Fans of pretty Tricolour light displays, the west’s now-traditional limp response to deadly terrorist attacks in France, have much to anticipate in coming years.
Just consider the sheer number of junior jihadis currently incubating within that tormented country, who will likely join forces with many more senior potential ’splodeys:

According to the Sunday newspaper Le JDD, the youngest of the 1,954 children on the list is just 11 years old.
French authorities began tracking people on a database in March of 2015 following the Charlie Hebdo attacks and shootings at a kosher market in January of that year that killed 17 people.
However that did not prevent the subsequent co-ordinated attacks in Paris in November of last year which killed 130 or the horrifying slaughter of 86 people at the Bastille day celebrations in Nice in July.

Pope Francis will receive a delegation from the French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM) in the Vatican on November 3, according to French media sources.
The five members representing the CFCM include President Anwar Kbibech, the three Vice-Presidents and the Secretary General of the organization, Abdallah Zekri. They will meet with the Pope in a private audience after meeting with the prelate in charge of relations with Islam, French Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran.
“I am very happy to meet the Pope because he is a man of dialogue and a man of peace,” Adballah Zekri said.
A national elected body, the CFCM is the official Islamic interlocutor with the French state in the regulation of Muslim activities, and the de facto representative of all French Muslims before the government.
This meeting was reportedly organized on behalf of the Vatican by the French cardinals to strengthen interreligious dialogue between the two faiths, especially in the aftermath of a number of Islamist terror attacks. The French cardinals told the CFCM that the Pope had particularly appreciated the institution’s firm positions following the murder of Father Jacques Hamel on July 26 in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray by two terrorists belonging to the Islamic State.
The CFCM delegation will travel to Rome on November 2 for a reception at France’s embassy in Rome. On November 3, they will meet with the Vatican Cardinal in charge of relations with Islam, followed by the private audience with Pope Francis.
France has been particularly hard hit by attacks from Islamic terrorists. Besides the execution of Father Hamel, militants of the Islamic State have carried out two major attacks in Paris, as well as the slaughter of 84 civilians in the south of France as they celebrated Bastille Day.
Australians just aren’t sufficiently nuanced to deal with the subtle topic of Islamic terrorism, which apparently involves all manner of delicate shades.
At least that’s the view of Canberra academic Professor Amin Saikal:
The Australian National University surveyed 1200 Australians in July on their attitudes towards national security and terrorism.
In one of its clearest results, the poll found 71 per cent of Australians were ‘very concerned’ or ‘somewhat concerned’ about the rise of Islamic extremism in Australia.
“During Prime Minister Abbott, this issue was promoted heavily,” Director of the ANU Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies Professor Amin Saikal told SBS.
Mr Saikal said issues such as Islamic extremism, terrorism and Islamist ideologies had been used interchangeably [to] blur the line between violence and terrorism.
“While many Australians fear terrorist attacks and a majority are prepared to compromise their individual rights and freedoms in favour of living in security, they have at the same time conflated terrorism with extremism and have not been able to make a clear distinction between the two,” co-author Professor Amin Saikal said in a statement.

The nation’s political leaders have called out racial and religious discrimination as a new poll shows that one third of Australians believe Muslim Australians should be subjected to more scrutiny than other religious groups.

The study of 1,200 people, undertaken by the Australian National University during the federal election campaign, found 59 per cent believe counter-terrorism policies single out Muslims for surveillance and monitoring. Almost half of those said they were bothered by that.
Would be interesting to know where this survey was taken. In Punchbowl and around Lakemba, could it be?
The survey results coincided with a statement from Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, who said Muslim Australians were “an integral part of our Australian family”.
They are not and never will be. There is no “Australian family” with Muslims in it. Allah divided the world in believer and unbeliever, and tells the believers to fight and to terrorise the disbelievers.
Mohammed Shafiq was quoted in the Sun saying of Smith: “I think he should apologise immediately. Our faith is not to be mocked, our faith is to be celebrated and I think people will be offended.”
Shafiq does not explain why his faith should not be mocked. Nor does he seem to know anything about the right of free people in free countries to do or say whatever we like about Islam or any other faith whenever we feel like it.
There is nothing special about Islam that means it cannot be mocked. In fact, it would be a very good thing (both for Muslims and everyone else) if it were mocked rather more.
But there in that sentence is the implicit threat again. All insist that their faith “should not be mocked.” And for those who say they are moderates, and are presented as such by the press, it seems to be exceptionally useful that they do not have to be much more explicit than this.
But in this not-so-subtle intimidation do we not see precisely that thing which most worries the public? That despite what our politicians say, the allegedly vast chasm that separates the extremists from the “moderates” seems at times to be almost paper-thin.
If there is one question that most concerns the public around the question of radical Islam it is “What is the connection between the extremists and the moderates?” Leading politicians across the Western world have not been much help in answering this question, insisting as they do, that radical Islam has nothing to do with Islam and that the extremists are as far away from the moderates as it is possible to be. Yet the public senses that this is not the case.
Despite the amazing lack of public debate about the actual contours of the discussion, the public knows that something is not right about the analysis provided by Liberal politicians and others. Indeed, the public notices not only that there is some connection between the two (something Democrats in the U.S., among others, deny) but that the connection may be closer than anyone would like. A fine example of this was thrown up in the UK this week in the space of just 24 hours.
On Friday the London Evening Standardcarried a story about the police launching a possible “hate crime” investigation into literature that the paper had discovered being handed out at a London mosque. The potential “hate crime” was not even the best known variety — a mean Tweet or a nasty comment — but the sort of thing we used to call “incitement.” The literature being handed out at a mosque in Walthamstow consisted of a booklet which insisted that “any Muslim should kill” anyone who insults the Prophet of Islam. Those who insult the main man “must be killed,” it repeated.
The pamphlet backed up this point of view with reference to classical Islamic law and explained that in the case of those who “insult” Mohammed, such as apostates who “deserve to be assassinated,” it was not necessary to wait for any court or court judgement to rule. Better just to get on with it on your own, was the gist.
In a case that is becoming increasingly familiar to indigenous British people as much as it is to British Pakistanis, the booklet referred to the seminal case of Mumtaz Qadri, the Pakistani man who in 2011 murdered Salman Taseer, the governor of Pakistan’s Punjab province. Qadri murdered Taseer because of the latter’s support for the reform of Pakistan’s strict Islamic blasphemy laws. The booklet explains that “all Muslims should support” the assassin Qadri and that even being what the publication calls “a big shot” like Taseer should not protect someone from being killed by any Muslim who feels like it.

Imam Zainadine Johnson’s bearded face may be familiar to many Coast residents.
The 43-year-old spent his late teens and a significant part of his 20s living at Mooloolaba and Yaroomba.
He went by the name Zean Johnson.
His nickname was Zonk.

He played bass guitar in a band called Grinder, with highlights including supporting Powderfinger when they played a gig at the former Mooloolaba Hotel in the late 1990s.
But a big change in his life prompted a move with his young family in 2004 to Middle Eastern and North African countries considered by many westerners to be no-go zones.
His studies took him to Syria, Yemen, Egypt and Turkey as well as Indonesia.
He learned Arabic so he could deepen his studies of Islam and Sharia.
Zainadine Johnson returned to Australia last month to take up a position as the Sunshine Coast’s first Imam.
It is a paid, full-time role.
As far as he knows, he is the first white Australian revert to take on a full-time paid Imam job in Australia.
The role came about after members of the Sunshine Coast Muslim community asked him to be their Imam.
“I did always have in my heart I would like to come back here and work with the Muslim community,” Imam Zainadine said.
“I do have a close connection with the Sunshine Coast.
“I couldn’t think of a better place to be.”
Muslim faithful currently gather at a Kawana community centre for prayer but plan to have the Sunshine Coast’s first mosque up and running in Maroochydore by January.
Imam Zainadine said his community, made up by many worshippers who had been Muslims for life, had been very accepting.
But he felt he would have to prove himself and his knowledge of the faith to them.
“Especially when you are a white, Aussie revert.
“At the moment I seem to be adhering to the task.”
His vision for the role is to break down barriers and help people understand Islam.
“I hope to build bridges between our Muslim society and the rest of the people of the Sunshine Coast.
Muslim Brotherhood theorist Sayyid Qutb explained:
“The chasm between Islam and Jahiliyyah [the society of unbelievers] is great, and a bridge is not to be built across it so that the people on the two sides may mix with each other, but only so that the people of Jahiliyyah may come over to Islam.”
“I hope to be able to educate people on the religion of Islam so they at least understand it, because it is misunderstood.
“I also want to show people ‘hey we Muslims are normal people just trying to live life’.”
Its not “normal” calling for the slaughter of those who don’t believe like you, imam. And no, Muslims are not “normal people” who are engaged in live and let live.
His focus within the Muslim community will be on young people and keeping them away from extremism, drugs and other vices.
That’s what they tell our politclowns, who throw money at it.
He will conduct youth lessons and outdoor activities such as bush walks.
“I’m a scout from a long way back.”
He is aware of strong opposition within the Sunshine Coast community to the establishment of the mosque.
“I say to them first of all, let’s stop focusing on the negative and focus on the positive,” Imam Zainadine said.
He plans to raise money for Coast community groups which help people living with disability and disease.
“I would prefer to focus on trying to help these people.”
He encouraged those opposed to the mosque to do the same, saying they could work together with people of the Muslim community.
Imam Zainadine also encouraged people with fears of Sharia law to speak with him.
“Most people don’t know what Sharia is.
“Sharia law is not only about cutting hands and stoning people.
“Come and visit me and find out what Sharia law is before you make your judgement.”
He said he had no intention or even opportunity to implement Sharia law on the Sunshine Coast.
“I live my life by Sharia law, yes, but it is not the law of this country.
“Sharia law doesn’t come from force – it comes from people accepting it.
Submit already, infidel!
“We are not here to change anyone’s way of life.”
Can you believe that? The chutzpah!
He said women wearing bikinis were not a part of his religion but acknowledged they were a part of Australian culture.
“I would say women wearing hijabs is another form of Australian life.”

Imam Zainadine also offered his thoughts on violence committed in the name of Islam.
“Muslims, in general, are just focused on living their lives as a Muslim and if they were left alone to do that we would probably see peace in the world.”
The peace of Islam is the peace of the grave.
He said while most people (including Muslims) didn’t like deposed dictator Saddam Hussein, invasions such as that of Iraq were not justified.
“This is what causes the feeling of hatred in certain people.”
However, he said the majority of Muslims around the world were just focused on living their lives and pleasing their lord.
“In general, they don’t have hatred in their hearts.”
The surfing imam lies again:
“ Muhammad is the messenger of allah. And those with him are harsh against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves… (Quran 48:29)”
Imam Zainadine is also looking forward to continuing his study of martial arts.
He is currently learning Pencak Silat, a discipline originating from Indonesia, but has previously learned the Japanese discipline of Ninjitsu.

Police chiefs BLASTED for sending officers into gang ridden ‘no-go zones’ in France
FRENCH police chiefs have been heavily criticised for sending officers into gang-ridden “no-go zones” after two officers were seriously injured in a petrol bomb attack this weekend.
The officials were on patrol on the Grande Borne, a notorious housing estate in Paris, at the time of the sickening attack.
The incident, in which around 15 people attacked a patrol car in broad daylight on Saturday, further highlighted a national debate on security as France prepares for next year’s presidential election.
Now officers are calling for greater protecting when they enter so-called “no-go zones” plagued by tough gangs and violent warfare.
PARIS (Reuters) – Britain should take in all children living in the crowded “Jungle” refugee camp in Calais who have family links to the UK, French interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve said on Monday.
“I solemnly ask Britain to live up to its moral duty,” Cazeneuve told RTL radio ahead of a visit to London.
“There are several hundred isolated minors with family in Britain,” he said.
Thousands of migrants fleeing war and poverty, from Afghanistan to Syria, have converged on Calais over the past two years.

Air France denies ‘extremist staff sabotaged planes’
France’s national carrier Air France has been forced to condemn media reports that claimed radicalized staff had tried to sabotage planes and had scrawled “Allahu Akbar” on dozens of aircraft.
Airline chiefs hit back after a report in the satirical weekly Canard Enchainé newspaper claiming that French intelligence staff had raised the alarm following a series of incidents involving Air France passenger planes at Charles de Gaulle airport.
The most worrying were claims that radicalized staff had interfered with communication between the cockpit and the engines on several aircraft.
French intelligence sources told the Canard Enchaîné weekly newspaper that they are “confronted with a strategy of infiltration” by radical Islamists at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Air France and the intelligence services are on high alert after the multiplication of incidents that could reveal the presence of many radicalized agents in the company.
The Local Muslim Saboteurs have attempted to inhibit pilots’ ability to monitor aircraft engines, and tried to disable emergency exit slides, according to media reports.
One suspect, a French convert to Islam whose wife runs a Koranic school near Orly airport, fled to Yemen when he realized he was under surveillance. Two other employees of the airline are suspected of having tampered several evacuation slides in their maintenance shop. (More here)

They both feel that Islam has a special place in Australia and that terrorists have somehow hijacked and misinterpreted what Islam should really be about. MT thinks terrorist blaspheme Islam.

Seriously? Terrorists blaspheme Islam!?! He is either delusional or deliberately deceptive. There are over a hundred verses explicitly inciting and condoning terrorism in the Quran and many more in the Hadiths. The example of the so-called prophet was all about chopping, slicing, dicing, cutting, terrorising and more! Of course some Muslims condemn this behaviour – the Quran commands that Muslims do whatever it takes, including lie, to protect the honour of Islam.
Can Malcolm Turnbull actually read? What about Bill Shorten? How do they honestly expect us, in this day and age of the internet, to swallow their claptrap about Islam being blasphemed? ISIS, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, all OIC nations for that matter, plus countless Muslims around the world literally obey commands such as Sura 8:12, “strike terror into the hearts of unbelievers, strike at their necks and cut off their fingertips.” There are many, many more such horrific passages that Muslims around the world literally obey.
I have said repeatedly that it is FANTASTIC that many Muslims in Australia disobey and reject such vile commands – but the FACT remains that we don’t know who will be the next Quran reading, pious, devout Muslim to literally obey the Islamic texts.
Until these politicians actually start having an honest conversation about Islam they will be mocked, rejected and ignored. Turnbull and Shorten are losing credibility by the day – and neither had much in the bank to begin with!
Their actions today are insulting, divisive and do further damage to their cause. It is time for them both to man up and face the truth. Islam is not a religion, it is a totalitarian ideology with political, legal, socio economic and military aspirations.
Other world religions focus on acts of service and acts of worship. No one has a problem with people praying, giving to charity or fasting. What we do have a problem with is the supremist attitudes of Islam and the imposition of Sharia that tries to hide behind a very thin veneer of religion. Australians are waking up and we won’t be spoonfed such dribble any more.
Confront the reality that Islam needs an application of serious critical thought! You can prattle on all you like with your MT BS but we the people will have this conversation with or without you.
