CLIMATE CHANGE IS WORSE THAN WAR SAYS…OSAMA BIN LADEN

Former Vice President and Nobel Laureate Al Gore found an unlikely ally in his mission to save the world from the ravages of global warming – Osama bin Laden. In a new audiotape released by Al Jazeera, the terrorist warns that it is industrialized nations that are to blame and urged “drastic solutions” to solve the climate change crisis. (support the climate terrorists!)

CAIRO (AP) — Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden sought to drum up support by taking advantage of Pakistan’s flood tragedy with a new audiotape released Friday criticizing Muslim governments for their slow response and calling for the creation of a new relief body to aid Muslims.

Its worse than you think:

The Jeddah Economic Forum — at which Al Gore spewed some of the most inflammatory anti-American propaganda this side of al-Jazeera — was funded in part by Osama bin Laden’s family. Jeddah is bin Laden’s home town.

In January 2002, Bill Clinton was paid $267,000 to address this same forum. You may remember Clinton as the randy ex-President who responded to September 11 by publicly spitting up stuff like this:

I can tell you that that story is still being told to today in the Middle East and we are still paying for it. Here in the United States, we were founded as a nation that practiced slavery and slaves were, quite frequently, killed even though they were innocent. This country once looked the other way when significant numbers of Native Americans were dispossessed and killed to get their land or their mineral rights or because they were thought of as less than fully human and we are still paying the price today. Even in the 20th century in America people were terrorized or killed because of their race.

America was  spared the catastrophe of an Al Gore presidency. But that doesn’t mean al-Gore can’t follow in Slick Willie’s footsteps.

On November 20, 2000, then French President Chirac said during a speech at The Hague that the UN’s Kyoto Protocol represented “the first component of an authentic global governance.”

STEVE Fielding recently attended a climate change conference in Washington, DC. Listening to the papers presented, the Family First senator became puzzled that the scientific analyses they provided directly contradicted the reasons the Australian government had been giving as the justification for its emissions trading legislation.

Fielding heard leading atmospheric physicist Dick Lindzen, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, describe evidence that the warming effect of carbon dioxide was much overestimated by computer climate models and remark: “What we see, then, is that the very foundation of the issue of global warming is wrong.

“In a normal field, these results would pretty much wrap things up, but global warming-climate change has developed so much momentum that it has a life of its own quite removed from science.” More>>

 

 

Climate of hatred: Prominent scientist refused service due to skepticism

Prominent MIT physicist and global warming skeptic, Richard Lindzen, was recently refused the services of a Boston-area art appraiser because of global warming.

As Lindzen described in an e-mail:

In our recent house fire, an 18th century oriental rug was burnt, and we needed an appraisal of its value for our insurance. We were referred to a dealer, [name withheld], who agreed to do the appraisal. However, when my wife, Nadine, brought him the burnt rug, he rudely turned her away saying that he had sent me an email explaining his position…

Here’s the text of the art appraiser’s e-mail to Lindzen:

I am sorry to inform you that after some consideration, I’ve decided not to perform the appraisal service that you’ve requested. Your writing on the subject of global warming is offensive to me personally, and I feel that I would have difficulty being an impartial appraiser of value given my view on the subject. UK Channel 4 TV documentary: “The Great Global Warming Swindle” is banned from youtube. For, as this documentary shows, many thousands of people are on this “gravy train” and have no intention of letting the tax-generated funding (and their jobs) be taken away from them.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says she owes an apology to the millions of American veterans she libeled last week as dangerous extremists and potential terrorists.

But she’s not backing down on what she insists was an accurate “assessment” of a “right-wing” terrorist threat — saying only that “to the extent veterans read it as an accusation, an apology is owed.”

Not good enough.
