The current Leftist-Islamist coalition wrecking much of the first world with its combination of inside-outside warfare in America, Europe, Israel, Australia and across the world seems paradoxical in nature, but has both its origins and precedents.
The irrationality of the Leftist-Islamist alignment is the seeming ideological contrasts between the two. Islamists, after all, would behead or forbid most of the left’s agenda. There is little room in the heart of the average Imam or Mullah for Feminism, Homosexuality, Atheism, or the whole multicultural progressive rainbow. By contrast, there is seemingly little room in the progressive agency for Theocracy, Gender Segregation or the rest of the Islamist Smorgasbord.

Youssef Megahed, indicted on explosives charges after he was arrested near Goose Creek South Carolina, was acquitted of those charges Friday.

The good news is that the Egyptian national was arrested today by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and likely will face deportation. I especially love Megahed’s father’s description of his son’s arrest as a “kidnapping”.

Why must it be taken into account? Why can’t American and European officials say to Muslims, “You’re in our country now, and you’re going to abide by our rules”?

Islamic law regarding rape requires four males Muslim witnesses to establish that it happened, as per Qur’an 24:13. Women’s rights groups accordingly ought to be resisting its encroachment into the West. We’re still waiting.

Exclusive: Sharia Infiltrates German Courts, Schools, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Once again a German court ruled by referring to Shrai’a (Islamic law), which predominantly incites to denigration of women, hatred, violence.
Most recently, Lisa, a German woman (46) married to an Egyptian, called the police seeking protection for herself and her 17-year-old daughter from assaults by her husband. Magdi, Lisa’s husband, threatened to kill their daughter who had been raped by a man. Magdi, a practicing Muslim, believes that his daughter committed “Zena” (adultery). He told his wife that he was always suspicious of his daughter who clandestinely had a German boyfriend. Lisa filed a divorce case against her husband, and requested deporting him.
 
The judge, Matthias Rau, at a court in Hanover, Germany, ruled (January 21, 2009), Lisa had to wait for at least one year before she is legally divorced. Her husband cannot be deported. “He must be re-educated, in hopes he would renounce his Islamic understanding of ‘Zena,’” the judge said.
 
The German judge argued, “Muslims have a different understanding of rape than Europeans, and this must be taken into account.”

Federal Minister Senator Azam Khan Swati of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) said on Saturday that the flogging of the 17-year-old girl in Swat was a Jewish conspiracy aimed at destroying peace in Swat and distort the image of those Islamists who sport beards and wear turbans.

What’s frightening is that Swati is in fact a Western-trained lawyer and political scientist and is now Pakistan’sMinister for Science and Technology.

India: Deadly bombings hits northeast

Guwahati, 6 April (AKI) – At least seven people died and over sixty were injured in blasts on Monday in India’s northeast state of Assam. A powerful bomb at a busy restaurant in Guwahati killed four people and wounded at least 56, police said. Blood and body were parts strewn over the entrance to the restaurant and many vehicles were destroyed by the explosion, bystanders said.

Police blamed the separatist United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) for the attacks. The ULFA has links to Islamic militants in neighbouring Bangladesh.

Did Obama Just Admit He’s Muslim (Again)?

Speechwriters are very careful. And especially the ones who write for Obama’s Teleprompter. They don’t write ambiguous statements for nothing, do they?

So, you have to wonder what exactly did Barack Hussein Obama mean when he said this in Turkey, today, in his butt-kissing Islam speech.

The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans. Many other Americans have Muslims in their family, or have lived in a Muslim-majority country – I know, because I am one of them.

Yes, but which “one of them”?

I’m sure he’ll chalk this up to yet another mistake or “misspoken” item, like when he spoke of “my Muslim faith” to George Stephanopolous, last year.

This guy has enough Freudian slips to open a lingerie store.

Al-Jazeera reports that Obama said he was a Muslim

This is what is going out in the Islamic world. I have no idea if Al-Jazeera did this deliberately or not, although it’s hard to imagine something like this would have slipped by their editors — even though it is buried many paragraphs down in their account.
