The growing dislike of Muslims by the French, worry over their violence and aggression, their refusal (inability?) to integrate into Western societies, their insistence on imposing their own laws and customs on those whom they are taught, in the Qur’an and Hadith, to despise and to treat with murderous hatred, is not, according to Nabila Ramdani in this article, justified. What is justified is the dislike of Muslims for the French, when they attempt to do such things as ban the burqa. That’s what makes young Muslimahs go off to join the severed-head fanatics of the Islamic State.

Teenage angst can cause all kinds of unfortunate behaviour, but when schoolgirls tell their parents they want to join the fight in Syria and Iraq, then society has a serious problem. Alarmingly, this is increasingly happening in France, as young Muslims express their desire for jihad. Worse still, an estimated 100-150 young women and girls have actually joined groups such as the self-styled Islamic State (Isis), travelling to a war zone to devote their lives to setting up a highly militarised caliphate and, if necessary, dying for the cause.
