If the American press were not so lazy and parochial, they would understand that this was the third Islamic attack on free speech this year – first, Charlie Hebdo in Paris; second, the Lars Vilks event in Copenhagen; and now Texas.

The Washington Post offered the celebrated headline “Event Organizer Offers No Apology After Thwarted Attack In Texas“, while the Associated Press went with “Pamela Geller says she has no regrets about Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest that ended in 2 deaths“. The media “narrative” of the last week is that some Zionist temptress was walking down the street in Garland in a too short skirt and hoisted it to reveal her Mohammed thong – oops, my apologies, her Prophet Mohammed thong (PBUH) – and thereby inflamed two otherwise law-abiding ISIS supporters peacefully minding their own business.

It’ll be a long time before you see “Washington Post Offers No Apology for Attacking Target of Thwarted Attack” or “AP Says It Has No Regrets After Blaming The Victim”. The respectable class in the American media share the same goal as the Islamic fanatics: They want to silence Pam Geller. To be sure, they have a mild disagreement about the means to that end – although even then you get the feeling, as with Garry Trudeau and those dozens of PEN novelists’ reaction to Charlie Hebdo, that the “narrative” wouldn’t change very much if the jihad boys had got luckier and Pam, Geert Wilders, Robert Spencer and a dozen others were all piled up in the Garland morgue. —Read the whole thing.

EU should ‘undermine national homogeneity’ says UN migration chief

The EU should “do its best to undermine” the “homogeneity” of its member states, the UN’s special representative for migration has said.

Peter Sutherland told peers the future prosperity of many EU states depended on them becoming multicultural.

He also suggested the UK government’s immigration policy had no basis in international law.

“International law” is an euphemism for shari’a. (SY)

He was being quizzed by the Lords EU home affairs sub-committee which is investigating global migration.

Mr Sutherland, who is non-executive chairman of Goldman Sachs International and a former chairman of oil giant BP, heads the  Global Forum on Migration and Development , which brings together representatives of 160 nations to share policy ideas.

He told the House of Lords committee migration was a “crucial dynamic for economic growth” in some EU nations “however difficult it may be to explain this to the citizens of those states”.

If you have a lot of security, it means that somebody is out to get you. In this case it’s the same ‘somebody’ that is out to get Christians in Egypt, Yazidis in Iraq and Jews in Israel.

In a ridiculously sympathetic Kansas City Star interview with the parents of ISIS cartoon terrorist Nadir Soofi, all sorts of excuses ^[2]are made. Including this one.

“My question is,” she said, “what did they (the event organizers) get out of this? How was this event a productive thing for either now or in the future? How was this productive for the average U.S. citizen? Can you answer that one question? How does it make America a better place? This is what I want to know.”

It makes America a place where we’re not subject to the brutal medieval blasphemy laws of totalitarian Islamic theocracies. That’s ‘better’. If anyone needs a demonstration of why that’s better, they can spend some time in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan or the Islamic State.

“But when you beef up security so much, you know that what you’re doing is either illegal or immoral.”

Or you’re in a country which has been infiltrated by a lot of terrorists, and even those Muslims who aren’t actually shooting things up, still find slimy ways to make excuses for them.

Americans shouldn’t have to ‘beef up security’ for a cartoon contest. The fact that they have to comes down solely to Muslim immigration.

Defenders of the Rohingya claim they are Burmese, not Bengali. Have you ever seen pictures of the Rohingya? Do you know what people in Bangladesh look like, and what the indigenous people of Burma look like?

Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary — who insisted that Pamela Geller should be judged by a Shariah court for organizing the draw Muhammad contest in Garland, Texas, last Sunday — was interviewed about the subject by Newsmax TV’s Steve Malzberg later in the week.

And at the very end of the interview, the host posed an interesting question to Choudary: “If a Muslim portrays Jesus in a mocking fashion, making fun of him, should that Muslim by killed by Christians?”

Choudary didn’t hesitate: “That would also carry the death penalty under Islam — not under Christianity because you don’t mind. We will defend all the prophets whether Jesus or Moses …”

Chaudary is lying. Muslims worship Muhammad, no one else. There is not one known case of Muslims “defending” Moses or Jesus.

Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren discussed the terror attack in Texas last week at Pam Geller’s “Draw Mohammed” art contest and said Geller was “mocking an entire religion of Muslims.”
