The Junge SVP submitted  the charge because of racial discrimination and incitement  against the Imam of the mosque in Basel St. Johann, after he  quoted in a documentary from one of its lectures, broadcast on Swiss television. The Imam used a relevant Koranwort (Sure 8.55 -below the fold.)  If the complaint is successful, completely new legal possibilities would arise in dealing with Islam.

This line of litigation anti-Jihad is not without precedence. I recall a similar suit in India from a while ago, which ended in failure. The SVP would do well to research that Indian case for their trial preparation.

Yep! That’s queer enough for me.
This is exactly what I’ve been saying all along…We have to start launching suits against Islam, not the people, but the ideology itself.
I have proposed that, if we could get together a crack legal team, I mean one that makes O.J.’s legal tema look like a kindergarten class, and we could draft up a list of teachings from the unholy Koran that could be used to defeat it in a supreme court like the Hague, we may just eliminate it from being practised in the west.
Sound impossible? Nothing is impossible! I have a lot of faith in the human spirit. Christians, Buddhhists, Hindus, Sikhs, Atheists, people of all stripes, could lead the way to a new world of peace without Islam.
This is a very good idea. Now the ground work has to start.

It’s true, nothing is impossible. I’m sure there are lawyers who would take on this case pro bono or for a nominal fee.
After all, in a world of sharia there won’t be any use for them, so it’s in their interest to stop its progress.
