Swedish City to Offer Returning Jihadis Free Housing, Driving Lessons, and Debt Forgiveness

Several municipalities in Sweden are making plans for how they plan to “re-integrate” returning jihadis as Iraqi and Kurdish soldiers launch an offensive on Islamic State’s terrorist stronghold, Mosul.

The conclusion of authorities in the medieval city of Lund, which has dealt with returning fighters before, is that defectors from the Salafist supremacist terror group should be handled in the same way as those who leave the organised crime scene.

Practical support in such a situation entails the state first evaluating the needs of returning jihadis, before helping them with housing, employment, and day-to-day welfare as it rules necessary.

Municipal coordinator against extremism Anna Sjöstrand said: “There may be criticism, but [I think] that you should get the same help as others who seek help from us. We cannot say that because you made a wrong choice, you have no right to come back and live in our society,” Sjöstrand told Sveriges Radio.

Sjöstrand and the city are backing a report from the National Coordination Against Violent Extremism which advises on how terrorists can be “reintegrated” into Swedish society with the help of state funding. (continued below)

HUNDREDS of Christian refugees have been sexually abused and beaten by Muslims in migrant camps in Germany, a shock new report reveals.

Hundreds of Christian refugees have been attacked in German migrant camps

Some 743 Christians and 10 Yazidis were the victims of religious motivated attacks between February and September 2016, with some of victims aged five to 12 years old.

Migrant centres in Germany must do more to protect Christians from the attacks with are said to “occur frequently and nationwide” at the hands of some Muslims in the camps.

According to the report, 91 per cent of Christians and Yazidis surveyed accused Muslim migrants of carrying out the violent attacks, with 28 per cent accusing camp guards.

Open Doors estimates the actual number of attacks could be in the thousands with just 17 per cent of those surveyed reporting the crimes to police.

Many did not report the attacks to the authorities out of fear.

Forty high-ranking military officers stationed at a Turkish air base were detained Thursday in an anti-terror investigation.

According to a provincial security source, two colonels, a lieutenant colonel, three majors, three captains, one lieutenant and 30 non-commissioned officers from the Konya 3rd Main Jet Base Command were held.
The group was detained for alleged links to the Fetullah Terror Organization (FETO) in an investigation launched by the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor regarding financing of the illegal network.
Arrest warrants were issued for a total of 47 suspects.

‘Open Season on Minorities’ After Press Regulator Permits ‘Offensive’ Criticism of Islam

The press regulator has said a columnist is not guilty of “harassment” and “discrimination” for writing an “offensive” articlecriticising Channel 4 News for using an anchor in a Muslim headscarf on the night of an Islamic terror attack.

The Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) ruled that former Sun editor Kelvin MacKenzie was “entitled” to give his opinion and newspapers may “engage in discussion, criticism and debate about religious ideas and practices”.

However, “victim” and Channel 4 journalist Fatima Manji said that the ruling was “frightening” and signals it is now “open season on minorities and Muslims in particular”, adding there should be “limits” to free speech.

Her colleagues at Channel 4 agreed.

This a clear victory for free speech, which should be applauded and defended everywhere in the West. We do not need to agree with anyone’s opinion, but free speech is a hallmark of our democracy.

This deceitful nonsense that Fatima Manji is spewing is what is really “frightening,” and far too common. The ruling by IPSO is not “open season on minorities”. Free speech is antithetical to the tenets of Sharia, which Islamic supremacists have been diligently attempting to impose upon the West through all kinds of means: intimidation, claims of victimhood, accusations about racism, and the bogus “Islamophobia” narrative.

In the West, it is permissible to offend, and Muslims are also permitted to respond, instead of creating unwarranted public scandals and/or initiating Islamic lawfare against the West. Not every Muslim adopts this “Islamophobia” nonsense, either. This victimology agenda was fully exposed by a former imam and member of the International Institute of Islamic Thought, Abdur-Rahman Muhammad.

What was Trump’s “hate speech”? He called for a temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration, to be enforced by “extreme vetting,” to try to prevent jihadis from entering the U.S. No one who has excoriated him for this has come up with any alternative for keeping jihadis out of the U.S. Instead, Ansari and others set up a straw man, accusing Trump of “hate speech” and claiming that he actually said that he “hates brown people.” This will only have the effect of further stigmatizing any counter-terror effort as “racist” and “hateful.” Is that what Aziz Ansari wants?

“He asked delegates if they hate Muslims and whether he would be deported if Trump is elected.”

Has Trump said a word about deportations for anyone except illegal aliens?

Why the hysterical lies? Clearly Ansari, Minhaj and Ali hate and fear Trump. That they have to resort to lying about him indicates that what Trump has really said is rather mild. And it indicates their inveterate opposition to any counter-terror measure, no matter how weak.

Two thirds of ‘child’ refugees coming into Britain are actually ADULTS, Home Office documents show.

Figures from the documents suggest that in the year ending September 2015, 65 per cent of the refugees who had their age disputed were found to be over 18, although the Home Office has no way of independently verifying their age.

Instead, the documents show that if a refugee is without their birth certificate, a Home Office screening officer will certify them as a child based on their “physical appearance” or “demeanour”.

Some people are trying to use a scientific method for establishing age. It is being widely resisted.

This is brutally biased anti-Eurpean propaganda. At no time does this piece of hack-journalism show any of the religious Muslims which people face every day,  hostile Muslims who hate  Europeans and their values. In a free and open society, people “curate” their own news. But the left really seems to have jumped up on its “too much free information” bandwagon with unsurprising consequences. Lots of left-wing editorializing described as fact-checking.

And the next step after the fact check is employing that as a test to determine what even appears where.

Obama on Thursday decried America’s “wild, wild west” media environment for allowing conspiracy theorists a broad platform and destroying a common basis for debate.

Recalling past days when three television channels delivered fact-based news that most people trusted, Obama said democracy require citizens to be able to sift through lies and distortions.

“We are going to have to rebuild within this wild-wild-west-of-information flow some sort of curating function that people agree to,” Obama said at an innovation conference in Pittsburgh.

“There has to be, I think, some sort of way in which we can sort through information that passes some basic truthiness tests (Truthiness =Sharia)  and those that we have to discard, because they just don’t have any basis in anything that’s actually happening in the world,” Obama added.

Officially it’s not censorship. But who exactly is going to be doing the curating?

We’ve gotten a preview of that on Twitter where those on the left are empowered to do the censoring and those on the right get censored. What happens if this same model gets applied to Facebook, which it may already be to some degree, or to go Google News?
