THE administrator for the ‘Stop the Mosque in Bendigo’ Facebook page, which was recently removed and then reinstated, says the page brings a message of truth which needed to be heard.

The page was removed by Facebook on Tuesday after many residents reported it for hate speech.

Facebook ruled the page violated its community standards, however it was reactivated just over 12 hours later after the page’s administrators successfully appealed the ruling.

Administrator Monika Evers claims the page was closed over a post calling for Muslim leaders in Australia to sign a “muslim charter of understanding” abolishing violence against other religions.

She blames an “anti-bogan campaign” on wordpress for the page’s temporary removal.

“Yes we are back. I can already hear the groans about that, but just consider we are like an old fashioned tonic,” she said.

“Some things you just have to endure because in the end it just is just plain good for the system.”

Ms Evers recently withdrew her opposition to the Bendigo mosque proposal, after her bid to stay anonymous was denied by the Victorian planning tribunal.

She said herself and fellow administrators of the Facebook page believed their message about Islam was true and an important one for the community to consider,

“Otherwise frankly why would we all be doing it,” she said.

Obama “heartbroken” over Foley beheading, then goes back to golf game

Hussein Obama declared himself “heartbroken” by the brutal murder of an American journalist, James Foley, and vowed to “be relentless” against Islamic radicals threatening to kill another American.

But as soon as the cameras went off, Mr. Obama headed to his favorite golf course on Martha’s Vineyard, where he is on vacation, seemingly able to put the savagery out of his mind. He spent the rest of the afternoon on the links even as a firestorm of criticism erupted over what many saw as a callous indifference to the slaughter he had just condemned.

Fitzgerald: Edward Said, hoist by his own petard : Jihad Watch

Hugh Fitzgerald has written extensively on Edward Said, this mother of all fraudsters, this fake “Palestinian” who turned realty on its head and singlehandedly rewrote the history of the Middle East, so that it all became one monumental Mohammedan grievance theatre. Thanks to him, America ended up with an upside down understanding of Muselmanic realities. Lies and deception are the currency of the Middle East, and Edward Said’s deception  became  currency of what is taught in todays universities. Edward Said is dead, but sadly,  very sadly, his influence is very much alive.

All through the years of thousands of rockets being fired into Israel, all during the Gaza campaign this year, and in the previous Gaza campaigns, Israel has continued to supply electricity, medicine, food to Gaza. This makes no sense. Make the “blockade” into a real blockade, and then agree, in return for demilitarization — which means a handing-over or public destruction of the remaining thousands of rockets — to return to the pseudo-“blockade” that Gaza currently has imposed upon it.

By adding the words “end the blockade” – as in the blockade of weapons – Save the Children confirms its new campaign actually supports the war strategy of the Hamas terrorist group which controls Gaza and openly says it wants Jews dead.

“End the blockade” is in fact the key demand Hamas makes in exchange for ending its rocket attacks on Israel – for now:

Hamas has said it will not relent until the Israeli-Egyptian blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted. Both countries view Hamas as a security threat and are reluctant to make sweeping concessions without guarantees weapons will not enter Gaza.

The blockade is primarily to stop Hamas from bringing in bigger weapons. So why has Save the Children sided with the terrorists?
