an improbability?

According to a confidential memo, dated January 2015, from the anti-terrorist unit of the French interior ministry, France is already host to 8,250 radical Islamists (a 50% increase in one year).

Some of these Islamists have gone to Syria to join the Islamic State (IS); others have infiltrated all levels of society, starting with the police and the armed forces.

A leaked confidential memo from the Department of Public Security, published by Le Parisien, details 17 cases of police officers radicalized between 2012 and 2015. Particularly noted were the police officers who listen to and broadcast Muslim chants while on patrol.

Some of these police officers have openly refused to protect synagogues or to observe a minute of silence to commemorate the deaths of victims of terrorist attacks.

In addition, the police were alerted to a policewoman who incited terrorism on Facebook, and called her police uniform a “filthy rag of the Republic” while wiping her hands on it. In January 2015, immediately after the attacks on Charlie Hebdo and the Hypercacher kosher supermarket in Vincennes, which had left 17 people dead, she wrote on her Facebook page: “Masked attack led by Zionist cowards… They need to be killed.”

That police officers are armed and have access to police databases only intensifies anxiety.

The Quran does not advocate death for blasphemy. How do Muslims then explain the bloodlust?

The hanging of Mumtaz Qadri has sparked a fresh debate on blasphemy law in Pakistan. Qadri was executed on 29 February at Adiala jail in Rawalpindi for gunning down Salman Taseer, the former Governor of Punjab.

Qadri was an elite commando, who was deputed as one of Taseer’s bodyguards. He murdered Taseer for the latter’s defence of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman sentenced to death under Pakistan’s blasphemy law.

While secular and liberal voices across the world hailed the sentence; within Pakistan, a different reaction emerged. A large segment of the Pakistani society mourned Qadri’s death as martyrdom. He was accorded the title of ‘ (the lover of the messenger)’ by radical elements and over 1,00,000 people attended his funeral held at Liaquat Bagh on 1 March.

In contrast, the reaction of the Pakistani civil society was largely subdued. Few among the liberals were willing to take a stand on the issue. Political parties chose not to go against the public sentiment for fear of obvious consequences.

An upstart German party stunned Chancellor Angela Merkel Sunday, winning three state elections by campaigning against the refugee policy which has flooded the European nation with more than 1 million immigrants.

It appears the stunning didn’t stun Merkel enough, because she insists in flooding Germany with more unassimilable Muslim savages.

You can’t argue with Allah. Well we can. The “believers” in Allah and the Koran can’t. And so Ali’s actions were perfectly understandable.

The man accused of attacking a military recruiting centre in Toronto yesterday shouted “Allah told me to do this, Allah told me to come here and kill people,” according to Toronto police Chief Mark Saunders.

Police have laid charges including attempted murder against Ayanie Hassan Ali, 27, who is accused of committing an unprovoked double stabbing attack yesterday at a military recruiting centre.

Saunders says the incident could have been far more serious if a group of six to eight trained soldiers had not stepped in to take down the attacker.

A source with knowledge of the investigation told CBC News the suspect mentioned “Allah.” This may have prompted investigators to look into a possible terror connection.

How Allahphobic of them.

Gliwan’s latest idea came to him as he drove along with the teenage women. He decided he would call the women’s contact, pretend to be their taxi driver and get directions. He would then call a band of Third Force fighters to join him. He would drive the girls to the safehouse, using them as bait, and then nab the smuggler.

They encountered the smuggler, who also came from Niger, at a safehouse in the city of Jufra. Gliwan and his comrades demanded he tell them what he planned to do with the two girls. In exchange for being truthful, they would release him, he said.

The answer stunned them.

“He was supposed to house them, and then two other guys were supposed to impregnate them, and then when they reach the seventh or eighth month, they’re put into a vessel on the coast,” said Gliwan.

The notion was that European Coast Guard officials would treat migrants grouped with a few pregnant women a lot more kindly and favorably. Indeed, press accounts frequently describe pregnant women aboard the migrant ships.

“That’s why so many of the migrants are pregnant,” he said.

We’ve seen them using kids as human shields. Now we know they’re deliberately and calculatedly putting women in the final month of pregnancy onto boats as human shields for the rest of the gang. And by letting them in, Europe is incentivizing this behavior. This is the crisis and the abuses that the Welcome Refugees crowd of narcissistic humanitarians has created.

But it’s all for the Hegira.

“Khaled was convinced by the smuggler he was doing the right thing,” said Baqer. “That he was fulfilling his Islamic duty.”
