European and American counterterrorism officials say that they are concerned about the possibility that jihadists may see Germany’s national elections, in which the future of Christian Democrat Chancellor Angela Merkel’s coalition government with Social Democrats is at stake, as an opportunity to make a political statement. The officials believe jihadists may see potential parallels between the preelection period in Germany and the period before the jihadist bombings of commuter trains in Madrid on March 11, 2004.

A Kurdish man killed his German-born wife, who was also his cousin, because she was too independent. He stabbed her in the eyes, beat her with a billiard cue and then ran over her in his car. His mother-in-law had told him to be “strict” with her strong-willed daughter.

“Damn it, we’re not on some television court show here! You keep your mouth shut!”

The presiding judge is shouting like a trucker. A foreign spectator had called out something in the direction of the bench, something harmless and not insulting.

One of the Kurdish witnesses was in the courtroom at the beginning of the trial, which is not permitted under German law. He is related to the defendant and the victim. “This is a case that involves my family. I have to be here,” he said, explaining his presence.

“You don’t have to do anything!” the presiding judge said, interrupting the man. “You need to stay home until you’re summoned.”

This isn’t a TV courtroom, but the courtroom of the judge presiding over the 10th Higher Criminal Chamber of the Bielefeld District Court, Jutta Albert, a woman with peroxide blonde hair and a voice capable of grinding stone. The way she treats people from different cultures is a little strange, to say the least.  (Its not the killer whose on trial here. Its the judge who is not yet  infected with politically correct indoctrination)

Germany Enraged Over Mohammedan Demands to Change Soccer Hymn..

schalkeallahWhen it comes down to Allah or Soccer in Germany Allah will lose, Big Time!

(But don’t take my word for it… political correctness in Germany is more trouble than AIDS. Just keep in mind that this hymn is sung since  1924, which means the song has 85, 86 years of tradition. One would hope the Germans don’t let it go without a fight…)

German Soccer League Confronted by Muslim Protests Over Hymn

German football club Schalke and their management are busy doing damage control and public relations work after a curious threat of protests and massive outrage over the team’s club song. The Bundesliga club is getting waves of protest emails, boycott threats and petitions after the German Muslim community began venting their anger over a passage of the club’s song they feel is blasphemous.
Here is the song, translated into English as it appears on the club’s website.
Blue and White

The boycotts have been threatened if club officials do not change the part of the song deemed insulting to the feelings of Muslim. An unnamed Schalke spokesman vowed to take the accusations seriously, saying the club plans to hire an Islam expert to investigate the blasphemous charge.

Munich – Munich police are questioning a 27-year-old Afghan man suspected of stabbing his former wife to death “in the name of the Koran,” police sources said Tuesday. A Munich police spokesman said the 24-old Afghan woman Nesima R., whose full name was withheld for legal reasons, had been stabbed some 20 times, and that the suspect had given the Koran as a justification for the attack.

The woman received stab wounds to the heart and died Monday in hospital.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu used the Nazi term ‘Judenrein‘ in a recent meeting with the German foreign minister to condemn the Palestinian demand that West Bank settlements be removed, a confidant of the premier has said. 

“Judea and Samaria cannot be Judenrein,” the confidant quoted the prime minister as telling Frank-Walter Steinmeier earlier this week. 

Asked how Germany’s top diplomat responded to hearing the term used by the Nazis to refer to areas “cleansed of Jews”, the confidant said, “What could he do? He basically just nodded.” 

According to the confidant, Netanyahu had encouraged cabinet colleagues to deploy the term in their defense of the settlements and of Israel’s insistence that Palestinians recognize it as a Jewish state.

Egyptian Muslims to avenge stabbing in “racist Germany“

As is to be expected for an Islamist mouthpiece, IslamOnline has been leading the charge to exploit Marwa’s death with calls for a World Hijab Day in addition to the little-known International Hijab Solidarity Day, held in the first week of September. It comes as little surprise that orgnisations such as the Assembly for the Protection of Hijab (Protect Hijab) supported by a whole host of dubious characters and organisations (see here) are vying to use Marwa’s death, President Sarkozy’s recent statement and opposition to the burqa, niqab and hijab as a promotional catalyst for their own extremism.

I find it absolutely unconscionable, but altogether telling, that certain media outlets have been latching onto the term ‘hijab martyr’ to describe her in death.

Politicians have been jumping on the bandwagon to condemn the ‘racist’, ‘xenophobic’ and more importantly ‘Islamophobic’ nature of the crime.

We will see  more lobbying for so-called Islamophobia to be made a crime.

CAIRO (AP) — Egyptians are horrified by the brutal slaying of a pregnant Muslim woman stabbed repeatedly inside a German courtroom, calling what they see as a lack of outrage in Germany evidence of racism and anti-Islamic sentiment.
* For many years, Muslims have behaved like pigs in Germany. No infidel would ever behave like that in an Islamic country.  If they did, they would be killed. “Racism and anti-Islamic sentiment?” Cry me a river. Muslims are not a race and Germans, like all Europeans, have every right to resist Islam, which would subject them to dhimmitude-slavery and humiliation….
On Monday, thousands of mourners marched behind the coffin of Marwa al-Sherbini, 32, in her Mediterranean north-African hometown of Alexandria where her body was buried after being flown back from Germany.
*   Ms Sherbini had sued her killer after he called her a “terrorist” because of her headscarf. We can find little about this crime in the news – which is a remarkable and noteworthy fact in itself. More>>
 

“There is no god but God  allah but allah and the Germans are the enemies of God allah,” chanted the mourners, while others carried banners condemning racism. (which race is islam again?/ed)

“We will avenge her killing,” her brother Tarek el-Sherbini told The Associated Press by telephone from the mosque where prayers were being recited in front of his sister’s coffin. “In the West, they don’t recognize us. There is racism.”    (In Egypt, they attack and kill the Copts, just about every day/ed)

Al-Sherbini, who was about four months pregnant, was involved in a court case against her neighbor for calling her a terrorist and was set to testify against him when he stabbed her 18 times inside the courtroom in front of her 3-year-old son.

Let’s be clear:  this is a terrible crime. But figures such as the Rector of al-Azhar, Shaykh at-Tantawy, coming out and calling for the death penalty for her murderer together with interviews given by the victim’s brother in which he calls on Germany’s Muslims to kill her assailant are beyond the pale. Omid S, a 28-year-old Afghan-born German citizen, told the Frankfurt court on the first day of his trial that he was not guilty because there was no such group.

Two men went on trial Friday on accusations they were involved with a radical Islamic group whose alleged plans to attack U.S. targets in Germany were foiled by authorities in 2007. 

Though not charged in the plot itself, Omid S., a German of Afghan background, and Huseyin O., a Turk, are being tried on more general charges that they supported the Islamic Jihad Union, an offshoot of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan — a jihadist group with ties to Al Qaeda.

Shocka! Germany discovers it has more Muslims than suspected

Germany has discovered it has more Muslims than suspected, with a government survey concluding on Tuesday that about 5 per cent of the entire population was Islamic.

The poll was funded by the InteriorMinistryfor a series of conferences between officials and Muslim groups, after complaints that there was no reliable information on the Islamic population or their views.

The survey report, released in Berlin by the InteriorMinistry, calculated that about 4 million people in the country were Muslim, well up from the past estimates of 3.1 to 3.4 million based on immigration data. Germany’s overall population is around 80 million.

Pollsters phoned 6,000 households with 17,000 residents. To understand how observant they were, families were asked if they ate pork or drank alcohol. Among Sunni Muslims, 91 per cent said they followed Islamic food and drink practices.

The rate among Shiites was 60 per cent and among Alawites 49 per cent.

Berlin opened the talks in 2006 with a range of Muslim and secular Turkish groups amid concerns about home-grown terrorism, but officials soon found at the meetings that Muslims had concerns of their own, especially about German public schools.
