Oregon jihad car bomb plot: “The threat was very real”

Another plot by the FBI and da Jooozzz to give Islam a bad name:

As they closed in, Mohamud tried to kick at them and yelled “Allahu Akbar!” – Arabic for “God is great!”

But rest assured that this has nothing to do with Islam. He is just a kid who’s got his religion all wrong. The real Islam is peaceful. How do we know that?  Because GWB told us so:

PORTLAND, Ore. – Federal agents in a sting operation arrested a Somali-born teenager just as he tried blowing up a van he believed was loaded with explosives at a crowded Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland, authorities said.

Sultan Knish: Thankless in Obamaland

This is one Thanksgiving weekend which finds Americans with little to be thankful for. The economy is sliding badly and the dollar is endangered, which could potentially wreck the nation’s economy long after Obama is gone. Flying was a more unpleasant experience due to the TSA’s aggressive insistence on harassing American fliers, rather than Muslim terrorists. Then there’s the worldwide chaos, which now threatens to open up a whole new war in Asia.

With a political beating in the midterm elections and a confused administration, even liberals seem to have little to be politically thankful for. But even mentions of Thanksgiving seem inevitably accompanied by historical revisionism which reduces the contact between specific groups of European settlers and certain Indian tribes to a one-sided narrative whose goal is to delegitimize the very existence of the United States. Everyone from PETA to indigenous activists to Michelle Obama’s fat insanity has tried to have a go at it.

UN committee approves law criminalizing “vilification of religions”

Done Deal!

At last! Finally, Eklemeddin Ihsanoghlu’s wildest dream comes true. Of course, its all nicely wrapped in a package of “Global efforts for the total elimination of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance”. Now, all we need is the proper punishment for blasphemy, stoning, hanging, and chopping off hands and feet from opposite ends for those who insult the profit of Islam:

“Most importantly, the resolution still seeks to curtail and penalize speech.” Indeed. That’s exactly its purpose. The point here is to criminalize honest discussion of how Islamic jihadists and supremacists use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify their activities. The OIC wants to render the West mute, and hence defenseless, against the advancing jihad threat.

This really isn’t a “law” at all, but a religious tyranny on the mind of man.

A resolution combating the “vilification of religions” was adopted Tuesday by a United Nations committee, but religious freedom advocates who oppose the measure say support for it continues to diminish.The resolution by Islamic countries is scheduled to be considered by the U.N. General Assembly in December.

The vote — 76 yes, 64 no, and 42 abstentions — received fewer affirmative votes than last year, said Freedom House, a human rights group that has worked against the resolution….

Days before its passage, the Organization of the Islamic Conference relabeled the resolution as condemning “vilification of religions” instead of “defamation of religions,” but U.S. officials and advocates continued to oppose it.

“We are disappointed to see that despite our efforts and discussions on this resolution, the text once again seems to take us farther apart, rather than helping to bridge the historical divides,” said John F. Sammis, an official of the U.S. Mission to the U.N., told the committee considering the resolution. “Most importantly, the resolution still seeks to curtail and penalize speech.”

Why Airline Security Doesn’t Work

Three men go on a camping trip. On the way there they’re told by a park ranger to be careful because their campsite is located near some dangerous animals. What dangerous animals? The park ranger won’t say, because that would be profiling. “Just keep in mind”, he tells them, “that people who camped there in the past never made it back alive.”

As the sun goes down, they pick up their hunting rifles and stand watch for dangerous animals. But they don’t know what dangerous animals, they’re watching out for. And they don’t want to profile. So they keep watch for crickets as much as for bears, and for deer as much as for mountain lions. A rabbit, an owl or a bullfrog all equally frighten them out of their wits. They open fire on mosquitoes and stand watch against monstrous raccoons. By the end of the night, they can hardly see anything or react to danger. That morning, a pair of mountain lions stroll lazily into their camp and find them snoring away.

Islamofascist AKP Government Approves Operating Dam on Archeological Site of Allianoi (Turkey exposed)

Despite all appeals Turkey began to flood the Roman antique city Allianoi close to Pergamon in favor of an extremely doubtful dam project. The Islamofascist AKP government, which has radically changed the Turkish foreign policy by aligning the country with Iran, antagonizing the one-time ally Israel, and publicly supporting the terrorist organization of Hamas, has made yet another controversial decision, this time regarding an ancient site in Turkey. Turkish press reports that the Turkish government has recently approved to start operating Yortanli Dam, which will inundate and destroy the ancient spa settlement of Allianoi. The settlement dates back to the 2nd century AD and was renowned for its thermal baths during the Roman and then Byzantine periods.

Fair England Be Your Sepulchre!

The news items from the UK that passed through my hands today were so depressing that I could hardly bear to look at them.

John BullFirst there was the story about a 15-year-old girl who was arrested for burning a Koran and posting a video of the act on Facebook. She may be charged with “inciting religious hatred”.

But Muslims in Britain need not fear: an All-Party Parliamentary Group on Islamophobia has now been established. In the future anyone who insults Muslims or denigrates Islam will be held to account by the people’s elected representatives.

Government counterterrorism officials warn that threat level is estimated to be “severe” during the upcoming 2012 London Olympics, and the risk of terrorism is even higher at street parties and other side events. If you look at both those articles, however, you’ll notice that the word “Islam” is not mentioned once.

As far as Her Majesty’s government is concerned, Islam has nothing to do with terrorism. Despite the fact that more than 99% of the world’s terror attacks are committed by Muslims who fight jihad in the name of Allah, Mohammed and the religion he founded never impinge upon the “narrative”. There is only “terrorism”, which is committed by “violent extremists”.

And also, of course, the “Islamophobes” who slander the peaceful Muslims.

God help Britain.
