France is to ban the full Muslim veil to protect the dignity of women, President Sarkozy announced yesterday.  His decision followed months of wavering by politicians of Left and Right and ended a long silence by Mr Sarkozy on what do do about the niqab, burqa and other full face-covering garments.

“The full veil is contrary to the dignity of women,” the President said. “The response is to ban it. The Government will table a draft law prohibiting it.” Times Online

It becomes even more significant when we recall the speech Erdogan made a while ago to a group of Turks in Germany. Paraphrased, he said: “Do not integrate. Form your own country; just don’t call it that.” And it becomes positively ominous when you consider that high-ranking members of the Turkish military — long seen as the stabilizing, secular force in the country — have recently been picked off in one way or another.

It seems to me that this Islamist government is hell-bent on finally interring Ataturk and the principles that have made Turkey a staunch Western ally. This Islamist regime is a stake pointed at the heart of Europe and in particular at the heart of Germany’s ethnic identity. It is time for the “Gutmenschen” to put aside their guilt for the long delay in allowing Turks to attain citizenship, and examine the present situation through clear eyes.

Health insurance is going to be compulsory for all companies and associations in our country. The insurance company will not have direct relationship with companies or associations, as there will be brokers in between, this is also compulsory.

The question is: What is the ruling on working for these brokers? Its role is basically introducing offers to companies and individuals and dealing with claims.

Praise be to Allaah.

Firstly: Health insurance is haraam like other types of commercial insurance, because it is based on ambiguity, gambling and riba (usury). This is what is stated in fatwas by the senior scholars. See the answer to question no. 39474 and 4210.

Guess who’s exempt?

All federal employees from the President down, including members of Congress and congressional staffers heavily involved in actually writing the final bill, are exempt from being covered by the health care bill they fought so hard to impose on the rest of the country.

Official says country expects Quartet clarification over “Israeli arrogance.”

Yeah. Why isn’t the “international Community” prepared to do the dirty work for the Arabs and helps to drive the Jews into the sea?

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s Monday speech at the AIPAC conference drew harsh criticism from Saudi Arabia, accusing him of endangering the peace process, according to an Al-Arabia report quoting the official Saudi Press Agency SPA.

A Saudi official is also quoted as saying that his country expects clarification from the Quartet over “Israeli arrogance…defiance of international will as well as violation of all the international laws and legislations.”

In Netanyahu’s speech, he declared that “Jerusalem is not a settlement,” responding to new criticism of Jewish housing construction in east Jerusalem.

The official also asserted that Israel “blatantly confiscated Palestinian, Arab and Islamic rights in Jerusalem without any regard to Palestinian, Arab and Islamic rights” in the wake of the Netanyahu government’s plan to build 1,600 homes in Ramat Shlomo.

“Saudi Arabia has always called upon the international community to bear the responsibility of dealing with the Israeli one-sided defiance that usually opposes the peace process,” the official said.

That’s right after their clerics issued a fartwa that Mohammedans should not go through the full body scanners that have been designed especially for them. But you see, the full body scan is only bad if the kufars do it to Muslims, because that’s un-Islamic:

“Whenever any person from third world countries visits America, the American agencies conduct full body scan just to harass and insult them and not due to security reasons,”

Curiously, the Islamic Peoples Republic of Iran has no qualms to use full body scanners on their flock, because they’re all too modest anyway to warrant a closer look under the shrouds:

So the Fiqh Council tells Mohammedans in the West it is un-Islamic to go through body scanners, thereby calling for an exemption for Muslims,  which defeats  the purpose of the exercise  but since the scanners are ordered and used in all airports from next year, they will be used on all of us except on those who blow up airplanes….?
